        부산 건축에서 드러난 지역성 표현의 새로운 징후들

        This study intended to discuss about the new expression of regionality in Busan city. Particularly, we focused on the formal aspect of regionality and the relation among these forms. The reason is that the form influences the meaning of regionality, even changes it. Moreover, a form or a style is evolved out of another style. In this paper, we discussed the form based on Pepper's root metaphor and have attempted to show that the new formal expression leads the regional novelty in Busan.

        1960년대 이후 부산(釜山)근대건축의 지속과 변용

        Modern Architecture is generally regarded as the architecture developed from 18-19th century to the early 20th century with reasonable and industrial environment, that is completely different from traditional architecture in western society. However, the meaning of Modern Architecture in non-western society is so different and hard to define because it is usually mixed with non-modern elements, such as tradition, regionalism, and humanism. German philosopher, Jurgen Habermas's idea of ‘Modernity’ is very effective tool to explain this case because he advocate the meaning of modernity not as the severance from tradition but as the continuity and transformation of tradition within critical view. In the context, this paper attempt to analyze the meaning of modernity in the architecture of Busan City since 1960's with reinterpretation of Habermas's idea of ‘Modernity’.

        침치료 원리를 이용한 안면 통증 치료기 개발

        We developed an orofacial pains diagnosis/therapy system which can enlarge a therapy effect through a new stimulation. Contrary to its established method, this therapy system(DDTS-1) is a treating method which absorbs a surplus ion charge- the cause of an outbreak of a pain-of the human body using a capacitor. Absorbing a surplus ion charge of the human body with effect, it obtained optimal parameters which is control signal to control charging/discharging a capacitor to be 6Hz, and capacitance to be $0.1\~0.33{\mu}F.$ Through clinical demonstration, experimented on among patients-namely dental pain patients, joint disorders patients, and trigeminal neuralgia patients to verification of system. In result, an EAST stimulater had a very low change of abnormal potential against normal potential before/after being placed under medical care. DDTS-1 showed obvious differences that two potentials are one and the same potential or one potential is similar to the other one. DDTS-1 comparing with EAST showed the remedial value of the comparative advantage in all the medical treatment of pains. Therefore, stimulation of DDTS-1 is more effective than the existing electric stimulation. We verified its validity of ion charge absorption in the human body using capacitor which presented the present thesis. That is, we verified theoretical adequacy of control action in a pain, and its efficiency as well as confidence. 한의학적 침구치료원리에 근거한 새로운 자극방식을 통해 치료효과를 증대시킬 수 있는 구강안면 동통 진단/치료기를 개발하였다. 이 새로운 DDTS-1 치료기는 기존방식과는 달리 캐패시터를 이용하여 동통발생 원인인 인체의 과잉 이온전하를 흡수하여 치료하는 방식이다. 과도한 이온전하를 흡수하여 치료하기 위한 최적 파라미터 추출은 실험을 통해, 캐패시터의 충방전을 제어하기 위한 제어신호의 최적의 주파수는 6hz, 캐패시턴스는 $0.1\~0.33{\mu}F$으로 결정하였다. 임상실험을 통해 시스템의 검증을 위해 치성동통환자, 3차 신경통환자 등을 대상으로 정상부위와 이상부위의 전위를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 기존 자극기는 치료전과 후의 전위차가 매우 작았으며 DDTS-1은 생체전위차가 동일하거나 비슷해지는 뚜렷한 차이를 보였다. 따라서, DDTS-1의 자극방식이 기존의 전기적 자극방식보다 치료효과 측면에서 더 효과적이며 이는 캐패시터를 이용한 인체 이온전하 흡수방식의 타당성을 검증하였다. 즉, DDTS-1 치료기의 자극방식에 따른 동통조절기전의 이론적 타당성을 검증하고 성능 및 신뢰성을 검증하였다.

        침술 효과의 객관화를 위한 접지조건에 따른 경락전위분석

        Background: As patients are positioned at insulated bed and practitioner are positioned at insulated floor or shoes, it could be a cause of lessening effect in acupuncture practice. We investigated how Ground connection could influence on the electrical meridian potential between practitioner and patient during acupuncture practice. Method: We treated 30 normal healthy subjects with acupuncture and measured changes in the electrical potential between the stomach meridian points ST-39 and ST-37 in response to light touch after insertion of a needle at ST-36. At first, we stimulated needle and measured electrical potentials for non ground, patient ground only, practitioner ground only, all ground, respectively. Result: All ground subject elicited positive mean potential 44.6±19.2㎶ and showed 181.4±59.7㎶ peak to peak potential practitioner ground only showed negative mean potential -51.5±9.3㎶ and 367.4±27.8㎶ of peak to peak potential. Patient ground only revealed no mean potential as 2.9±1.3㎶, 16.4±1l.9㎶ of peak to peak potential. All ground showed no mean potential as 1.6±0.7㎶, 3.3±1.9㎶ of peak to peak potential. respectively.

        미약 전자기장을 이용한 말초장애 치료시스템 개발

        당뇨 합병증 등으로 인한 말초혈류 및 신경장애, 수족냉증 및 손가락 관절염, 통증 질환이 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 문제를 개선할 수 있는 손가락 질환 전용 치료기기가 전무한 상태로 이와 관련된 치료기의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 시변 미약자기장을 이용하여 비침습적으로 말초혈류/신경개선과 손가락 류마티스 치료를 위한 솔레노이드 원통형 코일을 제작하고, 다양한 치료목적에 사용하기 위해서 3가지 자극모드(N, S, N/S)와 자극주파수(0.25, 0.5, 1hz)를 선택할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였다. 자속밀도 측정 프로브를 솔레노이드의 중심에서부터 거리를 0 ~ 3cm 단계로 자극방식과 주파수별로 자속밀도를 측정하였다. 자속밀도를 측정한 결과, 모든 자극방식과 주파수에서 솔레노이드 내부의 중심(0cm)에 근접할수록 자속밀도가 급격히 증가하였다. 솔레노이드 중심 자속밀도는 N자극 (294.3mT)과 S자극(293.8mT)에서는 1Hz, N/S자극(275.4mT)에서는 0.25Hz에서 가장 높게 측정되었다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 패턴과 강도의 자기장을 이용하여 다양한 손가락 질환을 치료할 수 있는 솔레노이드형 치료기기를 개발하였다. 솔레노이드 내부 자속밀도를 측정함으로써 손가락 말초질환 개선을 위한 미약자기장 시스템의 임상 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. It has increased that peripheral disturbance(blood flow, nerve, Raynaud's phenomenon) and finger rheumatoid arthritis which is caused by the diabetic complications. To improve these pain issues, we proposed new method for the Finger Disease Therapy(FDT). In this paper, we manufactured solenoid cylindrical coil which was only for the FDT using a variable micro-electromagnetic. Also, we designed the Finger Disease Therapy System(FDTS) which could select three stimulation modes(N_pulse, S_pulse, N/S_pulse) and frequency(0.25hz, 0.5hz, 1hz). We used a Teslameter to measure magnetic flux inner solenoid, and measured magnetic flux as distance(0 ~ 3cm) inner solenoid with stimulation modes and frequency. In the results, magnetic flux was the highest in center of solenoid(0cm) for all stimulation modes. Also, the highest magnetic flux was measured as N_pulse(294.3mT), S_pulse(293.8mT) in 1Hz and N/S_pulse (275.4mT) in 0.25Hz, respectively. Therefore, we developed the FDTS using various pattern and intensity for finger diseases therapy, and checked therapy clinic application possibility of the FDTS as measuring magnetic flux inner solenoid.

        고주파 자기장을 이용한 온침 치료시스템의 임상 평가

        Objectives : The aim of this paper is to develop acupuncture needle heating system by utilizing the new method which uses high frequency(HF) time-varying magnetic field. Also, it is possible to make an assessment for reliability and clinical significance of the system. Methods : We designed the system with solenoid coils for generation of HF time-varying magnetic field that oscillates at 150 kHz. Acupuncture needles are quickly magnetized and heated by 150 kHz. We assessed clinical significance of system, such as body temperature, pressure pulse waveform. Results : Temperature of acupuncture needle increased up to 60 degree. In the result for clinical significance of system, in case of manual acupuncture stimulation(MAS), body temperature change was 0.373℃±0.224(p<0.05), rate of pulse energy change increased about 7.6%. In case of warm acupuncture stimulation(WAS), body temperature change was 0.645℃±0.281(p<0.05), rate of pulse energy change remarkably increased about 35.9%. Conclusions : We confirm that the system is able to be applied clinically to various warm acupuncture needle therapy in the area of oriental medicine.
