LDA와 BERTopic을 이용한 토픽모델링의 증강과 확장 기법 연구

The purpose of this study is to propose AET (Augmented and Extended Topics), a novel method of synthesizing both LDA and BERTopic results, and to analyze the recently published LIS articles as an experimental approach. To achieve the purpose of this study, 55,442 abstracts from 85 LIS journals within the WoS database, which spans from January 2001 to October 2021, were analyzed. AET first constructs a WORD2VEC-based cosine similarity matrix between LDA and BERTopic results, extracts AT (Augmented Topics) by repeating the matrix reordering and segmentation procedures as long as their semantic relations are still valid, and finally determines ET (Extended Topics) by removing any LDA related residual subtopics from the matrix and ordering the rest of them by F<sub>1</sub> (BERTopic topic size rank, Inverse cosine similarity rank). AET, by comparing with the baseline LDA result, shows that AT has effectively concretized the original LDA topic model and ET has discovered new meaningful topics that LDA didn't. When it comes to the qualitative performance evaluation, AT performs better than LDA while ET shows similar performances except in a few cases.
도심 자율 주행을 위한 차선 수준 측위 기법 및 조향 제어

This paper describes a lane-level localization based on map-matching method and path tracking steering controller for automated driving to urban environment. Lane-level localization corrects the vehicle position with centimeter-level accuracy. Suppose to have a satisfactory level of position accuracy, a sensor fusion is essential with a low-cost GPS. A new sensor fusion approach for the lane level localization of a vehicle uses an around view monitoring (AVM) module and vehicle sensors. The proposed localization algorithm is composed of lane detection, position correction and localization filter. For line detection, a commercialized AVM module is used. Since this module can provides an image around the vehicle, vehicle position can be corrected by the iterative closest point (ICP) algorithm. This algorithm estimates the rigid transformation between the lane map and lanes obtained by AVM in real-time. Corrected position is combined with the information from vehicle sensors based on the extended Kalman filter(EKF). An adaptive steering controller that has been already covered in other research is implemented to the test vehicle. The performance of the proposed localization algorithm is verified via vehicle tests on a proving ground. Test results show that the proposed method can achieve localization accuracy at the centimeter-level. The proposed algorithm will be useful in the implementation of automated driving control.

본 연구는 최근의 국내 문헌정보학 분야의 연구성과 현황과 경향을 파악하기 위하여 지난 18년간의(2002-2020) 국내(KCI) 6,301편의 학술논문데이터, 인용 수 26,474건과 국제(WoS) 86,727편의 학술논문데이터, 인용 수 1,196,961건을 수집하여 연구의 생산성과 영향력, 공동연구 경향과 연구주제분야 등을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과, 국제와 국내 모두 저자의 생산성이 높으나 영향력은 상대적으로 낮았으며, 이러한 차이는 국제에서 더 극명하게 나타났으며, 일부 최상위 저자와 기관, 학술지에 생산성과 영향력이 편향되어있었다. 공동연구는 국제와 국내 모두 지속해서 증가하고 있었는데, 이러한 현상은 현대의 문헌정보학 연구가 과거보다 간 학문적이며 연구범위가 다각화되고 있음을 시사한다. 키워드 분석을 통해 국제가 국내보다 훨씬 다양한 주제로의 연구가 진행중임이 나타났으며, 인기 있는 연구주제가 반드시 영향력이 높은 것은 아님이 밝혀졌다. In order to assess the state of library and information science (LIS) research in Korea, the study analyzed bibliometric data of papers published in past 18 years in Korea Citation Index (KCI) and Social Science Citation Index (SSCI) journals. The analysis of study data, which consisted of 6,301 KCI journal papers with 26,474 citations and 86,727 SSCI journal papers with 1,196,961 citations from 2002 to 2020, involved comparison of research productivity and impact, collaboration trends, and key areas of research between domestic and international LIS scholars with normalizations by units of analysis for size differences. Even with size normalization, the study found a marked difference in citation patterns between domestic and international LIS research. Korean LIS authors were twice as productive as international LIS authors but a little over a half as impactful. The results also showed a much higher level of skewness in international research, where a fraction of top authors, institutions, and journals received a lion's share of citations. The trend of increasing co-authorship was much more pronounced among international publication, where the recent popularity of larger collaboration groups suggests multi-disciplinary and increasingly complex nature of modern LIS research in the world stage. The keyword analysis revealed a much more diverse subject area in international than domestic LIS research with a recent shift towards technology, such as big data, blockchain, and altmetrics. Keywords in SSCI journals also exhibited a less connection between popularity and impact than KCI keywords, where popular keywords did not necessarily correspond to impactful keywords.

가상 데스크탑은 서버상에 서버 가상화 기술을 사용하여 다수의 가상 머신을 실행하고,이를 네트워크로 연결된 클라이언트에서 사용하는 기술이다. 이러한,가상 데스크탑이 대중화됨에 따라 다양한 형태의 클라이언트들이 시장에 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 ARM 임베디드 시스템 기반의 가상 데스크탑 클라이언트를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 클라이언트는 임베디드 시스템 기반으로 소형화 및 저전력을 기본 특징으로 하며,하드웨어,운영체제,가상 데스크탑 소프트웨어 모듈로 구성된다. 가상 데스크탑 소프트웨어 모듈은 사용자 인증을 통하여 가상 데스크탑 서버에 접속하고, 가상 데스크탑 뷰어를 통하여 서버의 가상 데스크탑을 사용한다. 본 클라이언트는 실제 가상 데스크탑 서버에 접속하여 동작 실험을 하였으며,동영상 서비스까지 수행하는데 성능상에 문제가 없음을 확인하였다.
