Braking distance is a very important factor of the items to evaluate the safety of vehicles. Braking performance of the vehicle is affected by brake systems, tires and road friction characteristic. In this paper, we studied on the tire parameters related with the brake distance of vehicle equipped with ABS system. To achieve this, we developed the braking distance simulation method through multi-body vehicle dynamic model containing brake control logic and tire model, and it"s confidence was verified by outdoor braking test. Also, we analyzed relationship between tire’s characteristic and braking distance by orthogonal arrays based on the DOE(Design of Experiments).

지역 예술계 구조 분석 시론

이 연구는 예술계와 관련한 논의를 지역이라는 맥락에서 살펴봄으로써 예술계를 이해함에 있어 예술 영역과 예술 이외 영역의 상호 관계를 파악하는 것이 중요함을 강조하였다. 지리적 맥락을 고려하지 않는 예술계 일반과 관련된 논의와 달리, 지역이라는 맥락에서 살펴 본 예술계 현실은, 예술계가 예술계 내부의 논리만으로는 설명될 수 없음을 드러내었다. 이 연구는 지역 예술계를 예술 창작에 있어서 협업하는 인력의 구성, 동원되는 자원의 수준과 방식, 지역 예술계에 형성되어 있는 관행이라는 차원에서 살펴봄으로써 예술계와 관련한 논의가 예술 이외 영역과의 역동적 상호관계속에서 이루어지고 있음을 보여주었다. 곧, 예술계 일반과 지역 예술계는 차이가 있음을 지적하면서, 지역 예술계 분석에 기반하여 예술계와 관련한 논의가 보다 심화될 필요가 있음을 강조하였다. 동시에 이 과정에서 예술계가 예술계에 독특한 관행, 곧 예술장의 독특한 아비투스에 의해 규정되기보다는 다른 장(field)의 관행들과 뒤엉킴으로써 새로운 장의 논리를 필요로 하고 있다는 점을 지적하였다. This study explores local art worlds in Korea in order to underline the significance of relationship between art worlds and non-art worlds. The existing researches on the art worlds tend to focus on the structure and function of the worlds themselves without attention to the effects of the other worlds on them. In order to examine the worlds’ relationship with outside worlds, it introduces the concepts of Habitus and field by Bourdieu. With the concepts, the study analyses composition of professionals and technicians, the ways and system of resource mobilization, and conventions which are composed of rules and customs in creating art works, and argues that the local art worlds are heavily affected by the non-art worlds such as the economic and the administrative world. The habitus of art worlds are mingled with the habitus of the economic and administrative field, and as a result, it points out a new logic is necessary, which explains the art worlds in a different way.

지역문화진흥을 위한 법제 정비 방향에 관한 탐색적 연구

삶의 질에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 각 지역마다 지역문화를 활성화시키기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 지역간 문화환경 격차는 좁혀지지 않고 있으며, 이에 따라 이러한 격차를 해소하고 지역의 문화환경을 개선하기 위하여 지역문화 진흥을 위한 법률 제정 노력이 국회를 중심으로 지속적으로 제기되어 왔다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지역문화진흥법안 제정을 위한 노력은 성과를 거두지 못하였다. 이 논문은 지역문화진흥을 위한 법률 제정은 문화분야 유관 법률들의 체계정비와 맞물려 이루어져야 실효성이 있음을 지적하고, 지역문화진흥을 위한 법제정비의 방향을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 문화분야 법제와 지역문화진흥 관련 해외 사례(정부조직 및 입법 사례)를 살펴보았다. 그리고 지역문화진흥을 위한 법제정비 방향으로 문화활동 활성화와 예술진흥 두 영역으로 구성되어 있는 문화예술진흥법을 분법하고, 기존 법률들간 중복이 발생할 조항들에 대한 정비를 제안하였다. 나아가 지역문화진흥을 위한 중앙정부와 지방자치단체의 역할을 명확히 함으로써 법률의 적용범위를 구체화할 것을 제시하였다. This study has interest in the cultural environment in the local areas. Despite continuous efforts to establish a new law for the culture and arts in the local areas, they failed because of its non-systematic approach to legal system of culture and arts areas. In order to establish a new law of culture and arts development in the local areas, it explores the existing efforts and foreign cases for the legislation, and analyses the legal system in culture and arts. As a conclusion, it suggests recommendations; Firstly, culture and arts should be separated regarding the legislation for cultural development in the local areas. Secondly, the articles which share same or similar meaning in the existing laws should be rectified. Finally, the roles of central government and local government should be identifies regarding public supports for culture and arts in the local areas.

참나무시들음병 피해목을 이용한 표고 톱밥재배에 대한 연구

Recently, the incidence of oak wilt disease has been increasing in Korea, resulting in an increasing number of dead trees. In this study, we performed sawdust bag cultivation of shiitake (Lentinula edodes) using oak wilt-diseased logs and measured the antioxidant activities of the resulting mushrooms. For sawdust media, 4 types of logs (healthy, infected, dead, and fumigated ones) were used. As inocula, three strains of L. edodes (NIFoS 764, Sanjo 701ho, and Sanmaru 2ho) were used. The productivity of L. edodes from dead logs was similar to that from healthy logs. Except for the Sanmaru 2ho strain, fumigated logs and infected logs yielded a lower productivity of L. edodes compared to healthy logs. In terms of antioxidant activity, L. edodes grown on sawdust from fumigated logs showed higher values than those from other logs.

Unscented Kalman Filter를 이용한 센서융합 측정 데이터 정밀도 향상에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 ADAS(Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems)에서 주로 사용되는 센서인 레이더와 라이다의 물체 측정데이터의 정밀도를 향상시키기 위하여 Unscented Kalman Filter(UKF)를 적용 하였다. 종래의 연구에서 센서융합을 위하여 Kalman Filter를 사용하였으나 이종 센서들을 융합하여 데이터 예측을 하는데 한계가 있었다. 이후 Extended Kalman Filter가 등장함에 따라 Jacobian matrix를 사용하여 이종 센서간의 비선형 데이터를 선형적으로 매핑하여 예측 정밀도를 높였으나 최근 소형 디바이스 및 배터리 전원을 사용하는 디바이스 수요가 늘어남에 따라 보다 낮은 연산횟수를 통해 이종 센서간의 측정 정밀도를 높이는 기술이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 중 한 가지 방법으로 사용되는 Unscented Kalman Filter를 사용하여 이종센서간 융합을 하는데 있어서 Jacobian matrix 연산을 필요로하는 Extended Kalman Filter보다 적은 연산횟수를 가짐과 동시에 예측 정밀도 또한 향상될 수 있는 것을 확인하였다.

문화예술과 국가지원: 국가지원의 성격에 대한 연구

최근 한국 사회에서는 문화예술분야의 블랙리스트 문제가 크게 대두되었다. 현재까지 이어지고 있는 이러한 문제에 대한 대응 노력과 관련하여 이 연구는 문화예술영역에 대한 국가지원의 성격과 이러한 지원이 갖는 통제적 특징을 살펴봄으로써 블랙리스트가 지원에 따른 국가 통제의 왜곡된 형태의 하나임을 지적하였다. 특히 지원을 통한 통제가 자유주의적 통치의 한 특징임을 제시하면서, 최근 발생한 문화예술분야 블랙리스트 문제를 자유주의적 통치와 연결시켜 분석하였다. 이 연구는 국가 지원의 성격을 검토하기 위해 역사적으로 문화예술분야에 대한 지원이 어떻게 자유주의적 통치의 기제로 활용되게 되었는지를 영국과 독일에서의 문화예술분야에 대한 국가지원 사례를 분석함으로써 살펴보았다. 우리나라 사례는, 문화예술분야에 대한 지원이 이전의 강압적 통제에서 지원을 통한 자유주의적 통제로 어떻게 전환되었는지, 그리고 이 과정에서 지원이 어떻게 체계적인 배제와 연계되면서 국가에 의한 직, 간접적 개입과 통제를 강화시켰는지를 지원의 역사, 기준, 사업 등을 살펴봄으로써 분석하였다. 결론적으로, 이 연구는 국가 개입과 통제가 국가 지원에 부수되는 한 측면임을 지적하면서, 이러한 국가개입으로부터의 자율성 문제가 예술장의 강화를 통해 모색될 수 있음을 제시하였다. Recently, the ‘Blacklist’ in culture and arts area has become a controversial issue in Korea. This paper aims to reveal the nature of state support by exploring history of the support in culture and arts area and examining its relation to state’s interest in regulating individuals and society as a whole. For the purpose, it examines the history of state support for the arts in Germany and England in modern times, and points out the support functions as a way of liberal government, which pursues to govern the society by encouraging individual’s capability with well-designed tactics and techniques. Korean history of state’s intervention into culture and arts area is analysed in this context of liberal government. With the introduction of ‘field’ and ‘habitus’ by Bourdieu, it analyses arts field in Korea has been constituted by strong intervention of state and as a result, it has not successfully secured the nature of its own, irreducible to another ‘fields’. As a conclusion, it suggests that reinforcing arts field and restoring its characteristic irreducible to another fields can regulate state’s ideological intervention and control over the arts field.
