        부항자극에 대한 체표 경락,경혈의 생체에너지 변화 분석

        Objectives: The aim of this study is evaluation for significance of skin meridian-acupoints energy measurement system, and is verification of principle to measure the bio-ion charge on acupoints. Methods: To check a correlation between the MEP(Meridian Energy Potential) and bio-electric charge condition, ten acupoints(left/right BL meridian: BL13, BL15, BL18, BL20, BL23) were chosen. Based on basic theory concerning the upward trend of the bio-electric charge by cupping therapy, we measured MEP change before and after 600mmHg(80kPa) Negative pressure stimulation using cupping. Results: We could identify the correlation between MEP and the condition of bio-electric charge in acupoints. Also, we checked the balance or imbalance of left/right the MEP and unusual cases. Conclusions: We confirmed significance of proposed principle and meridian energy measurement system.

      • 집속형 자기장 자극에 대한 근피로 회복 및 근통증 완화 평가를 위한 체열변화 분석

        Electrical stimulation method has been used to pain control of musculoskeletal disorders. But treatment effect of existing electrical stimulation method is very stochastic according to electrical properties(impedance) of stimulation point. In this study, stimulation source was micro magnetic which is to stimulate muscles & nerves from transcutaneous tissue to deep tissue regardless of those electrical properties of human body. Also change of body surface temperature was measured using Digital Infrared Thermographic Imaging(DITI) to check muscle fatigue recovery & muscle pain control under the influence of micro magnetic stimulations on the nerves & micro-vessels. For clinical trials, subjects were divided into 3 groups : non stimulation group(NSG), electrical stimulation group(ESG) and micro magnetic stimulation group(MSG). Body surface temperature was measured for 3 days in the NSG(n=32), ESG(n=32) and MSG(n=32) after the muscle fatigue induction by isometric contraction at biceps brachii muscle. Also body surface temperature in the ESG & MSG was measured before/after each stimulation. In result, temperature differences between left and right arm surfaces were measured as much as 0.86±0.43℃(n=96) after the exercise, 0.78±Y0.12℃ after the electrical stimulation and 0.1±?0.39℃ after the micro magnetic stimulation. Therefore, it could be inferred that magnetic stimulation had an effect on muscle fatigue recovery & muscle pain control.

        동일 경락상의 요혈(要穴)에서 체표 에너지 분포도 분석

        Objectives: The object of this study is measuring energy (skin capacitance) distribution on the specific acupionts and analyzing change patterns of meridian energy according to time or synchronous time. Methods: To check energy distribution using the meridian energy measurement system(DMM-1000), ten specific acupoints(ST34, ST36, ST40, ST41, ST42, ST43, ST44, ST45, BL21, CV12) were chosen. We checked the energy distribution and analyzed the change patterns before and after meal. We checked the state of the energy of ST meridian which is considered to have relation to stomach organ activity. Based on the hypothesis regarding energy difference due to Qi flowing, we compared energy potential on 10 specific acupoints. Results and Conclusions: Electric energy of each specific acupoint was different according to subjects and time. Through this study, we proposed an indispensable condition of energy difference due to Qi flowing through meridian.

        사회적자본이 지역문화관광 성과에 미치는 영향연구: 저지문화예술인마을을 중심으로

        The project for Building JeoJi Culture & Artist Village where artists all over the country come to stay began in 1999. In the analysis of causal relationship for social capital and regional cultural tourism, the former as a cause variable and the latter as a parameter was set up. First, the result of analysis showed that social capital influenced both financial and non-financial incentives but unlike other variables, trust and norm gave negative effect. Second, in interviews, there were some comments on causes of low effectiveness in economic, social and cultural development like lack of common interest, differences in life style. Therefore, local government should develop the policy that covers the pointed issues to support creation of riffle-effects. Lastly, In order to increase effectiveness of regional cultural tourism, It is necessary to promote highly influential factors such as participation, networking and input trust factors. Based on the result, this study debated on policies and ways to raise social capital.

        한의 진단을 위한 체표에너지 측정 시스템의 개발 및 평가

        Objectives: It is considered not easy to diagnose the condition of acupoints or meridians. Oriental Medical instruments have rarely complied with Oriental Medical diagnostic/therapeutic theories. The aim of this study was to develop a system which measures meridian electric potential(MEP) in proportion to bio-electric charge for the purpose of Oriental Medical diagnosis. Method: To evaluate a meridian energy measurement system(MEMS), we carried out a performance test. For significance test, we conducted a clinical trial which measured the MEP of ST36(Chok-samni) on Stomach Meridian(ST). Results & Conclusions: We could evaluate the balance or the imbalance of the MEPs on the left/right ST36. Also, through the comparison of MEPs before and after meals, we could identify the correlation between the MEP and the condition of internal organs. Namely, MEP reflects the condition of acupoints/meridians and internal organs, therefore, we propose this new method for measuring and analyzing the condition of meridians and acupoints for Oriental Medical diagnosis.

        체표 캐패시턴스 측정 방식을 이용한 체표 경락,경혈 에너지 변화 분석

        Objectives: The object of this study is to investigate the balance/imbalance of skin capacitances between left and right meridians, and to analyze the change patterns of electric energy on meridians with the lapse of time. Method: Electric potential was measured on five source points (LU9, PC7, HT7, LI4, SI4) bilaterally for 4 hours. The energy balance/imbalance between left and right was investigated, and the change patterns with time were analyzed. Results and Conclusions: The amplitude of meridian energy on five source points and the energy balance/imbalance between left and right were varied in each individual. When a source point showed a balanced meridian energy bilaterally, the change patterns of meridian energy with time were simillar between left and right. While, when it showed an imbalanced energy between left and right, the change patterns of meridian energy were also different between left and right. Through this study, we proposed a new diagnostic method of meridian energy.

        -경혈 및 트리거 포인트에서- 미약 자기장을 이용한 근피로 회복 평가

        이에 본 연구에서는 비침습적인 방식으로 국소적 부위인 경혈과 Trigger Point에서 경결된 근조직과 신경조직을 자극할 수 있는 자기장 자극 시스템을 제작하였다. 시스템을 이용하여 가정용 저주파치료기기와 동일한 조건에서 상완 이두박근의 근피로 유발 후 근피로 회복을 평가하였다. 경혈과 Trigger Point의 해부학적 위치가 동일한 청영혈(HT2)를 자극위치로 선정하였다. 등척성 운동을 통하여 25명의 일반인에게 근피로를 유발시켰으며, 무자극 5명, 저주파 치료기기의 전기자극 10명, 자기장 자극 10명으로 분류하였다. 자극시간은 5분으로 하여 자극하였으며, 5일동안 EMG를 측정하여 관찰하였다. EMG를 주파수영역에서 분석해본 결과, 무자극의 근피로 회복률이 가장 저조했으며, 저주파치료기기의 전기자극보다 자기장 자극이 근피로 회복에 효과적인 것으로 확인되었다. The aim of this study was developing the non-invasive focused magnetic stimulation system(NI_FMSS) that can stimulates acupoints which are small parts and knotted muscular tissues. To evaluate pain treatment effect of the NI_FMSS, we caused muscle fatigue to 25 subjects in biceps of the arm. Then, we stimulated acupoints(trigger points) HT2 using low frequency stimulator(10 subjects) and NI_FMSS(10 subjects). The other 5 subjects had not been stimulated. We analyzed muscle fatigue recovery with median frequency, RMS and median power in frequency domain for 5 days. We checked the magnetic stimulation effect on acupoint by evaluation of muscle fatigue recovery. Therefore, we identified that the NI_FMSS was more efficient system to relieve muscle pain than electric-stimulation system.

        미약 전자기장을 이용한 말초장애 치료시스템 개발

        당뇨 합병증 등으로 인한 말초혈류 및 신경장애, 수족냉증 및 손가락 관절염, 통증 질환이 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 문제를 개선할 수 있는 손가락 질환 전용 치료기기가 전무한 상태로 이와 관련된 치료기의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 시변 미약자기장을 이용하여 비침습적으로 말초혈류/신경개선과 손가락 류마티스 치료를 위한 솔레노이드 원통형 코일을 제작하고, 다양한 치료목적에 사용하기 위해서 3가지 자극모드(N, S, N/S)와 자극주파수(0.25, 0.5, 1hz)를 선택할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였다. 자속밀도 측정 프로브를 솔레노이드의 중심에서부터 거리를 0 ~ 3cm 단계로 자극방식과 주파수별로 자속밀도를 측정하였다. 자속밀도를 측정한 결과, 모든 자극방식과 주파수에서 솔레노이드 내부의 중심(0cm)에 근접할수록 자속밀도가 급격히 증가하였다. 솔레노이드 중심 자속밀도는 N자극 (294.3mT)과 S자극(293.8mT)에서는 1Hz, N/S자극(275.4mT)에서는 0.25Hz에서 가장 높게 측정되었다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 패턴과 강도의 자기장을 이용하여 다양한 손가락 질환을 치료할 수 있는 솔레노이드형 치료기기를 개발하였다. 솔레노이드 내부 자속밀도를 측정함으로써 손가락 말초질환 개선을 위한 미약자기장 시스템의 임상 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. It has increased that peripheral disturbance(blood flow, nerve, Raynaud's phenomenon) and finger rheumatoid arthritis which is caused by the diabetic complications. To improve these pain issues, we proposed new method for the Finger Disease Therapy(FDT). In this paper, we manufactured solenoid cylindrical coil which was only for the FDT using a variable micro-electromagnetic. Also, we designed the Finger Disease Therapy System(FDTS) which could select three stimulation modes(N_pulse, S_pulse, N/S_pulse) and frequency(0.25hz, 0.5hz, 1hz). We used a Teslameter to measure magnetic flux inner solenoid, and measured magnetic flux as distance(0 ~ 3cm) inner solenoid with stimulation modes and frequency. In the results, magnetic flux was the highest in center of solenoid(0cm) for all stimulation modes. Also, the highest magnetic flux was measured as N_pulse(294.3mT), S_pulse(293.8mT) in 1Hz and N/S_pulse (275.4mT) in 0.25Hz, respectively. Therefore, we developed the FDTS using various pattern and intensity for finger diseases therapy, and checked therapy clinic application possibility of the FDTS as measuring magnetic flux inner solenoid.

        음압자극에 대한 경락의 근전도 및 경혈의 수분도.탄성도 변화 분석

        부항요법은 다양한 질환에 치료목적으로 널리 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 부항에 대한 경락과 경혈의 상태 변화에 관한 연구가 전무한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 부항자극에 대한 경락경혈의 상태변화를 분석하여 인체 전체에 미치는 파급효과를 확인하고자하였다. 이에 일정 음압(30kPa)으로 자극 가능한 시스템을 개발하였으며, 좌측 수태음폐경(LU)의 협백(LU4)과 척택(LU5)의 경락선상 중간지점을 자극하였다. 좌/우 수태음폐경의 경혈 및 비경혈에서 수분, 탄성도를 측정하였으며 상완이두박근에서 EMG 신호를 자극 전/후 측정하여 부항 요법이 인체에 미치는 영향을 관찰하였다. 그 결과, 자극 전/후 수분의 변화는 12.49%로 미비하였으며, 탄성도는 64.42%로 높은 변화를 확인하였다. 또한, 경혈이 비경혈 보다 탄성도 변화가 많았으며, 좌측보다 우측에서의 탄성도 변화가 많이 관찰되었다. 좌/우 EMG 신호의 RMS와 Median Power가 유의하게 낮아졌으나 Median frequency에서는 유의성을 확인할 수 없었다. 따라서, 음압자극은 경락경혈의 탄성도 및 근전도 변화를 유도함으로써 인체 전체에 파급적 효과를 줄 수 있음을 확인하였다. Cupping therapy has been used to extensive diseases. However, the research was yet to meridian and acupoint's change of state caused by Cupping. This study was considered a human-ripple effect by the anlaysis of meridian & acupoint's change of state. We developed the system which is keeps 30kPa Negative-pressure and stimulated on the Left Lung Meridian(LU) a halfway point between LU4 and LU5. We checked moisture and elasticity change on left/right acupoints & non-acupoints, then measured EMG Signal. We observed that moisture had little change(12.49%) and the better part of the elasticity on both sides had identified the change(64.42%). The number of the provoked acupoiunt elasticity change was more than non-acupoint. Also, elasticity change of Right side was more than Left side. We confirmed that RMS and Median Power change patterns were lower in proportional to the elastin change, but there was no significance about Median Frequency. Therefore inducing the change of elasticity and EMG signal on meridian-acupoints. Therefore, We checked the human-ripple effect Negative-pressure by the Cupping therapy.

        근피로 회복 및 근통증 완화를 위한 미약 자기장 자극에 대한 체열변화 분석

        본 연구에서는 미약 자기장 자극이 근피로 회복 및 근통증 완화를 확인하기 위하여 적외선 체열 영상진단검사법을 이용하여 체표면 온도변화를 측정하였다. 피험자(n=96)에 대하여 등척성 운동으로 근피로를 유발시킨 후 무자극 그룹(n=32)과 저주파 자극 그룹(n=32) 그리고 자기장 자극 그룹(n=32)의 3일 동안 체표면 온도변화와 저주파, 자기장 자극 그룹의 자극 전/직후의 체표면 온도변화를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 운동 직후 $0.86{\pm}0.43^{\circ}C$(n=96)의 좌/우측 온도차이가 발생하였으며, 저주파 자극 직후에는 $0.78{\pm}0.12^{\circ}C$, 자기장 자극 직후에는 $0.1{\pm}0.39^{\circ}C$의 좌/우측 온도차를 확인하였다. 또한 3일 이후 무자극 시 $0.3{\pm}0.14^{\circ}C$, 저주파 자극 시 $0.05{\pm}0.21^{\circ}C$, 자기장 자극 시 $0.03{\pm}0.21^{\circ}C$의 좌/우측 온도차이를 확인하였다. 이에 자기장 자극의 좌/우측 체표면 온도차이가 가장 낮은 것을 확인하였으며 근피로 회복 및 근통증 완화에 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. Also after 3days, temperature differences between left and right arm surfaces were measured as much as $0.3{\pm}0.14^{\circ}C$ in the NSG, $0.05{\pm}0.21^{\circ}C$ in the ESG and $0.03{\pm}0.21^{\circ}C$ in the MSG. These data showed that the lowest temperature difference between left/right body surface was measured in MSG.
