To investigate the effect of Gyeongin Ara Waterway on the trend of selection of apartments in Gochon, a survey was conducted by dividing the convenience benefited from the opening of Gyeongin Ara Waterway into 4 types - cultural elements such as tourism and leisure, environmental elements such as viewing right and ecological park, economical elements such as port logistics complex and terminal and traffic elements such as light rail transit and new road. A detailed questionnaire was distributed to local residents to take a statistic look at the effect of Gyeongin Ara Waterway on apartment location preference through statistical analysis. The results of the statistical analysis on the questionnaire are as follows: First, Gyeongin Ara Waterway has contributed to and had effect on improving the comfortableness and the investment values of the apartments of the neighboring areas. Second, it is required to enhance the management of apartments and improve the satisfaction with the characteristics of the neighboring areas to give better satisfaction to the local residents of Gochon region. Third, the future development of Gochon region depends on better traffic convenience and more educational facilities. Fourth, the region needs to build up an image of urban life with convient traffic and comfortable environment. Promotion of the active use of Gyeongin Ara Waterway in various ways will contribute to the development of its logistics, tourist and leisure industries.

탄막 슈팅 게임이란 적기의 총알로 가득 찬 탄막을 피하는 게임이다. 탄막 슈팅 게임은 탄막을 발사하는 각도, 좌표, 충돌들을 계산하는 알고리즘을 필요로 한다. 탄막의 움직임이나 형태, 그리고 플레이어 캐릭터와 보스들의 각각의 충돌 범위들과 좌표를 제어하고 관리하는 메소드들을 구현해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 탄막 알고리즘을 이용한 슈팅 게임 설계 및 구현 결과에 관한 내용을 다루고 있다. 추후 본 논문의 알고리즘을 활용하여 안드로이드 환경에서도 탄막 슈팅 게임에 쉽게 접근할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문은 오목의 규칙을 알고리즘으로 구현해 자바 GUI를 통해 2명의 사용자가 대전을 할 수 있도록 오목 게임을 구현한 결과에 대해 서술한다. 오목은 여러 규칙을 가지고 있으며, 본 논문은 이러한 규칙을 알고리즘으로 옮기는 과정에 대하여 서술하고 있다. 삼삼 규칙과 오목의 승리조건을 알고리즘으로 변형하여 게임에 적용하였다. 게임의 흥미를 높이기 위해 2명의 플레이어가 대전할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 추후 이를 바탕으로 AI의 구현 및 난이도 조절을 통해 게임적 흥미를 더 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

In modern society, the war against infectious diseases is emerging as the biggest issue in the biology and medical area. Corona virus disease-19 (COVID-19), which began to spread with the beginning of 2020, continues to increase after more than 24 million cases of infection and more than 820,000 deaths in about 9 months. Humans are struggling with a number of pathogens, including viral infections, bacterial infections, fungal infections, and parasitic infections. Most people have been concerned with and paying attention to diseases such as heart disease, stroke, and cancer, but they do not pay much attention to infectious diseases. However, humanity has never been free from infectious diseases, and has always suffered regardless of the pandemic of certain infectious diseases. Here, severity of infectious diseases in the past and current were summarized and it is discussed that why our society cannot be the winner of battle to pathogens.
서울, 정동지역의 도시구조와 외부공간구성 특성에 관한 연구

This study was carried out on an extension of the study to understand Seoul. And, the purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics and essences of urban structure & outdoor space composition, to reveal the various possibilities of Jung_Dong, where is distinct from other areas of Seoul. For the study, we use basically the framework of analysis which was used in previous studies about Seoul, and analyse Jung_Dong dividing history in 3 parts according to historical events considering the relationship between historical contexts and the components who consist urban structure. In particular, analysing the large-scale lots who have the strong influences on the characteristics of urban structure of Jung_Dong, we reveal the essences of the characteristics of urban outdoor space composition. The conclusions of this study are summarized as follows. In Jung-Dong, where the important historical events occurred, the large-scale lots have the atypical forms according to the topography and the boundaries according to the differences of the levels. The functional characters and the geological conditions of the large-scale lots play important roles in characterizing urban outdoor spaces & structures and maintaining them without significant changes to the present. The buildings constructed on the large-scale lots are inner-directed rather than road-directed and the group of buildings placed make outdoor spaces with various forms & scales. These characteristics of urban structures make outdoor spaces with a continuous flow and various spatial possibilities.

Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Enteritidis is a major food-borne pathogen responsible for severe economic loss in the poultry industry. We report the complete genome sequence of the novel bacteriophage (phage) vB_SenAt-pSL2 infecting Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Enteritidis KCTC 82777 isolated from Korean broiler chickens. The genome comprised a linear double-stranded DNA of 44,304 bp with 47.4% G + C content and 54 ORFs. Genome-based comparison revealed that the phage was closely related to Zindervirus and distinguished by having the largest genome in the genus. The high nucleotide similarity of the predicted tail fiber and spike proteins in vB_SenAt-pSL2 with other broad-host-range phages in Zindervirus suggests its potential to infect diverse Salmonella serotypes. Based on these results, the newly isolated Salmonella phage vB_SenAt-pSL2 is a new member of the genus Zindervirus and its genomic information provides insights into the biodiversity and taxonomy of Autographiviridae.
