아산시 수의사회는 지난 2년여 노력 끝에 2010년 2월 17일부터 소 사육농가 진료비 보조 사업을 시범 실시하고 있습니다. 이는 소 진료비에 일부(50%)를 도, 시 예산으로 보조하여 농가에 부담을 줄어주는 내용으로 국내에서 처음 실시되는 사업입니다. 이에 소 사육농가 진료비 보조 사업에 대해 소개하고, 실시 한 달여밖에 되지 않았으나 지방선거 이전에 여러 수의사분들께 알리는 것이 의미가 크다고 판단되어 서둘러 글을 올리게 되었습니다.

Growth and Wear Tolerance of Creeping Bentgrass as Influenced by Silica and Potassium Fertilization

본 연구는 규산과 칼리 시용이 골프장 그린용 크리핑 벤트그래스 잔디의 생육과 품질 그리고 내답압성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 먼저 규산과 칼리 시용에 따른 잔디반응을 살펴보기 위해서 필드조건에서 잔디품질, 뿌리길이, 잔디밀도와 건물중을 평가하였다. 다음으로 답압빈도에 따른 크리핑 벤트그래스의 잔디생육(뿌리길이, 잔디밀도, 건물중)과 잔디품질 및 토양경도를 조사하였다. 마지막으로 30일간의 답압처리조건에서 규산과 칼리의 내답압성 시비효과를 평가하였다. 규산 및 칼리 처리에 따른 잔디뿌리생육에 있어서 규산을 증가함에 따라 뿌리길이가 증가하였다. 크리핑 벤트그래스의 답압빈도에 따른 잔디품질은 1일 2회 처리구가 가장 우수하였으며, 7회 처리구는 무답압 처리구보다 우수하였다. 그러나 15회 이상 답압 처리구는 잔디품질이 월등히 저하하였다. 30일간의 답압처리시 규산 및 황산칼리의 시비효과는 잔디품질 향상 및 뿌리생육 증진효과가 있었다. 규산과 칼리를 처리하였을 때 잔디품질이 대조구보다 각각 6.38%, 10.25% 상승하였으며 규산과 칼리를 혼용 살포하였을 때 가장 잔디품질이 좋았다. 잔디 뿌리길이는 규산을 살포하였을 때 가장 길었으며 대조구보다 11.4%가 길었다. 따라서 답압이 예상되는 골프장 그린용 벤트그래스에서 잔디의 내답압성 증진을 위해서는 규산과 칼리의 시비가 효과적이었다. The study was conducted to know whether turfgrass wear tolerance, growth, and quality could be improved by the application of silicon and potassium. First, turf responses to silicate and potassium were evaluated by several parameters such as, turf visual quality, root length, shoot density, and dry weight under the field condition. Second, turf responses to traffic frequencies were examined by turf growth (root) length, shoot density and dry weight) and soil hardness under the field condition. Finally, under traffic stress condition, the effects of silica and potassium application on wear tolerance were evaluated through the methods described above. Creeping bentgrass (Agrostis stolonifera) rooting were significantly improved by silica. The root length was enhanced by an increase in potassium silicate application. Certain level of light traffic is beneficial while frequent traffic cause serious adverse effect on visual quality of bentgrass. Under a traffic stress condition with 10 times of footing a day for 30 days, silica and potassium increased turf visual quality by 6.38% and 10.25% respectively when compared to the control. Silica and potassium treatment on trafficked plot increased turf visual quality by 11.4% and 10.2% respectively in comparison with the control with significant reduction of wear injury from the traffic. A co-application of potassium silicate with potassium sulfate provided the enhanced visual quality of turf as compared to application of silica or potassium fertilizer, respectively.

The purpose of this case report is to investigate whether an attempt to hold the repeated upright posture under blocking the patient's vision affects the deficits to push away from the paralytic side and the relapse time from down to stand up position without push away in patients with hemiplegia with pusher syndrome. Two hemiplegic patients with pusher syndrome were assessed. The task was performed 4 times per day for 6 weeks. The modified barthel index (MBI) was performed to assess activities of daily living (ADL). For assessing balance, the "balanced sitting" and "sit to stand" are analyzed using by modified motor assessment scale (MMAS). The scale for contraversive pushing (SCP) was used for determination of push away from paralyzed side. MBI, MMAS and SCP were assessed before and after trial of the task. In patient 1, total score of the scale is 0 in sitting posture and standing posture within 3 weeks and 4 weeks, respectively, In patient 2, total score of the scale is 0 in sitting posture and standing posture within 4 weeks and 6 weeks, respectively. These results demonstrated that pusher syndrome was completely resolved in at least 6 weeks. Our findings indicate that this physical therapy seems to be relevant for the hemiplegic patients with pusher syndrome.

본 연구의 목적은 토지은행제도의 활성화를 위한 방안을 모색하고자 함에 있다. 토지은행제도의 조기정착과 활성화를 위해서는 토지가 공공재라는 사회적 인식을 확대할 필요성이 있으며, 토지은행제도의 적극적인 홍보를 통해 제도 도입의 필요성을 널리 알리고, 공익사업의 원활한 수행을 위해 반드시 필요한 제도라는 도입의 당위성을 부각시켜야 한다. 그리고 장기적ㆍ종합적ㆍ체계적인 수급조사계획을 바탕으로 정확한 비축수요예측ㆍ적정보상을 통한 취득ㆍ합리적인 토지매입을 통해 실효성 있는 적정규 모의 토지가 적기에 비축될 수 있도록 하기 위해서 토지비축위원회 산하에 실행기구로서 “토지시장검토위원회”와 “토지비축검토위원회”를 두어 상시적인 기구로 운영할 필요가 있다. 향후 토지은행제도가 정착하기 위한 재원조달ㆍ관리ㆍ공급ㆍ비축토지에 대한 세제의 개선방안 등 구체적인 실천전략의 수립과 발전적인 실행에 관해서는 후속적인 연구가 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to suggest on the method of activation in the Land Banking System. For the early settlement and activation of land banking system in the future, social recognition which is that the land is the public facilities needs to be expanded. The need of introducing system can be done through the active publicity about land banking system and introducing appropriateness should be characterized as an essential plan for effective performance of public affair. Also, effective proper-sized land should be banked in proper period from reasonable purchase of land and the acquisition through accurate land banking/demanding forecasting reasonable compensation based on long-term/overall/systematic supply-demand prospect. This can be achieved by having "land market review committee" and "land banking review committee" as action organization in land banking review committee-affiliated to use as regular organization. land market review committee offers the information about the analysis, decision, and prediction of market trend while land banking review committee makes decisions on the budget scale for reserve, set-up of reserved land, purchase, supply price, land for reserve, reserved place and others based on the offered information. Further research is needed for establishment of detailed practical strategies and expansive actions such as the improvement of tax about financing, management, supply and reserved land for settlement of future land banking system.
