This paper explains space-technology startup-business support programs. MSIP (Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning) and KARI (Korea Aerospace Research Institute) began running startup-business support programs from 2013 according to a "space-technology industrialization plan." In addition, MSIP and KARI have been running startup academies and STAR-Exploration for future entrepreneurs and startup companies since 2015. From these programs, five startup companies were established and they are generating sales. This paper shows the results of the programs, and the program cases of the startup and venture companies are analyzed for both domestic and international audiences. The future direction of startup-business support programs that are based on space technology is also discussed.

MSIP(Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Plaaning) established the 'space technology commercialization plan' at 2012. According to this plan, MSIP and KARI(Korea Aerospace Research Institute) are nuturing space-related venture companies so that those companies are increasing from 2013. In addition, MSIP and KARI held space-related idea festivals last two years, and will run start-up program (STAR-Exploration) this year.

The purpose of this study is to draw implications and policy tasks by comparatively analyzing trends in regional industrial policies in Korea and Japan since 1945 by period. As a result of the study, although the regional industrial policies of both countries had similar characteristics, they appeared completely different around 2000. The main contents are as follows. First, until 1997, Koreas regional industrial policy was developed with an emphasis on large-scale industrial infrastructure maintenance, growth hub cities and regional living areas, and regional central city development. After 1997, it switched to US-style international standards and institutions and systems that responded to globalization, such as liberalization of trade and deregulation to attract foreign capital. Second, Japans regional industrial policy was to revitalize a private-centered network that creates regional development projects for the purpose of regional self-sufficiency, support for internal growth, and a virtuous cycle of the regional economy through regional dispersion and relocation. Third, the regional industrial policies of Korea and Japan are similar in that they chose their own regionally unbalanced development strategies. However, since 1997, Korea has focused on strengthening international competitiveness by easing concentration in the metropolitan area and cross-border land management. Since 2017, Japan has shifted its policy from multi-industry and functional integration and regional circulation to wide-area linkages. In conclusion, it was found that the recent regional industrial policies of Korea and Japan are converging with the convergence of various industries and cross-border wide-area linkages.
만화애니메이션의 창의적 표현과 실무 테크닉에 대한 효율적 병행교육방안 연구 -조선대학교 팀티칭 실습교과목을 중심으로-

대학에 만화애니메이션관련 학과가 개설된 후 15여년이 지난 오늘날, 산업현장과 교육기관에서는 현장에 부합하는 실무중심의 교육을 강화해야 한다 는 요구가 커지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 문화기술산 업분야에 대한 현장의 요구에도 불구하고 대학의 교육은 아직도 다소의 괴리를 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 광주지역 만화 와 애니메이션학과 학생의 현황, 만화애니메이션에 대한 산업체와 현장 실무자의 의견, 이론과 실습의 균형, 국내외 만화애니메이션관련학과의 교육과정 등을 종합적으로 검토하고 분석한 결과 창의적 표현과 현장실무테크닉을 동시에 병행할 수 있는 교육방법이 이상적임을 파악하게 되었고, 이에 대한 가장 효율적인 교육방법으로 ``팀티칭 교육과정`` 을 도출하게 되었다. There has been an increase in the demand of strengthening practice-oriented education corresponding to the actual fields in industries and educational organizations 15 years after the opening of the departments of cartoons & animation at universities. However, despite such a demand for culture & technology industry fields, there have still been some gaps between university education and the demand. In order to resolve such problems, this study comprehensively reviewed and analyzed the present conditions of cartoons and students from the departments of animation in Gwangju area, the opinions of working level staff from industries for cartoon animation, the balance between theory and practice and the educational curricula of domestic and foreign cartoon animation related departments. As a result, it found out that the educational methods of combining creative expression with on-site hands-on techniques were ideal and ``Team teaching educational curriculum`` was drawn as one of the most effective educational methods.
