Factitious hemoptysis is the bleeding type of Munchausen`s syndrome, and this describes a group of patients who intentionally produce symptoms. Because factitious hemoptysis is a very rare manifestation of hemoptysis, it generally passes unnoticed. We report here on a case of factitious hemoptysis in a 15-year-old boy who presented with hemoptysis. During his three hospitalizations, we conducted many diagnostic procedures, including chest CT, laryngoscopy, bronchoscopy and bronchial arteriography, yet we failed to find the definitive cause of the patient`s hemoptysis. He kept on complaining of repetitive hemoptysis and seizure-like activity. His father discovered that he had collected his blood into the specimen cup via an intravenous line. After we removed the intravenous line, he did not show blood to us again. We suggest that factitious hemoptysis should be considered in the differential diagnosis of hemoptysis of an unclear bleeding focus, and especially when the patient has a bizarre hospital course or unusual behavior. Totally implanted central venous access devices for chemotherapy (chemoport) are being used increasingly in lung cancer patients. Vascular catheters are associated with various complications including infection, thrombosis as well as spontaneous fractures and embolization of the catheter, which is known as ``pinch-off syndrome``. ``Pinch-off syndrome`` refers to the compression of a subclavian central venous catheter between the clavicle and first rib resulting in an intermittent or permanent obstruction, which can lead to tears, transection, or embolization. We report two cases of fractured and embolized implanted subclavian venous catheters in which the fragments were removed percutaneously. A 62-year-old man presented with back pain with a duration of a few weeks. The chest radiograph revealed complete transsection and embolization of the catheter into the right atrium. In addition, a 47-year-old woman with a chemoport had a grade 3 pinch-off sign in a chest radiograph demonstrating complete transsection and embolization of the catheter into the pulmonary artery. Both cases were managed by retrieving the embolized distal fragment percutaneously and removing the proximal section of the catheter. (Tuberc Respir Dis 2007;63:449-453)

대부분의 공공기관과 기업에서 개인정보가 포함된 문서를 마스킹 처리하여 온라인상에 게재하고 있다. 이 때, 여러 검색 엔진에서 특정 키워드를 통한 검색 결과를 통해 개인정보가 포함된 문서들이 대량으로 노출되고 있으며 마스킹 처리가 된 정보라 하더라도 2개 이상의 부가 정보들을 조합해서 개인을 특정할 수 있는 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이를 통해 얻은 개인정보와 개인을 특정할 수 있는 정보는 다양한 범죄 피해를 발생시킬 우려가 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 검색 엔진과 온라인상에서 노출되고 있는 개인정보가 포함된 문서들을 탐지한다. 그 후 발견된 문서들의 통계와 조사를 통해 온라인상에 노출 중인 개인정보와 가명정보 등이 초래하는 피해의 심각성을 재고하고, 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 분산 환경에서 e-비즈니스 프로세스들 간에 SFT(Slow Frequency Transaction) 데이터를 처리하는 동기화 에이전트 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 이 동기화 에이전트 시스템은 분산 프로세스들의 상호운용성 보장과 클라이언트/서버 구조의 문제를 해결하기 위해 이동에이전트를 이용하며, 분산된 이종 시스템 플랫폼상의 e-비즈니스 프로세스들의 데이터 동기화를 위한 정책을 제시한다. 제안된 동기화 정책은 유니캐스팅 전송 상에서 시스템 우선순위와 타임스탬프의 트랜잭션을 기본으로 한다. This paper design and implements a synchronized agent mechanism that be able to synchronize SFT (Slow Frequency Transaction) data among e-business processes in distributed environment. This synchronized agent system is adopted to use mobile agent to guarantee the interoperability of the distributed processes and to solve some problems at the client/server architecture and proposes a policy to synchronize data of e-business processes on the any platforms of distributed heterogeneous systems. The proposed synchronization policy is based on the time-stamp transaction with the system priority on the unicasting transportation.
선박용 지자기 보정 기능을 갖는 이동식 전자컴퍼스 개발

Recently fishing industry is interested in efficient and automated fishing implementations to reach the level of the international leading technology. One of the important device used in fishing boat is an automated electric compass that harnesses the GPS and terrestrial magnetic sensor. The electric compass is desired to be minimized in size while keeping a high effectiveness in the characteristic of a magnetic compass. This device also can be used as a heading angle sensor to construct auto-navigation system in a small size of ships. However, there exists measurement errors induced from the slope of terrestrial magnetic sensor caused by the motion of boat. In this paper, a method has been proposed removing the measurement error arising from the slope of terrestrial magnetic sensor when the ship is in motion. We have designed a sensor with two DOF(degree of freedom) and a weight to maintain the horizontality of the sensor. Through this research, the hardware has been designed and also a test has been performed. The test shows a promissory result.
