학부제의 현안과 발전 방안: 체육특수목적대

본 연구의 목적은 체육특수목적대학교의 학부제의 현안과 발전 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 연구 방법은 1·2차 자료, 현장 조사, 그리고 26명과의 심층면접에 근거하였다. 연구대상자 536명 가운데, 381명(71.08%)이 응답하였다. 수집된 자료를 근거로 하여 한국체대 교수 14명이 두 차례에 걸쳐서 토론·논의하였다. 빈도와 백분율과 같은 기술통계가 적용되었다. 질적 자료(연구 대상자별 사례 기록)를 분석하기 위해 귀납적 내용 분석이 적용되었다. 학부제는 학부제의 장점인 소비자(학생) 위주의 교육과 함께 학과 중심의 학부제로 운영되어야 한다. 즉, 이 제도는 학과제로 입학한 후 제한된 복수전공의 운영을 의미한다. 교육과정은 학과에 대한 시장성·경제성·수요성·전문성에 의해 특별화 되어야 한다. 이 제도가 채택·운영되기를 강력히 제안한다. The purpose of the paper was to search for developing scheme after finding out the problems of school system at the specifically-oriented university of physical education. The research methods were primary/secondary data, field survey and in-depth-interview with twenty six subjects. Of five hundred thirty six subjects, three hundred eighty one respondents (71.08%) were answered. Based on collected data, fourteen professors of specifically-oriented university of physical education had discussions and meetings twice. Statistics were used with frequency and percentage. To analyze the data, inductive content analysis was used by recording case over the subject. The school system should be operated by department-oriented school system with consumer-oriented education which is merit of school system. That is, this system should be operated by limited minor s ubject after entering by department system. The curriculum must be specialized by considering marketability, economics, demand, and professional over the department. Or, the system should be operated by true school system.

The purpose of this study was to offer fundamental data on sport club administration by studying what effect of sport club instructor’s leadership on movement involvement and duration. The survey was done through 400 members in sport centers and private sport club in Seoul(Seocho-gu, Dobong-gu) and Gyeonggi(Uijeongbu city) and excluding 18 copies ran an analysis on the remaining 382(95.5%) copies. After question investigating the data which is collected used SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19 program, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s α, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, path analysis through structural equation model(SEM). The result of this study were as follows. First, transactional leadership, transformational leadership, servant leadership in sport club instructor’s leadership showed significant effect on movement involvement. Second, transactional leadership, transformational leadership, servant leadership in sport club instructor’s leadership showed significant effect on duration. Third, movement involvement showed significant effect on duration.

The purpose of this studied for setting strategic priorities and for suggesting the rational base by evaluating the both selective attributes importance and satisfactions of women sports center using IPA method. Subjects were the people using sports facilities related to sport centers, form October 1th to 31th in 2009, and set the valid sample at 322(92%). Collected data were conducted several tests followed: frequency analysis, t-test by using SPSS WIN Version 18.0 Programme. As a result of these data analysis, the conclusions of this study are as follows. First, the variables were about diversity program, Item for the shower. Second, the variables that belong to 2quadrant on this graph are extracted from diverse factors: program fees, trainer expertise, indoor out door cleanliness, parking facilities, variety of exercise equipment. Third, the variables that belong to 3quadrant on this graph are extracted from diverse factors: trainer ability so on. Fourth, the variables that belong to 4quadrant were 6 factors: cultural events or education place offer, lighting facilities, locker room, resting place or convenience facilities, promotional activity diversity, program lesson time, program use level, responsibility of trainer, systematic way of trainer, local community role, look neat of trainer.

The purpose of this study by examining the influence of internet professional baseball viewers’ watching motive on satisfaction and the intention of re-watching attempts to provide actual and basic data for the behavioral study by identifying problems with sports broadcasting. The population was the this study is baseball spectators of JamSil Baseball Stadium in Seoul between 2 and 30 September 2008, and 237(94.8%) valid samples are collected. Analyses included descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/PC+ 15.0, and the following were the results: First, watching motives of internet professional baseball game such as pursuit of information, pursuit of entertainment, and satisfaction on behalf of others showed a positive effect on viewers’ satisfaction. Second, watching motives of internet professional baseball game such as pursuit of entertainment, utilization of information showed a positive effect on re-watch. It is significant to identify problems with sports broadcast right for this rapidly changing era and to acquire show and entertainment to draw and increase attention from viewers.

메가스포츠 이벤트 유치와 지역사회 파급효과의 관계

After experiencing national development through the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games and the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup, Korea has adopted hosting a mega-event as a strategy to develop the economy of local communities. The present study purported to suggest new perspectives on the effects of hosting a mega-sport event by exploring the positive as well as negative effects of the event. In order to achieve the study purpose, the ripple effects of a mega-sport event are divided into socio-economical effects and environment-friendly preparation and analyzed. The main issues related to a mega-sport event are who will receive the benefits of the event and how well we can manage relevant facilities after the event. In order to effectively tackle the related issues with a mega-sport event, potential hosting governments of the event should maximize its effects through diversified analyses, and a variety of studies on a mega-sport event should actively conducted.

대한핸드볼협회의 조직전략 향상 방안

The purpose of the research was to offer improvement plan of organizational strategy for the Korea handball federation. This researchers have analyzed the present strategy plan of organization based on qualitative research methods. This research participants are composed of total 8 persons from each two federation staffs, instructors, referees, players, and data are gathered and analyzed by in-depth interview. The federation current status and improvement plan are categorized by four parts as belows: 1) The management of federation needs various types of referee's training course, placement of professional sports administrative staff, the expansion of exchange with foreign sports team, the expansion of public relations (PR) activities through on-off line of internet. 2) The structure of federation essentially needs manpower expansion, responsibility allotment between the post, the newly foundation of leisure sport section, changement of autocratical structure. 3) The current key assignment is the secure of exclusive stadium for handball, the modernization of stadium facility, disposition of sports marketer, the increase of new team foundation, inroad into International Handball Federation (IHF), groping plan for the connected class with school, Handball's revitalization plan to leisure sport. 4) The management of event needs starting of night game, the expansion of game to metropolitan area, the expansion of PR activity through various types of mass media, the improvement of referee's judgment, establish of handball record statistics.

초등학생 학부모의 태권도장 선택요인이 만족도와 재구매의도에 미치는 영향

This research aims to offer fundamental data to formation of economic strategy of Taekwondo studio by researching and investigating the effects of selection factors of elementary school students`` farents on Taekwondo gym to the satisfation and repurchasing intention. Therefore, the purpose of this research lies in investigating the satisfaction of parents from the economic strategy of Taekwondo studios. The population of this research was the parents of elementary school students who are currently enrolled at the Taekwondo studios. During May 2011 to August 2011, the researchers visited 5 different Taekwondo studios in Seoul·Gyeonggi provinces to get consent from leaders to collect data after explaining the purpose of this research. Using the convenient sampling method, parents were given out surveys long with newsletter. Surveys were filled out through self assessment technique and the completed surveys were collected by visiting the Taekwondo studios. Out of the total 300 surveys, a total of 271 newsletters (90.3%) was used as data and in the real investigation. 11 unreturned surveys and 18 uniform answers or unreliable surveys were excluded from the data. For statistical verification, exploratory factor analysis, internal consistency reliability analysis, frequency analysis, relative relation analysis, and simple/ multiple regression methods were used. The statistically verified conclusion of the research are the following. First, out of the 6 factors that contributed to the selection of Taekwondo studios, leader, environment and program were shown to have positive statistical influence on the satisfaction of parents. Second, out of the 6 factors that contributed to the selection of Taekwondo studios program, accessibility, and cost were shown to have positive statistical influence on the satisfaction f parents. Third, the satisfaction of the Taekwondo studios was shown to have positive statistical influence on the repurchase intention.
