본 논문은 새로운 대체경로 확보 방안을 통하여 라우팅 성능을 개선하는 요구형 애드학 라우팅 프로토콜인 Node Density Based Routing(NDBR)을 제안한다. 모바일 노드들의 이동이나 전력 고갈 등으로 인해 애드학 망의 연결은 장애를 일으킬 가능성이 매우 높기 때문에 발신지에서 목적지까지의 연결 설정 시 대체경로를 확보해 두는 것이 중요하다. NDBR은 목적지까지의 대체경로들을 확보하기 위해 상대적으로 더 많은 이웃 노드들을 갖는 중간 노드들로 구성되는 연결 설정을 목표로 하며 이를 위해 노드 밀집도라는 새로운 경로선택기준을 도입한다. NDBR은 경로 장애 발생 시 발신지에 의한 경로재탐색 절차 없이 목적지에 대한 도달성을 향상시킴으로써 경로장애의 영향을 국소화시키고, 제어 트래픽에 의한 오버헤드를 줄이며, 경로재설정 시간을 감소시킬 수 있다 본 논문에서는 노드 밀집도를 이용하여 대체경로를 포함하는 경로설정 절차와 경로 상의 중간 노드에서 대체경로 정보를 유지하여 활용하는 방법에 대해 기술하고 시뮬레이션을 통한 기존 프로토콜과의 비교를 통해 라우팅 성능이 개선됨을 보였다. This paper proposes an on-demand ad hoc routing protocol, Node Density Based Routing (NDBR), which enhances the routing performance applying a new method to establish alternate patlis. It is important to reserve alternate paths for the route from source to destination in mobile ad hoc networks that are susceptible to failure due to the movement or the power exhaustion of mobile nodes. NDBR aims to establish a route that contains more alternate paths toward the destination by involving intermediate nodes with relatively more adjacent nodes in a possible route, and introduces a new routing criterion called 'node density.' This approach can localize the effects of route failures, and reduce control traffic overhead and route reconfiguration time by enhancing the reachability to the destination node without source-initiated route re-discoveries at route failures. This paper describes the route setup procedure using node density and the route re-configuration procedures employing alternate path information at the intermediate nodes. We show the performance of our routing schemes through a series of simulations using the Network Simulator 2 (ns-2).

The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new and effective classroom speaking activity helping student``s communication in real situation. It will be one of useful teaching techniques for teachers because it can be used with other various types of speaking activities together. The activity is designed by the researcher, and named as the Partner``s Speech Reconstitution(PSR) in this paper. In chapter 2,Noticing and Output hypothesis which is the theoretic basis of the PSR will be described and the chapter 3 will explain activity methods and examples of the PSR, and then describe its merits and demerits. The researcher applied and practiced the PSR in the speaking class for international students in the K university for three semesters. This paper systematically introduces its organized activity. It helped learners elicit speaking performance of students who avoided talking in the speaking class, made the students concentrate in speaking activity, and helped the learners to talk sufficiently by inducing each student to reconstitute partner``s speech production.
영문독해 성찰일기가 여대생의 초인지전략과 독해전략, 영문독해성취에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 영문독해 성찰일기 쓰기활동이 여대생의 초인지전략, 독해전략, 영문독 해성취에 효과가 있는지를 알아보고, 그런 효과의 구체적인 내용이 무엇인지를 기술 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 서울 ‘S’ 여자대학교의 영어영문학과에 개설된 독해과목을 수강한 19명이다. 영문독해 성찰일기의 효과를 조사하기 위해 영문독해 성찰일기를 작성하기 사전, 사후로 초인지전략 검사, 독해전략검사, 영문독해성취도 를 조사하였다. 학생들은 3주간 동안 영문독해 성찰일기를 작성하였고, 그 기간 동안 학생들이 작성한 성찰일기 134개를 분석하였다. 성찰일기는 수업시간에 습득한 독해 전략을 실제 독해학습에 적용할 수 있도록 학기 후반에 적용하였다. 연구결과, 양적 인 측면에서 영문독해 성찰일기를 통한 학생들의 초인지전략, 독해전략, 영문독해성 취도는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 즉 영문독해 성찰일기를 작성한 후 학생들의 초인지전략, 독해전략, 영문독해성취도가 향상되었다. 그리고 질적인 측면 에서 영문독해 성찰일기를 분석한 결과, 학생들은 독해학습과 관련해 자신이 가지고 있는 지식과 이해에 대한 ‘점검’을 가장 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 학습 내용과 학습방법으로 훑어보기, 배경지식 읽기 등 독해전략이 확장되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 영문독해 성찰일기를 하나의 교수-학습 도구로 활용하는 방안 과 학습효과에 대하여 논하였다. Considering the increasing demands to function in multinational settings, English language learners must equip themselves with higher-level reading abilities and develop efficient strategies to do so. EFL (English as a Foreign Language) students must expand their mindsets beyond learning grammar and vocabulary and reduce their reliance on limited reading strategies tailored for quickly finding the answers on standardized tests. This research developed Reflective Reading Diaries to assist 19 college students in planning and utilizing reading strategies that they acquired in the classroom. They kept the diary for 17 days to comprehend editorials in The New York Times. The total of 134 diaries was analyzed together with the assessment of students’ performance on reading tests. Quantitative and qualitative data analysis reveals that students actively developed metacognitive reading strategies, such as interpreting titles, drawing inferences, researching background information, evaluating their own approaches to the reading process, and monitoring affective factors that might interfere with their reading progress. Encouragingly, Reflective Reading Diaries also improved students’ scores on the reading test. This study confirms a correlation between students’ performance, the depth of study content and strategies, and details shown on the diaries and suggests some English reading instructional design.
장기운전에 의한 직접메탄올 연료전지 스택의 성능 열화 분석

5-cell DMFC stack was fabricated and operated with the load of 4 A for 4000 hrs. After 4000 hrs operation peak power density of the stack reduced by 27.3%. Two of the five cells did now show performance degradation, the performance of other two was reduced by 40% and the performance of the other decreased by 60%. The amount of performance degradation of each cell by long-term operation did not correlate with the position in the stack. Platinum particle size in the anode catalyst layer of the MEA with the strongest degradation increased and the increase was severer on the position of methanol inlet than on the position of methanol outlet. However, platinum particle size in the cathode catalyst layers did not changed for all the MEA`s. Ruthenium crossover from the anode catalyst layer to the cathode catalyst layer through the membrane was observed after 4,000 hrs operation by SEM-EDX and it occurred for all MEA`s regardless of the degree of performance degradation. Atomic ratio of ruthenium to platinum in the cathode catalyst layer was the highest in the MEA with the strongest performance degradation.
휴대전화로 제작한 동영상이 이공계 학생의 영어 발표수업에 미치는 학습효과

This study explores the effectiveness of self-recorded videos using students’ smartphones to develop English presentation skills. For a three-week period, 17 engineering majors with no previous English presentation training or experience video recorded their performances on their smartphones and utilized them as study materials. Using a mix of quantitative and content analysis, the study showed statistically significant improvement of presentation performances between the mid-term and the final. Content analysis revealed that these engineering majors perceived presentation skills as important to their future careers and everyday communicative abilities. They used video files on their smartphones as a tool for analyzing their performances, reducing weaknesses and enhancing strengths in the presentations, as study materials for upcoming presentation tasks, and as a facilitating tool for self-evaluation of their own performance. The students reported that the current learning experience could be positively transferred to preparing for job interviews or presentation tasks in other courses. The instructor also analyzed students’ self-recorded videos as a critical teaching tool, which enabled feedback to students that was specific and context-based. This study discusses instructional approaches using smartphones to practice and optimize technology-enhanced English presentation skills to any levels of English learners.
