박리제에 의한 철근과 콘크리트 부재의 부착특성에 관한 실험적 연구

In construction site, reinforcing bars were usually coated by using form oils in form work. Nevertheless it becomes one cause of change on bond characteristics between reinforcing bar and concrete, any workers in most construction sites does not show interest to this problem. So, this study investigates the effect of form oils on bond characteristics of reinforced Concrete Members. We carry out experiments as componential analysis of form oils, exfoliation experiments, and Pull-out test. Results of these experiments are as following. 1) The order of surface glossing is as follows; an oil based form-oil > water based form-oil > no use form-oil. 2) According to coating rate increase, slip is increased. Increase rate of slip is as follows; oil based form-oil > water based form-oil. 3) According to increase of compressive strength, bond strength of specimen used no coating reinforcing bar is increased. But bond strengths of specimen used oil-based form-oil and water based form-oil has various behaviors. 4) When compare with specimen used no coating reinforcing bar, bond strengths of specimen used water based form-oil is decreased 14.7-41.1%, bond strengths of specimen used oil based form-oil is decreased 37.2-50.5%.
고로슬래그가 다량 혼입된 고강도 콘크리트의 수축 특성 및 균열 잠재성 평가

The purpose of this study was to evaluate shrinkage properties and potential for shrinkage cracking of high-strength concrete containing high volume blast furnace slag (BFS). The W/B 0.34 and W/B 0.28 concrete specimens, with BFS replacement ratio for cement at 0%, 45% and 65%, were prepared to examine their autogenous shrinkage, unrestrained drying shrinkage and restrained drying shrinkage characteristics. The test results showed that the increase of BFS replacement ratio led to not only the increase of autogenous shrinkage and drying shrinkage at early curing age, but also increase of restrained stress in concrete. However, at BFS replacement ratio more than 45%, no significant effect of BFS was observed on autogenous shrinkage and drying shrinkage after 14 days. Furthermore, potential for shrinkage cracking of high strength concrete containing high-volume BFS was found to be the “low” according to ASTM C 1581/C 1581M-09a.
도심수로내 조류발생 예측을 위한 CE-QUAL-W2 모델의 적용

최근 도심지내 물길 확보를 통한 친환경 도심수로 건설이 증가하고 있으며, 도심지내 수로 건설시 안정적인 수량 확보를 위해 해수, 빗물, 하수처리수 등 대체수자원 공급방안이 논의되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 하수재이용수 공급을 통해 도심수로내 유량을 확보할 경우 발생할 수 있는 여러 문제점 중 조류발생에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 유량 및 Chl-a 농도에 따른 조류성장에 미치는 영향분석을 위해 CE-QUAL-W2 모델을 선정하였으며, 재처리수의 용도별 수질기준, 체류시간 및 수로폭을 고려하여 7월부터 9월까지 모의하였다. 연구결과 체류시간, 유량, Chl-a 농도 조절에 따라 여름철 수로내 조류 성장을 억제할 수 있을 것으로 분석되었다. Nowadays, it is getting popular to construct eco-city where people enjoy waterfront activity through making channel in downtown area. Alternative water supply plan is considered to have stable water supply in channel such as seawater, rainwater, sewage treatment, etc. In this study, the reuse wastewater supply was studied in order to ensure the flow in the city channel. In case of supplying water by reused wastewater, CE-QUAL-W2 model was used to analyze the effect of Chl-a concentration to algae growth from July to September. We made the case of Flow Rate and Chl-a concentration to conduct this study. Finally this study shows that the algae growth decreased in summer by controling the detention time, flow rate and Chl-a concentration.
