The grinding is a popular process for studying constant velocity joint and process in automobile industry. In this study, The study gives the data of wheel type and grinding of inner race is developed. As a result I obtained the data of grinding conditions makes good surface roughness get a grinding conditions. The grinding characteristics and conditions of inner race were investigated with respect to grinding feed, cutting depth, grinding time. The results were suddenly increased and the detailed surfaces were extremely obtained. Grinding condition was big more affected by grinding time, grinding speed and grinding depth.

At machine failure, the results were suddenly increased and the detailed surfaces were extremely obtained. Grinding condition was big more affected by grinding depth, grinding speed and grinding time.

This study aims to find the friction welding and induction harden conditions, which are obtained by welding conditions, and the friction welding characteristics and induction harden conditions of tubular shaft were investigated with respect to low load test, high load test. Friction welding and induction harden machine have been widely used in manufacturing reflects of metal. The material of solid and tubular shaft selected that is used for parts of automobile steel. Such as steel are easy to be machined because of their proper material. As a result I obtained the data of friction welding conditions makes good and the condition of friction and get the tubular condition. The purpose of this study is to find fatigue test condition and induction harden characteristics design for tubular shaft.

The QWR (Quarter Wave Resonators) cryomodule of RAON, the heavy ion accelerator planned to be built in Daejeon, holds a QWR superconducting cavity to accelerate heavy ion beam. It supplies liquid helium to cavity at 4.3 K and insulates cavity from external heat and terrestrial magnetism. The prototype of the QWR cyromodule is fabricated and tested, including dummy QWR cavity made of stainless steel. This paper describes structures and roles of main components in QWR cryomodule. The cool-down experience with liquid helium and the static thermal load of the prototype cryomodule is reported. The static thermal load was 3.9 W and it is measured with boil-off calorimetry using flow meter.

Hardening Constant Velocity joint increases hardness near the surface and the surface improves fatigue life. Although case depth and chemical composition are same, the prior structure of induction hardened Constant Velocity joint affects the fatigue strength and life during hardening. Therefore torsional fatigue tests of specimens from vaere conducted on induction hardened automotive Constant Velocity joint with various case depths and lrious prior structures, which are obtained by nomalizing, spheriodized annealing and tempering after quenching, woads applied in order to evaluate the relation between prior structure and fatigue strength.
