해상충돌방지 및 원활한 교통흐름을 위한 VTS관제의 중요성

근래에 해상물동량의 증가로 선박에 의한 해상운송이 늘어나면서 우리나라 연안뿐만 아니라 전 세계 해상의 교통흐름을 복잡하게 만들었다. 특히, 주요 항만 인접해안, 협수로 및 주요 통항로는 더욱 복잡한 교통흐름을 보여주고 있다. 이에 어느때 보다 선박에 의한 해양사고 발생 가능성이 높아졌다. 이 연구에서는 해양사고가 생길 가능성이 가장 높은 해역에서의 원활한 교통흐름과 안전운항을 위해 우리나라 뿐만 아니라 전 세계적으로 설치 운용중인 VTS 시스템에 대해 고찰 하였다.
공동주택 통계적 모델을 이용한 단위난방부하의 지역별 설정 연구

This study developed the apartment reference model based on the building design trends for calculating the peak heating load. The building design trends were resulted from new apartment buildings of the Performance Evaluation of Eco-friendly Homes from 2012 to 2015. The reference model has the surface area of envelope, 97.5% of those of dataset, the model was validated by those of new apartment buildings in Sejong city. The peak heating load of the reference model in 59 Korean cities were calculated using RTS-SAREK program with the indoor/outdoor temperature and the regional thermal insulation performance of energy-saving design standards. The peak heating load of the 59, 74, 84 ㎡ apartment model is 50.2, 48.2 and 47.2 W/㎡ in the central region, 52, 49.8 and 48.7 W/㎡ in the southern region, and 40.4, 38.6 and 37.6 W/㎡ in the Jeju region, respectively. The peak heating loads of the model with 59 cities show that the regional division need to be divided into more regions and cities have to be rearranged to evaluate energy-saving properly.
개별 조명제어시스템의 재실자 행태 개선에 따른 에너지절감 효과 분석

The individual lighting control system, which minimizes unnecessary power consumption using the individual lighting switch, is one of the methods improving occupants’ behavior. This paper analyzed empirical effects of the individual lighting control system by improving occupants’ behavior in the office building. The Lighting energy consumption of four cases were compared, considering energy saving education, time tendency without educations and position of cleaning time. The effect of the individual lighting switch had improved in 10 months after the installation of the switch, but the effects of the switch fade out in next 5 years without energy saving educations. Moreover, about 8 percents of daily lighting energy consumption were saved due to moving cleaning time. The results emphasize the necessity of the periodic education for improving occupants’ behavior and the investigation of occupants’ pattern to save lighting energy.
공동주택관리정보시스템과 원격검침시스템 데이터를 이용한 지역난방방식 공동주택에서의 에너지원별 소비패턴 분석

The world is currently facing energy and environmental problems. Building sector is accounting for 22 % of the total energy use in Korea. Also, apartment houses account for 45 % of the total energy use in residential buildings. Five utilities that is causing energy consumption in the residential building are electricity, heating, hot water, water, and city gas. In this study, the annual and daily consumption patterns of five utilities were analyzed using the management cost data of K-apt(apartment housing management information system) and AMR(Automatic Meter Reading) data of a A-apartment in Suwon. According to K-apt’s data, the average annual utility fee of 60 apartment complexes that use district heating system is the order of electricity bill > heating bill > hot water bill > water bill, except for city gas for cooking. As a result of analyzing the electricity consumption of a A-apartment located in Suwon city, the base load which is always consumed regardless of whether the resident is active or not is more than 65% of total daily electricity consumption. Therefore, it is very necessary to reduce the base load in order to reduce electricity consumption in apartment houses.

This paper presents the study on the development of evaluation method for part load operation characteristics of Gas heat pump(Gas engine Heat Pump: GHP) with multi-functions. GHP is generally distinguished Electric heat pump(EHP) as using gas for driving compressor. GHP system was mostly used for heating and cooling in residential and commercial buildings. A new multi-function GHP system is developed to equip with additionally refrigeration and freezing functions other than the existing cooling and heating functions. That multi-GHP system is designed to have four functions including of freezing, refrigerating, space-cooling and space-heating. the evaluation method for that multi-GHP system was developed under part load operating characteristics.
