        화학센서용 다공성 ${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$ 박막 제조

        PECVD법을 이용하여 $Al_2O_3$ 기판위에 증착된 $Fe_3O_4$박막의 상전이를 통하여 ${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$ 박막을 제조하였다. ${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$ 박막의 상전이는 주로 증착온도와 $Fe_3O_4$의 산화과정에 의해 유도되었다. $Fe_3O_4$ 상은 $200{\sim}300^{\circ}C$의 증착온도에서 in-situ로 얻을 수 있었다. 증착온도에 따른 상변화는 없었으며 $250^{\circ}C$에서 증착된 $Fe_3O_4$상이 가장 안정된 상을 나타내었다. ${\gamma}-Fe_3O_3$ 상은 $280{\sim}300^{\circ}C$의 온도범위에서 $Fe_3O_3$ 상을 산화시켜 유도하였다. $Fe_3O_4$ 상과 ${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$ 상은 같은 spinel구조를 가지고 있으며 공존상으로서 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 또한, $Al_2O_3$에 산화된 ${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$ 박막은 다공성의 미세구조를 나타내었다. ${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$ thin films on $Al_2O_3$ substrate were prepared by the oxidation of $Fe_3O_4$ thin films processed by PECVD(Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) technique. The phase transformation of ${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$ thin films was mainly controlled by the substrate temperature and oxidation process of $Fe_3O_4$ phase. $Fe_3O_4$ phase was obtained at the deposition temperature of $200{\sim}300^{\circ}C$. $Fe_3O_4$ phase could be transformed into ${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$ phase under controlled oxidation at $280{\sim}300^{\circ}C$. $Fe_3O_4$ and ${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$ obtained by oxidation of $Fe_3O_4$ phase had the same spinel structure and were coexisted. The oxidized ${\gamma}-Fe_2O_3$ thin film on $Al_2O_3$ substrate showed a porous island structure.

        Recently, many engineers actively participate in research and development w.r.t the weight reduction and the safety increase of vehicle body structure to meet the requirement of fuel economy and regulations. However, vehicle design concept related with weight reduction and safety increase is reduced to the design conflict problem. In the paper, the axial and bending collapse test of aluminum extruded beams are performed and the collapse characteristics are investigated. The analysis method to verify the fracture characteristics of aluminum extruded beam is presented and discussed.

      • 축소모형을 이용한 철도차량 충돌 해석 기법 연구

        In general, the aluminum extrusions are used to the light construction of the high speed rail vehicle structures. However, the research works on the crashworthy design of the high speed rail vehicle structures are not published sufficiently because the crash test of high speed rail vehicle structures costs high and is complicated, So, a method that can predict crash characteristics of a large size structure like a high speed rail vehicle should be suggested. In this study, the scale model studies are performed to predict the impact energy absorption characteristics of full scale model. In the first place, we verified the theory of scale law using FE-simulation from the crashworthiness point of view. Secondly, we performed the crush test using scale model, made of aluminum sub structure. As a result, we could predict the crash characteristics using scale model by 10~20% error.

        비비안 섭책의 ‘영화의 몸’에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 현상학적 영화 이론가인 비비안 섭책(Vivian Sobchack)의 ‘영화의 몸(film’s body)’ 개념을 기반으로 관객의 몸과 함께 상호주관적 몸 경험을 살펴보고, 영화의 기술변화에 따른 영화의 몸과 관객의 몸에 관한 다양한 양상과 의미를 밝혀 보는 것이다. 섭책이 말하는 영화의 몸은 영화의 장치들과 그것들의 기능적 결합만을 의미하는 단순한 개념이 아닌 영화 장치 모두를 종합하면서 지각과 표현 활동을 수행하는 것이다. 또한 관객의 몸은 지각과 표현을 위한 장소이자 영화와 상호 관계하는 주체로 설명한다. 그렇기에 본 연구에서는 관객의 몸을 단순히 수용기로 보지 않고 의미를 생산하는 몸으로 본다. 또한, 관객의 몸 경험은 구조화되고 의미화하는 이차적인 영화 경험 이전에 감각적이고 일차적인 경험이기에 영화의 몸과 관객의 몸은 적극적으로 상호 관계하는 상호주관적 몸 경험을 한다. 이러한 섭책의 논의를 바탕으로 본 연구자는 영화의 기술변화에 따른 영화의 몸과 관객의 몸에 관해 새로운 해석을 시도했다. 3D 영화의 전용 안경을 확장된 관객의 몸이자 새로운 영화의 몸으로 보았고, 영화의 입체 음향 역시 확장된 영화의 몸으로 해석했다. 이처럼 영화의 몸과 관객의 몸은 고정된 것이 아니라 변화하는 존재이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the intersubjective body experience with the spectator’s body based on the concept of ‘film’s body’ of Vivian Sobchack, a phenomenological film theorist. And according to the technological change of the movie, it is to reveal the various aspects and meanings of the film’s body and the spectator’s body. According to Sobchack, the film’s body is not a simple concept that refers only to the devices and their functional combinations, but the film’s body performs the activities of perception and expression while synthesizing all the devices of the movie. In addition, the spectator’s body is described as a place of perception and expression and a subject that interacts with the film. Therefore, in this study, the spectator’s body is not seen as a mere receiver but as a body that produces meaning. Since the spectator’s body experience is a sensuous and primary experience before the structured and meaningful secondary cinematic experience, the film’s body and the spectator’s body actively interact with each other as an intersubjective body experience. Based on this discussion by Sobchack, this study attempted a new interpretation of the film’s body and the spectator’s body according to the technological change of the film. The glasses for the 3D movie were viewed as the extended spectator’s body and the new film’s body. Also, the stereophonic sound of the film was also interpreted as the extended film’s body. In this way, the film’s body and the spectator’s body are not fixed, but changing.

      • 수치해석을 통한 리튬이온 배터리셀의 열특성 분석

        Recently, electric vehicles (EV) drived by Li-ion battery are one of the solution to overcome environmental and energy crisis. Due to high energy density, lithium-ion batteries are widely used in electric vehicles. However, thermal management of batteries in EV is very important issue due to poor heat resistance of lithium ions. Temperature and heat generation outside the optimal operation range can have a severe influence on the reliability and lifetime of Li-ion battery cells. Therefore, it is preliminary investigation for the research of vehicle battery systems to study thermal characteristics of a single or multi cells. The performance and lifetime of lithium ion (Li-ion) batteries are strongly affected by the internal operating temperature. Thermal characterization of battery cells is very important to keep consistent operation of Li-ion battery applications. Therefore, the main focus of the present work is to characterize the thermal behavior of Li-ion battery cell by simulatory study. The specific heat generation of cell was quantified at the natural convective cooling environment. In addition, the heat generation and temperature profile of a cell were simulated for different discharging rates from 1C to 5C-rates. Internal peak temperature of the Li-ion cell was investigated during different C-rates. In 5C operation, 27.81 W was generated inn a cell and 327.32K was observed on the surface.

      • F-125 알루미늄 차체의 정적 강성, 진동 및 충돌안전도를 고려한 최적 설계

        A F-125 aluminum body is optimized for reducing the weight while satisfying static stiffness, vibration and crashworthiness constraints. In order to solve this multidisciplinary design optimization problem for the F-125 aluminum body, DOE, RSM and numerical optimization techniques are sequentially used. It is noted that the analysis results are compared with test results in order to correlate the static stiffness and vibration characteristics of the F-125 steel body. Finally, the proposed optimization esults show that the aluminum frame weight can be reduced to about 35% while satisfying all of the design constraints.

        사띠(sati)와 사마디(samadhi)의 중도적 구조에 대한 연구 -초기불교와 현대심리학을 중심으로-

        붓다 가르침의 방식은 중도로 요약될 수 있다. 중도적 구조가 계정혜삼학에서 집중(定)인 사마디와 사띠에도 적용되고 있음을 밝히고자 하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 초기 불교의 집중(定)에 관해서는 많은 연구가 있어왔지만 사띠와 사마디를 대립되는 양변으로 보고 이를 통합하고 초월하는 중도적 관점에서 본 연구는 아직 없었다는 점에서 본 연구는 의미가 있다. 본고는 크게 세 부분으로 구성되어있다. 첫째, 사띠가 ``거리두기``를 중요한 요소로 가지는 집중임이며 이 거리두기의 요소가 현대심리학에서 마음챙김의 요소로 활용되고 있다. 둘째, 사마디는 밀착의 요소를 가진 집중이다. 셋째, 사띠와 사마디가 처음에는 ``거리두기``와 ``밀착``의 상반된 힘을 가지지만 ``올바른`` 차원 그리고 중도적 차원으로 갈수록 서로상입되고 통합된다. 요약하자면, 붓다가 지향했던 집중은 사띠와 사마디, 이 둘을 포괄하고 넘어선 중도적 집중이다. The Middle Path is the way how Buddha taught the dhammas. We can find this middle-way structure in many of Buddha`s teachings: Middle-way between asceticism and hedonism, between eternalism and annihilationism, and between being and non-being. This study shows that such middle-path structure is not only restricted to those mentioned above, but also can be seen in the relations between sati and samadhi. Precept(Sila), Concentration(Samadhi), and Wisdom(Panna) are the three supreme principles of Buddha`s teaching. Given that Precept is the prerequisite of Concentration and wisdom is the result of Concentration, we assume that Concentration is at the center of Buddha`s teaching and practice. Concentration consists of right samadhi and right sati. This indicates that clarifyng the meaning of samadhi and sati and the relationship between the two are very critical in Buddhist practice. The study examines that samadhi and sati have opposing factors to each other: sati has ``distancing`` factor while samadhi has ``adhering`` factor. In early Buddhism, Concentration has middle-way structure that combines and transcends these two contrary factors. Much research has been done on the topics of samadhi and sati, but most consider sati and samadhi as complimentary, not as contrary. None has taken the approach of seeing these two as contrary factors which later synthesized into concentration within a middle-path structure. This study consists of four parts: First part shows that sati is unique concentration which has ``distancing`` force in it and such distancing factor plays a key role in mindfulness induced psychotherapy, which scholars and researchers adopted from vipassana practice in western and psychotherapeutic context. Second is about samadhi. Samadhi is concentration with ``adhering`` force in both the Yoga and Buddhist practices. Third part is about the dimension of concentration. In the general dimension, sati and samadhi have contradictory forces, but when entering into ``right`` dimension, these two begin to penetrate into each other. And ultimately in the middle-path dimension they are combined and transcended within Concentration. This indicates that the concentration that Buddha sought is not either sati or samadhi only, but the middle-path Concentration that embraces and transcends both of them.

      • 다분야 제약 조건을 고려한 알루미늄 스페이스 프레임 차체의 최적 설계

        An ASF (Aluminum Space Frame) B.I.W is optimized for reducing the weight while satisfying static stiffness, vibration, low and high-speed crash constraints simultaneously. In order to solve this multidisciplinary constraints design problem for the ASF B.I.W, DOE, RSM and numerical optimization techniques are systematically used. The proposed optimization method used only 20 analyses to solve the 11-design variable design problem. Then, the optimal design can reduce the 15% of total weight while satisfying all of the design constraints.
