발달장애 학생을 위한 사회성 기술 교수 프로그램의 개발과 평가

본 연구에서는 특수학교에 재학 중인 발달장애 고등학생들에게 사회성 기술 교수 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하고 그 효과를 살펴보았다. 연구 참여자는 서울 소재 J특수학교 두 학급에 속한 13명의 발달장애 고등학생이다. 담임교사와의 협의 및 학급 관찰을 통해 학급 분위기 및 학생별 수행수준을 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 6회기의 사회성 기술 교수 프로그램을 개발하여 사회과 수업시간에 실시하였다. 본 연구는 단일집단 사전사후 설계로 진행되었으며, 프로그램 효과는 연구에 참여한 발달장애 고등학생의 장애 정도와 수행수준을 고려하여 설정한 지도 목표의 달성 정도와 직접관찰을 통해 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 13명의 학생 모두 지도 목표의 수행수준이 향상되었으며, 13명 중 9명이 5점 만점에 4점 이상을 획득하였다. 본 연구는 성인기 전환을 앞둔 중도의 발달장애 고등학생에게 특수학교 상황에서 실시할 수 있는 사회성 기술 교수 프로그램을 구성하고 학교와의 협력 하에 실행하는 모델을 제시했다는 점에 그 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 연구의 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of the study is to develop and apply a social skill training program for high school students with developmental disabilities and evaluate its effectiveness. Thirteen high school students with developmental disabilities attending J special school located in Seoul participated in the study. The program was developed based on collaboration with classroom teachers and direct classroom observation and was implemented in social studies classes for six sessions. Using single group pretest-posttest design, the effect of the program was examined based on how much each student achieved training objective behavior. Direct observation was also conducted to examine students’ changes. The result showed that all participants showed increased scores in their training objective behavior and 9 out of 13 students got a score of 4 or 5 on 5-point scale. This study is significant in that it suggested a collaborative model between university and special school in developing a social skill training program for high school students with severe developmental disabilities who will be transitioned to adulthood in a couple of years. Finally, limitations of the study and suggestions for future research were presented.
지적장애 어머니를 둔 가족을 지원한 실무자들의 경험과 인식에 관한 질적 연구

본 연구는 지적장애 어머니를 둔 가족을 지원한 경험이 있는 실무자들을 대상으로 심층면담을 통해 그들의 경험과 인식을 파악하고자 하였다. 5년 이상의 지원 경력을 가진 서울시 여성장애인 홈헬퍼, 경기도 장애인맞춤형도우미, 장애인종합복지관 사례관리사 총 10명이 본 연구에 참여하였으며 참여자의 일정에 맞춰 개별 또는 소집단면담(focus group interview)을 진행하였다. 모든 면담은 전사한 후 연속적 비교법(constant comparative method)을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 질적 분석 결과 ‘나를 거부하지만 또 너무 필요로 하는 가족’, ‘내겐 너무 낯설고 어려운 일’, ‘시간이 지나면서 변화된 어머니-자녀-나’, ‘보다 나은 지원을 제공하기 위한 바람’의 4가지 대주제와 14가지 하위주제가 도출되었다. 본 연구는 지적장애 어머니를 둔 가족을 지원한 실무자들의 경험과 인식을 심층적으로 고찰함으로써 지적장애 어머니와 가족을 보다 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 한 첫 시도라는 데 의의가 있다. This study is a basic data for establishing social support network of the mothers with intellectual disability and their family members, having a purpose to figure out their experience and recognition through in-depth interviews with people having supported mothers with intellectual disability and their children. The participants were 10, who are the home helpers of Seoul City with more than 5 years supporting experience, the custom helpers of Gyeonggi-do Province, and the persons in charge of case management in welfare centers for the Disabled. And it was conducted by individual interviews or focus group interviews on their schedule. Every interviews were analyzed with constant comparative method and those were classified in 4 main-themes(family who denies me and needs me as well, the thing that is very strange and difficult to me, the mother-children-me which is changed as time goes by, wishes for providing the better support)and 14 sub-themes after qualitative analysis. This study is the first meaningful attempt to seek an effective supporting method for the families through investigating the perceptions and experiences of hands-on workers involved in the supporting families having mothers with intellectual disabilities.

The purpose of this study was to examine whether or not there were any gaps between children with and without disabilities in basic motion and perceptual-motor skills. The subjects in this study were 40 preschoolers, who were at the age of 5 in Western age. Out of them, 20 young children attended a regular kindergarten, and the others who attended a special preschool education institute suffered from developmental disorder with no sensory impairments or physical disabilities. The instrument used in this study was composed of 73 items about basic motion and perceptual-motor skills, and for data handling, one-way ANOVA and multi-variate analysis of variance were employed. The findings of the study were as follows: First, there was a significant gap between children with and without disabilities in stability motion, movement and manipulative motion skills, which were part of basic motor skills. The children without disabilities significantly outperformed the disabled children, and this fact signified that basic motion programs should be applied to the disabled preschoolers. Second, there also appeared a significant disparity between the two groups in physical perception, spacial perception, directional perception, speed perception and weight perception, which belonged to perceptual-motor skills. The children without diabilities made a significantly better progress than the disabled children, and this fact indicated that the disabled children were in want of perceptual-motor programs.

Mammary-like glands are poorly recognized structures of normal vulvar skin. Here, we report the first case of primary mammary-like gland adenocarcinoma of the vulva in Korea and discuss the differential diagnosis and treatment of this rare tumor. A 62-year-old woman presented with an itching sensation and palpable mass of the vulva. Abdominal computed tomography showed multiple variable-sized nodules with peripheral rim enhancement in the liver. The pathology of the vulva and liver lesions was consistent with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast, with positive staining for estrogen receptors, progesterone receptors, HER-2, and GCDFP-15. Ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging of the breast were normal. Given the histological findings in conjunction with the absence of a breast lesion, a diagnosis of primary mammary-like gland adenocarcinoma of the vulva was made. She died of pneumonia 7 weeks after the diagnosis. (Korean J Med 76:605-610, 2009)
