This research aims to analyze the effects of a service employee`s personality on job fit and customer orientation in food service business, Based on total 164 samples obtained from an empirical research for service employees who engage in food service business, the findings of the research are as follows, First, the service employee`s personality consists of extroversion, neuroticism, agreeableness, conscientiousness and intelligence, Second, the service employee`s job fit is affected by agreeableness, conscientiousness and intelligence of a service employee, Third, the service employee`s extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and intelligence significantly affect the service employee`s customer orientation, Fourth, the service employee`s customer orientation is affected by job fit, Based on the findings of this research, service employee`s personality affect job fit and customer orientation.

In this paper, multi gap type ozonizer(MGO) has been designed and manufactured. The ozonizer is equipped with three electrodes(central electrode of screw shape, internal electrode and external electrode) of cylinder shape. This paper describes the following two characteristics: ① The characteristics of discharge with variation of output voltage of AC H.V source, flux of oxygen supplied gas and discharge voltage. ② The characteristics of ozone generation by varying flux and discharge power.

In this paper, we design an optimal model following ${\mu}-$synthesis control system for fuel-injection of diesel engine which has robust performance and satisfactory command tracking performance in spite of uncertainties of the system. To do this, we give gain and dynamics parameters to the weighting functions and apply genetic algorithm with reference model to the optimal determination of the weighting functions that are given by the D-K iteration method which can design ${\mu}-$synthesis controller in the state space. These weighting functions are optimized simultaneously in the search domain which guarantees the robust performance of the system. The ${\mu}-$synthesis control system for fuel-injection designed by the above method has not only the robust performance but also a better command tracking performance than those of the ${\mu}-$synthesis control system designed by trial-and-error method. The effectiveness of this ${\mu}-$synthesis control system for fuel-injection is verified by computer simulation.

Inverters with high speed switching and advanced PWM techniques are widely used for variable speed applications. But some adverse effects on the stator winding insulation are reported due to excessive voltage stress, which results in the premature insulation breakdown. This is aggravated by the high switching speed of modem switching devices such as IGBT (Insulated Gate Bi-polar Transistor) with which the rate of rise in voltage (dv/dt) increases considerably. In this paper, the test results for evaluation on the stator winding insulation of 310V induction motors are presented. Also, the insulation characteristics are presented in order to analyze the insulation strength under high voltage due to high switching speed of IGBT PWM inverter. 26 induction motors of 6 types with different wires and insulation techniques are built and thoroughly tested. The maximum partial discharge (PD) magnitude (Qm) and the discharge inception voltage (DIV) are obtained by PD test. Under AC current test, the rate of change in AC current (ΔI) and the change in dissipation factor (Δtanδ) are measured. From the above test data, the effects due to different wires and insulation techniques on the insulation characteristics of low-voltage induction motors are compared and analyzed. The insulation technique to enhance the insulation strength is suggested from the test results.
