This study focuses on the control of a robot manipulator that implements the operation of a landmine detection system that can be mounted on a tactical vehicle. Mine detection uses height control and pitch control drives that follow longitudinal changes. Through this, the probability of detection is increased by maintaining a constant height while the depth of burial is unknown. In this study, the final performance of the controller was confirmed through theory, performance design, performance simulation, manufacturing and testing. The differentiation of this study is that a roll-controlled driving device was used to follow the transverse direction in addition to following the longitudinal surface change. The roll driving device helps improve practicality by helping to set the initial value of the sensor and simplifying portability when moving vehicle. It is believed that further research will be able to follow the lateral changes of the surface.

Multi-wire busbar-type bifacial n-type Si solar cells have been used for the fabrication of monofacial and bifacial photovoltaic (PV) module, where bifacial module was equipped with transparent backsheet while monofacial module was prepared using white backsheet. The comparison of six-day accumulated power production obtained from outdoor test under gray cement ground conditions using 60cell monofacial and bifacial PV modules suggested the bifacial gain of over 20% could be achieved. Furthermore, the outdoor evaluation tests of bifacial modules with different ground conditions such as cement (reference), green paint, white paint and green artificial grass, were performed. It turned out white paint showed the best albedo and thus the highest power production, while green paint and artificial grass showed less power generation than cement ground.
통기형 슬릿방음판을 적용한 복합형 철도 방음터널의 소음저감 특성 분석

철도소음은 도시지역의 철도건설과 유지에 가장 큰 장애 요소 중 하나이므로 보다 효과적으로 철도소음을 저감하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 방음터널은 철도소음을 저감할 수 있는 가장 효과적인 방법 중 하나이나, 하절기 높은 내부 온도 증가로 인하여 궤도좌굴 또는 전력, 신호 등 선로 설비의 안정성을 저하시킬 우려가 있다. 이러한 온도 상승 문제는 통기형 방음판을 이용하여 해결할 수 있으나, 방음터널 적용 시의 소음저감 성능에 대한 연구는 미흡한 상황이다. 이 논문에서는 수치해석을 통하여 통기형 슬릿방음판의 효과적인 방음터널 적용 방법에 대한 연구 결과를 제시하였다. 수치해석은 음향해석 프로그램인 Pachyderm Acoustics으로 모델링한 복선 방음터널을 이용하여 수행하였다. 철도소음은 기존 연구결과를 이용하여 모사하였으며, 슬릿방음판의 적용 위치가 다른 6가지 경우에 대하여 소음저감 효과 변화를 검토하였다. 음향해석 결과 20% 정도의 슬릿방음판 적용 시에도 철도소음을 최소 5dB 감소할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. Railway noise is one of the main obstacles of constructing and maintaining railway lines in a metropolitan area, and much research has been conducted to find more effective measures for reducing railway noise. A soundproof tunnel can be the most effective measure to reduce railway noise, but high interior temperature during summers can cause track buckling and malfunctioning of electric and communication facilities. Applying an airy soundproof panel can resolve the temperature problem, but its noise-reducing performance has not been verified. In this paper, a numerical study is conducted to identify an effective application method of the slit panel to a soundproof railway tunnel. For this study, a soundproof railway tunnel is designed for double railway tracks, and numerically modeled using an acoustic analysis program, Pachyderm Acoustics. The railway noise is simulated using an existing research result, and acoustic analyses are conducted for six different cases with various application locations of a slit panel. The results of the acoustic analysis show that even with a small application area (about 20%), the slit soundproof panel can reduce railway noise by at least 5dB.
다양한 접합상세를 갖는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 전단벽에 관한 실험적 연구

이 연구에서는 PC 벽체의 다양한 접합 상세에 따른 전단벽으로서의 성능을 검토하였다. ACI318-19, ASCE 41-17을 통해 수직접합 상세에 따른 전단벽의 내진성능평가와 성능기반평가를 통해 분석하였으며, 실험 결과에 따라 다양한 접합 상세를 실무에 적용가능한지와 전단벽으로서의 역할이 수행가능한지 여부를 검토하였다. In this study, the performance of PC wall as a shear wall was examined according to various junction details. Through ACI 318-19 and ASCE 41-17, the seismic performance evaluation and performance-based evaluation of shear walls were conducted according to the vertical junction details. The results of the experiment were examined whether various junction details can be applied to the practical work or whether the role as shear walls can be performed.

The practical route for disposal of sewage sludge becomes energy recovery by combustion after its ocean dumping is banned in 2012 in Korea. Due to the high moisture content, however, sewage sludge is required to be dried before transport and combustion. In this study, pyrolysis and combustion characteristics of dried sewage sludge was investigated in a small-scale fixed bed reactor in order to provide fundamental data for energy recovery of the fuel. As the first step of combustion, the primary products of pyrolysis were analyzed in a fixed bed reactor for the condensable volatiles (tar), non-condensable gases, and char. For the combustion characteristics, another fixed bed reactor was constructed to monitor the weight and temperature of the fuel particles during ignition and combustion under different air flow rates. The test results were used to derive the ignition and burning rates.
