본 연구는 목회자 아내들의 자아정체감이 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 영향에서 영적 체험과 우울의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 목회자 아내 138명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, 매개효과 검증은 경로분석과 Sobel 검정을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 자아정체감과 영적 체험, 우울 및 주관적 웰빙 간에 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났으나, 영적 체험과 우울 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 자아정체감과 주관적 웰빙 간의 관계에서 영적 체험과 우울의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 셋째, 자아정체감은 주관적 웰빙에 유의한 직접효과가 없었다. 넷째, 영적 체험은 우울에 유의한 직접효과가 없었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 목회자 아내들의 자아정체감과 영적 체험이 행복을 증진시키는 데 미치는 영향에 대한 주요 시사점 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effects of spiritual experience and depression between self-identity and subjective well-being. The subjects of this study were 138 pastor’s wives, and mediating effects were analysed through path analysis and Sobel test. As a result of analysis, first, there were significant relationships among self-identity, spiritual experience, depression, and subjective well-being, but not between spiritual experience and depression. Second, spiritual experience and depression had significant mediating effect within the relationship of self-identity and subject well-being. Third, self-identity had not significant direct effect on subjective well-being. Forth, spiritual experience had not significant direct effect on depression. Implications of these results were explored in relation to the importance of self-identity and spiritual experience that could be taken to improve subjective well-being. In addition, suggestions for future research were discussed.
인성교육 및 뉴스타트 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 -삼육대학교를 중심으로-

This study was performed to organize personality education program for fostering the balanced development of spirit·mind·body and test its effects. Personality education program consists of two programs such as short-term personality education program for 4 days and long-term personality education program for three weeks. It conducted personality education program with 93 university students attending a university in Seoul and analyzed the differences in health enhancement acts, career maturity, spiritual well-being, self-respect, self-efficacy and parent-child communication before and after the program. As a result of the study, health enhancement acts, self-respect and self-efficacy were significantly increased in both short-term and long-term programs, but career maturity, spiritual well-being and parent-child communication were significantly increased only in long-term program. These results suggest that there are variables requiring long-term education in the change of psychological variables through personality education. Therefore, each school must apply long-term and systematic plan to personality education. Finally, limitations of this study and directions of further studies are discussed.
단기간 현미채식과 옥외걷기운동이 대학생의 신체조성 및 혈중지질수준에 미치는 영향

This study examined the effects of a brown rice vegetarian diet and outdoor walking exercise program on body composition and blood lipid parameters in collegians. The mean age of respondents was 21.8 yrs (males) and 21.7 yrs (females). During the ten-day program, the respondents lived in a dormitory and had three meals. The respondents exercised one hour in the morning (6:20∼7:20 am) and attended one and a half hour evening lecture (7:00∼8:30 pm) everyday. The brown rice vegetarian diet consisted of brown rice, whole grain bread, beans, fresh vegetables, and fresh fruits contained 2043.2±112.7 kcal (97.3% of RNI), 66.7 g protein (133.3% of RNI), 33.6 g dietary fiber (168.2% of RNI), vitamin A (194.2% of RNI), vitamin B1 (245.5% of RNI), vitamin B2 (225.1% of RNI), niacin (233.7% of RNI), vitamin B6 (277.1% of RNI), folic acid (128.4% of RNI), vitamin C (334.6% of RNI), iron (131.9% of RNI), zinc (112.4% of RNI) and calcium (60.3% of RNI). The results showed that there were significant increases in body weight (P<0.05) and BMI (P<0.05) in males and body weight (P<0.05) and lean body mass (P<0.01) in females. In addition, there were significant decreases in total cholesterol (P<0.001), LDL cholesterol (P<0.001), TG (P<0.05), and HDL-cholesterol (P<0.001) in males and total cholesterol (P<0.01) and LDL-cholesterol (P<0.01) in female. The ten day brown rice vegetarian diet rich in fiber and outdoor walking exercise program significantly increased body weight and decreased total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol in collegians.
단일용량 120㎾급 계통연계형 태양광 발전용 PCS 개발

본 논문에서는 국내최초로 개발에 성공한 단일용량의120㎾급 계통연계형 태양광발전용 PCS에 관한 내용을 설명하고 있다. 120㎾급 계통연계형 태양광발전시스템은 22.9㎸의 특고압계통전원에 연계되도록 설계되었으며, 삼상 380V를 22.9㎸로 승압 연계하는 2단 절연방식을 채택하였다. 120㎾급 PCS는 상용주파수 변압기 절연방식으로 3상4선식 380V 60㎐ 출력을 가지고 있으며, PCS 내부에 120㎸A급 변압기와 리액터를 포함하고 있다. 최대출력점추종(MPPT)제어 기법으로 P&D 알고리즘을 적용하였으며, 3상 IGBT 인버터를 DSP로 제어하였다. 본 논문에서는 120㎾급 단일용량 PC를 개발함에 있어, 계통연계 시험, 유, 무효 전류제어 시험, 단독운전 검출 및 방지 시험, 출력전류의 THD 측정 등의 결과를 보이고 있다.
