        獨活寄生湯이 흰쥐의 血淸變化에 미치는 影響

        臨床에서 慢性的인 退行性 筋骨格系 疾患에 頻用하는 獨活寄生湯의 實驗的 效能을 糾明하기 위해 本 論文에서는 筋骨格系의 機轉에 臟腑의 肝과 腎이 어느 정도 영향을 미친다는 韓醫學의 基礎理論에 根據하였다. 獨活寄生湯의 煎湯液을 흰쥐에서 服用시킨 후 臨床病理上 肝과 腎의 機能에 관련이 있다고 판단되는 血淸中 creatine BUN total protein albumine total cholesterol의 含量 變化를 測定 觀察하였다. 筋收縮에 주요한 에너지원이 되는 creatine은 筋肉의 崩壞와 萎縮을 일으키는 筋疾患에 있어서 上昇하며 평소 尿中에는 거의 나타나지 않은 cretine의 增加는 筋疾患診斷에 상당한 意義가 있다. 獨活寄生湯의 濃度를 1,5,10%로 하여 5,10,15일간 投與한 후 血淸中 cretine의 含量變化를 觀察하였더니 有意性있는 저하를 보였다. This experimental study was designed to investigate the effect of Dokwhalgisaengtang on the production of BUN, creatine, total protein, albumin, total cholesterol of the rat serum. The results are follows : Dokwhalgisaengtang extract decreased the serum BUN significantly in rat Dokwhalgisaengtang extract decreased the serum creatine significantly in rat . Dokwhalgisaengtang extract decreased the serum total protein significantly in rat. Based on the results, it is concluded that the clinical application of Dokwhalgisaengtang can help to treat muscle weakness.

        독활기생탕(獨活寄生湯)이 glycine과 arginine의 생성에 미치는 영향

        독활기생탕의 임상적 치료효과를 실험적으로 구명하기 위하여 흰쥐를 이용하여 근수축과 관련된 glycine과 arginine의 생성에 미치는 영향을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 독활기생탕 extract는 흰쥐의 혈청중 glycine함량을 유의성 있게 상승시켰다. 2. 독활기생탕 extract는 흰쥐의 혈청중 arginine함량을 상승시켰으나 1% extract에서만 유의성이 인정되었다. 이와 같은 결과에서 독활기생탕은 근수축에 중요한 energy원이 되는 cr eatine의 생성에 도움을 줄 것으로 추정되며 간과 신을 보강해줌으로서 근골의 운동기능을 회복시킨다는 한의학적인 치료이론을 실험적으로 설명하는 것이 가능하다고 사료된다.

        자치경찰제 시행에 따른 행정법상 경찰책임에 관한 연구

        경찰이 위험방지나 장해 제거를 위해서 경찰권을 발동하는 경우에 누구에게 경찰권을 행사해야하는가의 문제이다. 경찰책임은 공공의 안녕이나 질서에 대한 위험을 예방하고 제거하는 것을 그 목적으로 하는 공법상의 의무이며, 국가공동체의 모든 구성원은 자신의 행위나 자신이 소유 또는 사실상 지배하고 있는 물건의 상태로부터 공공의 안녕이나 질서에 대한 위해 또는 장해가 발생하지 않도록 해야 할 의무를 지고 있다. 자치경찰제의 성공적인 발전을 위해서는 시민의 적극적인 참여와지역사회의 협력이 필요하다. 특히 지역사회 경찰활동과 관련하여 중요한 것은 정부와 서비스 수혜 자인 시민들의 협력관계를 형성하여 공동으로 문제를 해결하고 공공의 안녕과 질서에 대한 위험을 예방과 장해가 발생한 경우에는 장해의 근원과 결과를 제거해야 할 의무로서 경찰책임에 대하여 검토할 필요가 있다. 따라서 이러한 경찰책임에 있어서 중요시 되는 것으로 누가 경찰책임자가 되는지, 경찰책임의 요건 및 자치경찰권의 발동요건과 행사의 한계, 그리고 자치경찰의 직무범위에 대하여 살펴볼 필요가 있다. It is a matter that who should exercise police authority if the police use police authority to prevent danger or remove obstacles. Police responsibility is a legal obligation aimed at preventing and eliminating dangers to public peace and order, all members of the national community are have the duty to ensure that no harm or obstacle to public peace or order occurs from their actions or the state of things they own or actually in control. For the successful development of the autonomous police system, active participation of citizens and cooperation of the local community are necessary. Especially important thing in relation to community police activities is to solve problems together by creating a cooperation relationship between government and citizens who are the beneficiares of services and it is necessary to review the police responsibility as a duty to eliminate the source and consequence of obstacle when the risk prevention about public peace or order and obstacle occur. T In this police responsibility, it is necessary to clearly examine who becomes police person in charge, the requirements for police responsibility or activation requirement of autonomous police responsibility, the limitation of the exercise and the scope of duties of autonomous police.

        족소양담경(足少陽膽經)에서 투사(投射)되는 신경원(神經元)의 표지부위(標識部位)에 대한 연구(硏究)

        The purpose of this morphological studies was to investigate the relation to the meridian, acupoint and nerve. The common locations of the spinal cord and brain projecting to the the gallbladder, GB34 and common peroneal nerve were observed following injection of transsynaptic neurotropic virus, pseudorabies virus(PRV), into the gallbladder, GB34 and common peroneal nerve of the rabbit. After survival times of 96 hours following injection of PRV, the thirty rabbits were perfused, and their spinal cord and brain were frozen sectioned($30{\mu}m$). These sections were stained by PRV immunohistochemical staining method, and observed with light microscope. The results were as follows: 1. In spinal cord, PRV labeled neurons projecting to the gallbladder, GB34 and common peroneal nerve were founded in thoracic, lumbar and sacral spinal segments. Densely labeled areas of each spinal cord segment were founded in lamina V, VII, X, intermediolateral nucleus and dorsal nucleus. 2. In medulla oblongata, The PRV labeled neurons projecting to the gallbladder, GB34 and common peroneal nerve were founded in the A1 noradrenalin cells/C1 adrenalin cells/caudoventrolateral reticular nucleus, rostroventrolateral reticular nucleus, medullary reticular nucleus, dorsal motor nucleus of vagus nerve, nucleus tractus solitarius, raphe obscurus nucleus, raphe pallidus nucleus, raphe magnus nucleus, gigantocellular nucleus, lateral paragigantocellular nucleus, principal sensory trigeminal nucleus and spinal trigeminal nucleus. 3. In Pons, PRV labeled neurons were parabrachial nucleus, Kolliker-Fuse nucleus and cochlear nucleus. 4. In midbrain, PRV labeled neurons were founded in central gray matter and substantia nigra. 5. In diencephalon, PRV labeled neurons were founded in lateral hypothalamic nucleus, suprachiasmatic nucleus and paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus. 6. In cerebral cortex, PRV labeled neuron were founded in hind limb area.This results suggest that PRV labeled common areas of the spinal cord projecting to the gallbladder, GB34 and common peroneal nerve may be first-order neurons related to the somatic sensory, viscero-somatic sensory and symapathetic preganglionic neurons, and PRV labeled common area of the brain may be first, second and third-order neurons response to the movement of smooth muscle in gallbladder and blood vessels.These PRV labeled neurons may be central autonomic center related to the integration and modulation of reflex control linked to the sensory system monitoring the internal environment, including both visceral sensation and various chemical and physical qualities of the bloodstream. The present morphological results provide that gallbladder meridian and acupoint may be related to the central autonomic pathways.
