Purpose : To investigate the causes of gastric wall shortening in ealy gastric cancer, upper gastrointestinalstudy was correlated with pathologic findings. Materials and Methods : We evaluated 41 cases (m:F=1.7:1, averageage=49) of early gastric cancer, retrospectively. The gastric wall shortening were classified as Grade I;none,Grade II;intermediate, and Grade III; prominent. Pathologic findings such as size of lesions, depth of tumorinvasion, degree of the submucosal fibrosis, degree of thickness of the submucosa and muscularis propria, andmorphologic patterns of lesions including conversing mucosal folds were correlated with the degree of gastric wallshortening on upper gastrointestinal series. Results : Submucosal fibrosis was present in 4 cases in Grade I(n=21), 4 cases in Grade II (n=6) and 8 cases in Grade III (n=10), Positive conversing mucosal folds were seen in 5cases in Grade I (n=17), 0 case in Grade II (n=2) and 9 cases in Grade III (n=9), Gastric wall shortening wassignificantly associated with submucosal fibrosis and conversing mucosal folds of early gastric cancer. (p=.0001and p=.002, respectively) Conclusion : Upper gastrointestinal finding of gastric wall protrusion in patients withearly gastric cancer should not misinterprete as advanced gastric cancer sine the finding could be a result ofsubmucosal fibrosis.
The Effects Of Structured Methods On Object Orientation : A Knowledge Interference Prospective

새로운 정보기술의 생명주기는 점점 작아지고 그 기술이 점차 복잡해짐에 따라 그 기술을 이해하기가 어려워진다. 본 연구의 목적은 객체 지향 기술의 채택에 관한 이해를 돕기 위하여 객체지향 기술이 전통적인 소프트웨어 프로세스 기술과는 다른 패러다임의 기술이기 때문에 프로세스 중심의 구조지향 기술로부터 영향을 받을 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 구조지향 방법이 객체지향 방법론에 미치는 지식간섭 현상을 일종의 2$\times$2 팩토리얼 유사 실험계획법을 사용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 구조지향 방법론과 객체지향 방법론을 사용한 기간을 2개의 독려변수로 선택하였고 객체지향 방법론에 대한 사용 편의성을 1개의 독립변수로 설정하였다 자료는 현재 활동중인 구조지향 및 객체지향 방법론에 모두 경험이 있는 자료처리와 관리협회(DPMA : Data Processing and Management Association) 회원으로부터 수집하였다 최종 결과는 구조지향 방법론의 경험이 객체지향 방법론의 사용편의성에 부의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 연구과제로 문화가 다른 국가에서 유사한 연구 수행한 후에 그 결과를 비교하는 것도 의미가 있을 것이다. The life cycle of new information technologies is getting shorter, and the technologies are becoming more complex and difficult to understand. The need to better understand adoption of object orientation motivates this paper. Adoption of object orientation should certainly be influenced by prior software process technologies, such as the process-oriented structured methods, because object orientation is considered to be a paradigm shift from conventional software process technologies. This study aims to empirically analyze knowledge interference of the structured methods with object orientation. A two factorial quasi-experimental design is set forth. The period of experience using the structured methods and the period of experience using object orientation are selected as two independent variables, and the perceived ease of use is chosen as one dependent variable. Data are gathered from active members of Data Processing Management Association (DPMA), who have experiences in using both the structured methods and object orientation. The final results empirically show that previous experience using the structured methods negatively influences the perception of using object orientation that is one of critical factors to technology adoption. It is suggested here that a future study dealing with the same research topic in other countries will provide new insights about comparative studies.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the optimum sowing date of northern type garlic in the central-northern part of korea. The sowing was carried out four times at intervals of 10 days from October 20 to November 20. There was no difference between the emergence rate from 85.6 to 90.3% and in the growth characteristics of the leaf by sowing date. There was no difference in the growth characteristics underground bulb by sowing date. Bulb weight was 25.1 ~ 8.8 g, bulb diameter 40.1 ~ 42.1 mm, bulb height was 33.6 ~ 34.7 mm, and the number of cloves was 6.1 ~ 6.3. Secondary growth rate was as high as 47.8 to 56.7% with no difference in sowing date. Significant difference between the time of sowing was not observed in the weight and length of the spathe. The yield and marketable yield has increased as the sowing period sooner.
박주가리과 식물(백수오, 이엽우피소, 박주가리) 생장의 경시적 변화

This studies were conducted to develop cultivation methods on three Asclepiadaceae families( Cynanchum wilfordii Hemsley, C. auriculatum Royle ex Wight and Metaplexis japonica Makino) of which products are conventionally used as medicinal materials by analyzing plant growth. The variation of leaf weight of Asclepiadaceae families showed culmination point at August 15, and the stem showed highest growth on August 30. The root weight increased linearly during the growth. The days for sprouting was most shortened in the Cynanchum wilfordii as 18 days, and C. auriculatum, Metaplexis japonica followed after. The seed harvesting dates was Oct. 8 in the Cynanchum wilfordii, Oct. 23 in the Metaplexis japonica, and Nov. 1 in the C. auriculatum, respectively.

중부지방에 있어 들깨 파종한계기를 구명하기 위하여 대엽들깨를 시험품종으로 하여 4월 30일부터 7월 20일까지 20일 간격으로 파종을 실시하여 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 만파할수록 출아는 단축되었으며, 개화기, 성숙기는 늦어졌나 개화 후 성숙기까지의 소요일수는 차이가 미미하였다. 2. 파종기가 늦어짐에 따라 경장, 경태, 주당 분지수 그리고 주경절수는 감소하는 경향이었다. 3. 만파할수록 화방군장은 길었으나 화방군수, 화방군당 삭수는 적어지는 경향이었고, 1,000립중은 무거웠다. 4. 종실수량은 6월 10일까지의 파종에서는 차이가 없었으나, 6월 30일 파종에서는 10% 정도 감수되었으며, 7월 20일 파종에서는 62% 수준으로 감수 폭이 컸다. To investigate the critical seeding date for Daeyeupdlkkae in the middle area of Korea, we seeded from 30 April to 20 July with 20-day intervals on the experimental field in Chungbuk-Do agricultural research and extension service. As seeding date was delayed, days to emergence were shortened, flowering and maturing date were delayed, but maturing period was not significantly affected by seeding date. Delayed seed date resulted in decreased stem length, culm diameter, number of branches per plant and number of nodes on the main stem. Cluster length and 1,000 grain weight increased but number of cluster per plant and number of seed capsules per cluster decreased with delayed seeding. Seeding date up to 10 June showed no effected on grain yield, but 30 June and 20 July decreased 10% and 38%, respectively.

채소로서 들깨 잎을 이용함에 따른 종실 수량에 미치는 영향을 구명 하고자 새엽실들깨를 4월 30일부터 20일 간격 4회 파종하여 채엽 유무에 따른 시험한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 채엽에 따른 개화 및 성숙기는 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 파종이 늦어짐에 따라 출아일수, 개화기 그리고 성숙기는 단축되었으며 , 채엽 유무와 파종기간 상호작용에서는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 2. 채엽 유무에 따른 지상부 생육은 차이가 없었으나, 만파할수록 경장은 140cm에서 96cm, 주경절수는 19마디에서 11마디, 주당 건경중은 541g에서 186g로 감소하였다. 3. 엽수량은 5월 20일까지 파종에서는 차이가 없었으나, 이후 파종이 늦어짐에 따라 현저하게 감소하였다. 4. 화방군장과 주당 화방군수는 파종기에 따른 유의성이 없었으나, 화방당 삭수는 파종이 늦어짐에 따라 32개에서 25개로 감소하였으나, 1,000립중은 3.42g에서 4.62g으로 증가하였다. 5. 종실수량은 채엽 유무에 따른 파종기 간 차이는 없었으나, 파종기에 따라 6월 10일까지는 차이가 없었으나, 이후 파종이 늦어짐에 따라 감소 폭이 컸다. This study was carried out to find out the effects of date and number of defoliation by different seeding date on growth and yield of perilla. Saeyuepsildlkkae was seeded from April 30 to June 30 at 20 days interval and defoliated from June 30 to Aug. 15 with different defoliation number. 1. Days to emergence, flowering, and maturing were not significantly influenced by defoliation, but those were shortened as seeding date was delayed. The interaction between defoliation and seeding date showed no significant difference. 2. Stem length, number of nodes on main stem, and weight of dry stem were not significantly affected by defoliation, but those were decreased as seeding date was delayed. 3. Yield of fresh loaves was not significantly influenced by seeding date up to May 20, but markedly decreased by the later seeding date. 4. Cluster length and number of cluster per plant were not affected by seeding date, but number of capsules per cluster was decreased from 32 to 25 and 1,000 grain weight was increased from 3.42 to 4.62g as seeding date was delayed. 5. Grain yield was not significantly affected by defoliation and seeding date up to June 10, but markedly decreased by seeding date June 30.

삼백초의 지상부 생육은 1년에서 2년차의 생육은 증가 폭이 컸으나, 2년에서 3년차의 생육은 감소하거나 부진하였다. 1년차에서는 소식일수록 생육이 양호하였으나, 3년생은 밀식할수록 차이가 없거나 감소하였다. 단위면적당 엽수와 경수는 재배년수가 경과하고 밀식할수록 많았다. 경엽(莖葉) 수량이 1년생은 밀식에서, 2년생은 40×10cm에서, 3년생은 40×20cm에서 가장 많았다. 근경중(根莖重)은 1년생에서 2년생은 중량의 증가폭이 켰으나, 2년생에서 3년생은 증가 폭이 둔화되었다. 재식거리간 근경중은 년차 간 고도의 유의성이 있었으며, 경엽중에 비해 매우 높았다. The growth of stem and leaves in Saururus chinensis. in the 2nd year was markedly increased comparing to that in the 1st year, however the growth in the 3rd you was not increased significantly. The growth in the 1st yew was greater in low planting density, while the growth in the 3rd year decreased in higher planting densities. The num- ber of leaves and stems per unit area increased in higher planting densities and later years. The weight of stem and leaves in Saururus chinensis was higher at the highest planting density in the 1st yew, at 40×10cm planting in the 2nd year and at 40×20cm planting in the 3rd year. The weight of rhizome in Saururus chinensis increased greatly in the 2nd you comparing to that in the 1st year, but the increase was insignificant in the 3rd year. The weight of rhizomes in Saururus chinensis showed significant interaction between planting densities and years showed highly significant difference.

초피나무 종자의 전처리가 포장에서의 출아에 미치는 영향을 구명 하고자 노천매장과 NaClO 10% 등 7처리를 두어 생육 특성 을 분석하였다. 출아율은 노천매장 17.3%에 비해 GA3100 ppm과 NaClO 10% 처리 후 노천매장에서 각각 30.3%, 22.7%로 출아율이 향상되었으며 , 파종 후 26∼33일 사이에서 가장 높은 출아를 보였고, 이후 미미한 증가를 보였다. T/R율은 GA3 100 ppm전처리 후 노천매장에서 뿌리의 발달이 가장 양호하였다. To improve the percentage of field germination of Zanthoxytum piperitum DC., storage in ground(control) and several chemicals as treatments was investigated. Germination percentage was 30.3 and 22.7% in GA3(100 ppm) and NaCIO(10%), respectively compared with 17.3% in storage in ground without treatments. Germination percentage reached maximum between 26 and 33 days after seeding and then increased slowly. Top/Root ratio was the highest at storage in ground after the treatment of GA3 100ppm.
