열차 운행정보 전송장치 구축에 따른 보안성 강화 사례

IT기술의 발전에 따라 인적 오류를 줄이는 방법으로 차상컴퓨터에서 인지한 고장 정보를 무선통신을 통해 관련 부서로 전달함으로써 정확하고 빠른 고장조치가 가능하다. 그러나 무선통신 등 기간통신망을 이용할 경우 보안성이 취약해져 철도운영기관 전산망에 해를 입힐 수 있다. 본 사례는 IT기술을 이용하여 고장정보를 실시간으로 전송하는 시스템의 구성을 살펴보았다. 기간통신망의 통신방식은 보안성이 높은 CDMA방식으로 실시간 고장코드 전송에 활용하였고, 전송속도가 빠른 Wifi 무선인터넷은 차량기지에서 대용량 운행정보를 다운로드하는 데에 사용하였다. 기간통신망을 사용하든 Wifi 무선인터넷을 사용하든 보안성이 취약해지므로 보안성을 높이기 위한 하드웨어적 구성방안과 보안키 등 소프트웨어적 구성방안을 제시하였다. When a rolling stock(train) has broken down, the staffs of the control department guides how to fix the broken devices under driver’s information about rolling stock having problems. But this method has some weakness because of unclear individual checking skill about machine. The train computer and telecommunication system can bring us accurate and effective methods. As the train computer detects some serious problems, it can send messages to controllers or mechanics. We can use this method easy, but it has some disadvantages because of security problem. Especially Korail computer networks are very complex and have important data like one of ticket reservation system. This paper shows an example of information system for sending fault code to controllers. A method of real-time sending codes uses CDMA telecommunication network. Another method of sending mass operation codes uses Wi-fi telecommunication network. Furthermore, some advanced security system likeWPA2 has been applied to sending messages system.

Accumulation of air pollutants such as SO₂ and HF, chlorophyll contents, wax concentrations in needle tissue and needle growth of Pinus thunbergii were studied to verify possibilities of bioindicators of air pollution in Yochon Industrial Complex from July to October, 1991. The concentrations of water-soluble sulfur and fluorine increased nearer to the pollution sources regardless of sampling time, but water-soluble sulfur varied little during investigation and fluorine accumulated more with the passage of time. Total chlorophyll contents decreased a little in the slightly polluted site but sharply in the heavily polluted site. The higher the pollution level was, the more decreased chloroform- extractable wax. Air pollution exposure inhibited needle growth of Pinus tbunbergii during the latter part of growth period. Water soluble sulfur, fluorine and wax concentrations in needle of Pinus thunbergii were rather wood sensitive indicators of susceptibility to ambient air pollution from early July to early October. Chlorophyll contents seemed to be able to be used as a bioindicator of air pollution in early stage of needle development and in the severely polluted area. In the meanwhile needle length must be used as a bioindicator in latter part of growing season.

Despite the inner and outer teansformation undergone by the influence of western novels. Gaehwagi novel succeeds the elements of the former novels in the formal aspect and furthermore accepts new ideologies and values such as western civilization and sovereign independence idea, crudity of content is revealed in the frame stories as well. It shows not only the contemporary writers but also the frame story writers emphasize the writers'call to enlighten people as leaders or intelligentsia than do artistic impulses of their own. But, distinguishing stories from plots. i.e.. fabula from sujet, representing their own ideas with implied author's real voice using frames through the dramatic situation, they improve their narrative technique.

소설 창작에 있어 서술자의 위치 문제

It is related to how efficiently delivering the story to the readers that positioning a narrator in the right place. Rather, it is related more to the readers’ desire that they want to get the point satisfactorily. When the authors were respected most for showing the readers some ways through their books, the narrator's point of view had an omniscient power. Coming to the modern age, which more objective and realistic story telling was accepted, the narrator started to get calm and impartial aspects. And recently, in order to deliver the point more vividly, however, the narrator came back to the position of having an omniscient power. At the dually structured society where there is a struggling between the present order and the new one, the narrator leads the story sticking to the side of the readers to get rid of one order from the other. In the world we live in, there are loads of stories around us. It is the authors who should speak of them. The important thing is not telling the continue existing stories but telling them more efficiently by renewing them. Actually in the creative works, positioning the narrator in the right place is not easy job to do among the triangular structure inward the authors, the readers and the characters. Even though he is positioned well in the right place with great efforts, it is also difficult to keep him in that place from the beginning to the end of the story. Nevertheless, it is still available that the authors can put the narrator into the very appropriate place at every novel. Because of the validity, authors are in agony all the time. There’s no need to stick to the characters in their agonies. It is not always the best. If only the story telling is new and striking, positioning the narrator either to the authors or readers doesn’t matter. How to deliver the story in a refined and precise way is the matter for the novel to be a good work or not. The good works are not decided by the position of the narrator. Those several pieces we've looked in this article will he good examples. In short, the position of the narrator is only regarded relating to the method and the effect and it shouldn’t be judged on itself.

Background and Objectives : The main purpose of this study is to clarify perceptual and acoustic analysis for the patients with hypothyroidism after thyroidectomy especially focused on the characteristics of speech articulation with special reference to the consonant production. Materials and Methods : The subjects of the research were 40 male and female adults (males : 5, females : 35). They were all received radioactive iodine treatment which after total thyroidectomy. Voice samples were collected during the three stages of after surgery, pre-radioisotope treatment (RIT), and post-RIT. The acoustic analysis was conducted by using Pratt (ver.5.2.21) after measuring voice onset time (VOT). The subjective evaluation of the voices used CAPE-V. Results : A significant decrease in overall severity was displayed in the CAPE-V following RIT. It may be conjectured that this is connected to the change in voice following RIT. The loudness of the sound displayed a significant decrease in the CAPE-V following RIT. It is conjectured that this is connected to the decrease in vocal intensity following RIT. No statistically significant results were revealed for the comparative analysis on the voice onset time (VOT) in all plosives during the three periods. Conclusion : Perceptually, the overall severity of the voice with hypothyroidism was changed significantly before and after RIT. Eventhough VOT were not significantly changed, it tended to decrease VOT in patients with hypothyroidism.

The present study investigated the biological agents and environmental conditions of the habitats of the Kirengeshoma koreana, a class 2 endangered species class according to the South Korean Ministry of Environment (MOE), elucidated the structural characteristics of the forest stands in the habitats with the importance value and the diversity index, conducted comparative analysis of the factors, and explored their relationship with environmental factors. According to the results of direction analysis of natural habitats of the Kirengeshoma koreana, the direction was distributed to the north or the northeast, and the slope amounted to 15-40o, thus demonstrating that the slope has little effect. In addition, the results showed that the distribution of Kirengeshoma koreana populations dramatically increased starting in areas at least 600 m above the sea level and that the relative light intensity was 3.79% on an average. Most populations were native to gorges and crevices between rocks so that they mainly tended to inhabit areas that could see soil loss in times of precipitation. In addition, a considerable number of the populations were close to hiking trails as well, thus leading to concerns about their artificial destruction. The soil of layer a in the main growth space of the Kirengeshoma koreana was analyzed and turned out to be strongly acidic,measuring pH 4.45-4.89 (average: 4.68). All investigation sections were typical natural broad-leaved tree areas, and,judging from the fact that the Kirengeshoma koreana was most likely to appear in colonies of the Mongolian oak tree (Quercus mongolica Fisch. ex Ledeb.), the Mongolian oak tree seems to be the species of tree that has the greatest effect on the inhabitation of the Kirengeshoma koreana.

주암댐 주변지역의 인문, 자연환경과 보전

주암댐이 건설됨에 따라 유역인구는 감소하였고, 전답은 침수되어 농업이 쇠퇴하여 댐 건설 전과 댐 건설 후의 인문환경은 차이가 있었다. 댐 주변지역의 기상은 안개일수의 증가와 일조시수의 감소가 뚜렷하여 내수면 증가에 따른 기상변화가 확인되었다. 현존 식생은 소나무림과 낙엽활엽수림으로 구성되었고 이는 7개의 자연군락과 10개의 대상군락으로 구분되었으며 식재림이 도처에 산재하였다. 댐 주변지역의 식물은 41목 122과 433속 629종 2아종 109변종 12품종으로 총 752종이 관찰되었다. 한편 녹지자연도 5, 7, 8이 대부분의 지역을 차지하였으며 수역이 증가하였고 어류상과 동물상의 변화는 생태계의 먹이사슬에 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단되었다. The population and the number of household around Juam-Dam watershed dscreased after the construction of the Dam. Lots of dry fields and paddy fields were submerged, which resulted in the decline of agriculture. Cultural environment, thus, seemed to have been changed in the area around Juam-Dam. Climatic changes were also observed between before and after the construction of the Dam. Especially foggy days were more frequently observed and photoperiod decreased in 1990 than previous years. Actual vegetation consisted of pine forests and broad-leaved forests. Nine kinds of natural forest community and 10 dinds of substitutional vegetation were classified in the surveyed area. Artificial forests were scattered in places. As for flora, a total of 752 species, that is 41 orders, 122 families, 433 genera, 629 species, 2 subspecies, 109 varieties and 12 forma, were observed. Degree of green naturality (DGN) of 5, 7, 8 was rated in the greater part of surveyed area with the increase of waters. As fishes and fauna changed, food web might be affected by deterioration of ecosystem.
