The effect of Air/C₃H_8 gas addition on the compound layer growth of steels nitrocarburised in NH₃+Air+C₃H_8 mixed gas atmospheres was investigated. It is considered that amount of residual NH₃was varied according to alternation of Air/C₃H_8 mixing ratio and volume content. The compound layer formed from nitrocarburising was composed of ε-Fe_(2-3)(C, N) and γ`-Fe₄(C, N). According as Air/C₃H_8 mixing ratio increased, the superficial content of γ`-Fe₄(C, N) within the compound layer was increased, at the same time the growth rate of compound layer and porous layer was increased. In the case of alloy steel at the fixed gas composition, the growth rate of compound layer and porous layer was worse than carbon steel and compound layer phase composition structure primarily consisted of E phase. As the carbon content of materials was increasing in the given gas atmospheres, the growth rate of compound layer and porous layer was increased and the superficial content of ε-Fe_(2-3)(C, N) within the compound layer was increased.

본 고에서는 체신부의 종합정보서비스 전산망에서 운영될 수 있는 문서유통시스템을 설계하였다. 체신부 문서유통시스템은 체신부의 우체국(주사국, 감독우체국, 체신청, 본부)에서 처리되는 각종 정기보고 문서와 지시문서, 공용문서, 서식관리등을 처리하는 시스템으로, 워드프로세서, 스프레드시트 등의 PC 응용과 전자우편시스템, 관계형 데이터베이스 시스템이 접목되도록 설계되었다. 따라서 본 문서유통시스템 S/W는 데이터베이스 관리블록, 전자우편 블록, 집계 블록, 자료관리 블록, 사용자 인터페이스 블록과 시스템 소프트웨어 및 유틸리티 등으로 구성된다. 체신부의 종합정보서비스전산망은 주컴퓨터인 TICOM-II, 서버로서 체신청과 감독우체국별로 설치된 PC486, 주사국 및 감독국에 설치된 업무용 PC들로 이루어져 있다. 본 시스템의 처리방식은 이러한 컴퓨터 구조에서 효율적으로 처리될 수 있도록 문서생성은 PC에서, 문서유통은 각 서버에서, 데이터베이스 관리는 주컴퓨터에서 수행되도록 지역분산처리 방식으로 설계되었다.

실 환경에 존재하는 모든 것을 3차원 모델로 쉽게 복원할 수 있을 것이라는 생각과 원격지에 있는 환경과 사람을 같은 공간에 있는 듯 상호작용할 수 있게 된 것은 그리 오래되지 않았다. 이는 일정 해상도를 보장해주는 RGB-D 센서의 개발과 이러한 센서들을 사용한 3차원 복원 관련 연구들이 활발히 수행되면서 가능하게 되었다. 본고에서는 널리 쓰이고 있는 RGB-D 카메라를 사용하여 실시간으로 때로는 온라인상에서 3차원으로 복원하고 가시화하는 기술에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 하나 또는 여러 개의 RGB_D 카메라를 사용하거나 모바일 장치에 장착된 RGB-D 센서를 사용하여 넓은 공간, 움직이는 사람, 온라인 상태의 환경 등을 실시간으로 복원하기 위한 기술들을 세부적으로 설명한다. 또한, 최근에 발표된 기술들이 다루고 있는 이슈들을 설명하고 향후 3차원 복원기술의 연구개발 방향에 대해서 논의한다.

According to conventional nitriding of tool steels, it was very difficult to produce a high surface hardness. This study has been conducted to investigate the influence of initial structures on the nitriding characteristics of tool steels in gas-nitrided for the improvement in surface hardness. The specimens (SACM645, STD61 steels) have been quenching and tempering at various temperature and then gasnitrided for 30, 45 and 60hr at 500, 530 and 550℃ respectively in gasatmosphere of 30%NH₃-70%N₂As hardness of initial structure was higher, the nitriding layer was deeper and hardness of the nitriding layer was higher. Deeper nitriding layers was due to higher diffusion rate by fine initial microstructure. Also the reason of high surface hardness was associated with formation of dispersed fine carbonitrides of nitrides.

In 50%NH₃+Air+N₂atmospheres, the effect of air additions on the growth characteristics of the compound layer during oxynitriding at 570℃ for 2hr in carbon and alloy steels has been investigated. The ammount of apparent residual ammonia during oxynitriding has shown to be increased with air additions(9∼36 Vol.%) and X-ray diffraction analysis of case oxynitreded has shown that the compound layer consist of ε-Fe_(2-3)(N, C) phase and γ`-Fe₄(N, C) phase. In the case of carbon steels, the thickness of oxide layer, compound layer and porous layer and the amount of ε-Fe_(2-3)(N, C) phase in the compound layer were increased with additions of air in 50%NH₃+N₂atmospheres. At the same gas composition, the thickenss of oxide layer, compound layer and porous layer in alloy steels showed slightly thin layer thickness compared to those of carbon steels and the γ`-Fe₄(N, C) phase in the compound layer of alloy steels was found barely. Therefore, the most obvious effect of air addition in the gas nitriding atmosphere has been found to increase further kinetics of nitriding reaction.
가스 질화침탄처리한 탄소강의 화합물층 성장 및 부식특성에 미치는 CO2함량의 영향

N/A This study has been performed to investigate the effect of CO_2 content on the growth characteristics of the compound layer, porous layer and corrosion characteristics of carbon steels after gaseous nitrocarburizing in 70%NH_3-CO_2-N_2 at 580℃ for 2.5 hrs. The results obtained from the experiment were the thickness of the compound and porous layers increased with increasing CO_2 contents. At the same fixed gas composition the thickness of the compound and porous layer increased with increasing carbon content of the specimens. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that compound layer was mainly consisted of ε-Fe_2-3(N,C) and γ`-Fe_4N as the increased with CO_2 contents in atmosphere, compound layer was chiefly consisted of ε-Fe_2-3(N,C) phase. With increasing CO_2 content and total flow rate in gaseous nitrocarburizing, the amount of ε-Fe_2-3(N,C) phase in the compound layer was increased. The current density of passivity decreased with increasing CO_2 content due to the development of porous layer at the out most surface of ε-Fe_2-3(N,C).

N/A We investigate the phase formation in the compound layer of cast irons during the gaseous nitrocarburising of four different cast irons, that contain different types of graphites in the shape and size. We examine the change in the surface roughness with the nitrocarburising time. The observation of cross-sectional microstructure and X-ray diffraction analysis indicate that the compound layer consists of single ε-Fe_2-3(N,C) phase and that its thickness increase in a parabolic manner with the treatment time. The surface roughness parameters, Rz and Ra increase with increasing treatment time. In other words, the roughness parameters increase as the thickness of compound layer increases. The parameters also depend on the shape and size of graphite in the individual cast irons.

In this paper we define a weak positive implicative hyperBCK-ideal of hyperBCK-algebra. Also we investigate that every positive implicative hyperBCK-algebra is a positive implicative hyperK-algebra and then we prove that every positive implicative hyperK-algebra is a weak positive implicative hyperK-algebra.
