Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the awareness towards oral health environmental changes and oral health in smokers and non-smokers in soldiers. Methods: Data were obtained from 350 soldiers serving at Unit M in Gwangju and Gyeonggi-do and ROTC candidates at University Y in Gyeonggi-do from April 28 to May 5, 2013. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 program and a significant level was set at 0.05. Results: Non-smokers had more knowledge on tooth staining or gum diseases than smokers(p<0.05). The awareness towards the causes of oral cancer was not much different between the smokers and the non-smokers. The soldiers having dental health education tended to smoke less than those who had no education(p<0.05). The awareness towards individual oral health revealed no difference between the smokers and the non-smokers. Non-smokers had higher subjective knowledge on of the importance of the oral health, smoking influence on the oral health, and secondhand smoking impact on the health(p<0.05). Conclusions: The oral health education by the dental hygienists is very important in the military camps. Non-smokers tended to have higher knowledge on oral health than the non-smokers.
형태보존암호를 이용한 Data-Oriented Network Architecture 보안도 개선에 관한 연구

식별 정보기반 네트워크 아키텍처로서 데이터의 이름 정보를 데이터화 하여 통신하는 기술인 DONA가 있다. DONA에서 통신에 사용되는 데이터 이름은 40byte 인 평문으로 이루어져 있다. 평문으로 이루어진 데이터 이름을 알게 되면 공격자는 사용자의 데이터를 확인할 수 있게 된다. 그러나 기존 암호화는 암호문의 길이와 데이터 타입이 변하기 때문에 암호화 된 데이터 이름을 사용하여 통신이 불가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정상적인 통신이 가능하도록 암호화 하여도 암호문의 길이와 데이터 타입이 바뀌지 않는 형태보존암호 FEA로 암호화 하는 방법을 제안한다.
CT 정도관리에서 ACR 팬텀을 이용한 딥러닝 모델 적용에 관한 연구

This study aimed to implement a deep learning model that can perform quantitative quality control through ACTS software used for quantitative evaluation of ACR phantom in CT quality control and evaluate its usefulness. By changing the scanning conditions, images of three modules of the ACR phantom's slice thickness (ST), low contrast resolution (LC), and high contrast resolution (HC) were obtained and classified as ACTS software. The deep learning model used ResNet18, implementing three models in which ST, HC, and LC were learned with epoch 50 and an integrated model in which three modules were learned with Epoch 10, 30, and 50 at once. The performance of each model was evaluated through Accuracy and Loss. When comparing and evaluating the accuracy and loss function values of the deep learning models by ST, LC, and HC modules, the Accuracy and Loss of the HC model were the best with 100% and 0.0081, and in the integrated model according to the Epoch value, Accuracy and Loss with epoch 50 were the best with 96.29% and 0.1856. This paper showed that quantitative quality control is possible through a deep learning model, and it can be used as a basis and evidence for applying deep learning to the CT quality control.

Purpose: Acute endosulfan poisoning is rare but causes significant morbidity and mortality. The aim of our study is to describe complications and features of seizure and determine factors associated with mortality in acute endosulfan poisoning. Methods: Twenty-eight adult patients with acute endosulfan poisoning admitted to our emergency department during a 15-year period were studied retrospectively. The clinical features of seizure, use of antiepileptic drugs during seizure, and hospital courses were evaluated. Clinical factors between survived group and non-survived group were compared for identification of factors associated with mortality. Results: Of the 28 patients with endosulfan poisoning, 4 patients (14.3%) died and 15 (53.6%) patients developed generalized tonic-clonic seizure. Thirteen patients (46.4%) and 5 patients (17.9%) progressed to status epilepticus (SE) and refractory status epilepticus (RSE), respectively. SE and RSE were associated with mortality. Almost all significant complications including shock, acute renal failure, hepatic toxicity, rhabdomyolysis, and cardiac injury developed in SE and RSE patients. Conclusion: SE and RSE were important contributors to death in endosulfan poisoning. Emergency physicians treating endosulfan poisoning should make an effort not to progress seizure following endosulfan poisoning to SE and RSE using a rapid and aggressive antiepileptic drug.
NDN 환경에서 형태보존암호를 이용한 효과적인 라우터 자원 활용 기법 제안

일반적으로 네트워크를 통한 통신은 IP 주소 체계를 이용하고 있다. 그러나 네트워크 이용자의 증가로 인해 IP주소 활용에 대한 한계가 대두되고 있다. 따라서 IP 기반 네트워크가 갖는 문제점을 해결하고 기존의 통신 패러다임을 변경하기 위한 시도로 컨텐츠의 이름을 기반으로 한 NDN이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 대량의 Interest가 중개 라우터를 통해 포워딩되는 과정에서 사용되는 라우터에 형태보존암호를 이용해 효과적인 라우터 자원을 활용하는 기법을 제안하였다.
