        2층 구조 유기 박막 EL 소자의 전기 - 광학적 특성

        Organic thin film electroluminescent(EL) cells were fabricated. Their output characteristics and luminance versus voltage characteristics were measured with different work function metal electrodes. The EL structure was Indium-Tin-Oxide(ITO)/hole transport layer/emission layer(electron transport layer)/metal electrode. PMMA+TPD(0.5 wt%), MC homopolymer+TPD(0.005 wt%) and (MC/MMA) copolymer+TPD(0.005 wt%) were used as hole transport layer. Ca, Mg, Mg:Ag(10:1) and A1 were used as metal electrode. I-V output showed exponential feature, and the threshold voltage of 5 volts and the luminance of over 700 Cd/㎡ at 10 volts were observed.

        유리 - 유리 정전접합을 이용한 FED 스페이서 기술 개발

        본 논문에서는 Al 박막을 중간층으로 이용한 유리-유리 정전접합기술로서 FED(Field Emission Dispaly)의 스페이서 공정을 개발하였다. Al 박막의 두께가 1000 Å, 2000 Å, 3000 Å, 4000 Å과 5000 Å인 정합 조건에서 유리-유리 정전접합의 특성과 전류 밀도-시간 곡선 그리고 접합력을 측정하였으며, 감광성 유리와(110) 실리콘웨이퍼를 벌크 마이크로머시닝 기술을 이용하여 스페이서의 고정틀로 제작하였다. 스페이서 유리-유리 정전정합으로 맨 유리기판에 스페이서를 형성하였으며, 또한 이를 진공 패널로 제작하여 FED에서의 응용 가능성을 확인하였다. In this paper, spacer process for FED (Field Emission Display) was developed with the glass to glass anodic bonding technology using Al film as an interlayer. Characteristics, current density-time curves and force of the anodic bonding were measured on various thickness of Al film; 1000 Å, 2000 Å, 3000 Å, 4000 Å and 5000 Å. Holders for spacer were fabricated with photosensitive glass and (110) Si wafer by bulk micromachining. Spacers was formed on glass substrate by spacer glass to glass anodic bonding and an evacuated panel was fabricated to prove the potential of application for FED.

        알타이 부르하니즘에 대한 몽골 라마교의 영향 연구

        Altai Burkhanism began in 1904 when a shepherd named Chet Chelpanov delivered the teachings of an old man dressed in white on a white horse to his own people. The point of the doctrine was that if we reject shaman and shamanism, as well as blood sacrifices, and pray while sprinkling milk and burning juniper, Oirot Khan will come to destroy the Russians and establish a country for the Altai people to make them live happily. The perspective on the origin of Burkhanism can be divided mainly into two perspectives that it was formed mainly on the basis of existing shamanism and that it was formed by the influence of the Mongolian Lamaism. In this paper, we reviewed the factors considered to be the influence of Lamaism on Burkhanism. In the past Altaians belonged to the Dzungar Khanate, where Lamaism was the state religion. So for a long time Altaians have known Lamaism and its various rituals. However, in Altaic mythology, major Buddhist deities such as Sigi-Mineh-Burkhan (Shakyamuni), Manjushri, Maitreya are the creatures of Ulgen, the supreme god of Altaic traditional shamanism, and they are killed by the evil god Erlik. This can be seen that although they were in the religious consciousness of the Altai people, Altaians did not worship them as supreme gods. Furthermore, the elements of rituals, such as sprinkling milk and burning juniper, were not necessarily the influence of Lamaism, as it was widely spread among pastoral peoples in Asia. And the Buddhist supplies and other lamaistic elements that yarliks had, were introduced from the more advanced Mongolian Lamaism in the process of developing the system of Burkhanism by the pro-Lamaistic yarliks after Chet Chelpanov’s arrest. Therefore, the Lamaistic elements within Burkhanism were basically formal ones, and Burkhanism did not accept the basic principles of Buddhism such as Nirvana.

        고흡수성수지와 팽창재 동시 혼입 시 고강도 모르타르의 수축거동에 미치는 영향

        Superabsorbent polymers(SAPs) are powdery material that absorb water several tens or hundreds of times its own mass. It has been reported that when SAPs are incorporated into a high strength cementitious material, the autogenous shrinkage of the material is reduced. Cross-linked sodium polyacrylate type SAPs are relatively safe for human body and low in production cost. In order to apply this type of SAPs to the admixture for total(plastic+autogenous+drying) shrinkage reduction of high strength mortar, the shrinkage behavior of mortar when an expansion agent(EA) and SAPs were mixed together was analyzed. As a result, it was found that the shrinkage was reduced when an EA 5% (mass % of cement) and SAPs 0.4% were mixed together than the mortar containing only an EA 10%. The shrinkage was further reduced when EA 10% and SAPs 0.4% were incorporated into mortar.

        『전체주의의 기원』 다시 읽기 : 교육적 함의와 현재성을 중심으로

        본 논문은 한나 아렌트의 기념비적인 저작인 『전체주의의 기원』에서 교육적 함의를 발견하고, 이를 통해 저작의 현재성을 찾아내는 것을 목표로 한다. 오랫동안 반공주의적 프로파간다로 오해되어 온 『기원』이 교육적 함의를 지닐 수 있는 이유는 아렌트가 저술의 목표로 제시한 전체주의에 대한 “이해”의 의미 때문이다. 아렌트의 “이해” 개념은 인류가 짊어져야 할 자기 시대의 짐을 직시하고 의식적으로 떠맡는 것을 의미하는데 이는 역사적 현상을 지나간 과거가 아니라 더 나은 미래를 위한 현재의 노력의 토대로 삼는 방식이다. 『기원』은 홀로코스트라는 역사적 사건이나 전체주의에 대한 단순한 설명을 제시하는 것이 아니라 인간 존엄성과 인간다움을 상실하도록 만든 근대의 역사적 조건을 인식하고 그 한계를 넘어서야 한다는 것을 보여주는 교육적 의미를 지닌다. 아렌트가 전체주의라는 역사적 경험을 통해 제시하고 있는 능동적인 시민주체, 인권의 재발견, 사회적 관계의 복원이라는 시대적 과제가 여전히 우리의 과제이기도 하다는 점에서 『기원』은 교육적 의미와 더불어 충분한 현재성을 지니고 있다고 할 수 있다. This paper aims to discover the educational implications of Hannah Arendt s monumental work, The Origins of Totalitarianism, and to find the current meaning of it. The reason why Origins, which has long been misunderstood as anti-communist propaganda, may have educational implications is that this work aims to “understand” totalitarianism. Arendt s concept of “understanding” means facing and consciously taking on the burdens of our own times that mankind must bear, in a way that makes historical phenomena the basis of present efforts for a better future, rather than the past. Origins does not provide a mere explanation of the historical event of the Holocaust or totalitarianism but has an educational significance to show that we must recognize and overcome the limits of modern historical conditions that have caused the loss of human dignity and humanity. The tasks such as the active civic subject, the rediscovery of human rights, and the restoration of social relations, that Arendt presented through the historical experience of totalitarianism, are still our tasks. Therefore, it can be said that Origins has sufficient current meaning with educational significance.

      • 다수의 유한 재생산률을 고려한 동적 폐기물 회수계획 및 다종제품 재생산계획 문제

        This paper considers a withdrawing and remanufacturing planning problem, in which wastes are withdrew by a container and can be remanufactured at each period by any value in the set {0, P, …,mP} where the rate P is the increment of a remanufacturing capacity and m is a nonnegative integer. The freight cost is proportional to the number of containers used. The multiple products are remanufactured by each taking a fixed portion (0<αi<1) of the input wastes to satisfy dynamic demands of each product over a discrete and finite time horizon. Also, a start-up cost is only incurred at the first period of a remanufacturing block which is consecutively remanufactured. It is assumed that the related cost (withdrawing and inventory holding costs of the wastes, and the remanufacturing and inventory holding costs of the remanufactured products) functions are concave and backlogging is not allowed. The objective of this paper is to simultaneously determine the optimal withdrawing and remanufacturing plans that minimize the total cost to satisfy dynamic demands of the multiple products. In this paper, the optimal solution properties are characterized and then, based on these properties, a dynamic programming algorithm is presented to find the optimal plan. Also, a network model is proposed to efficiently find the optimal solution to (u,v)-subproblems.

        유한요소해에 기초한 이중 삼각뿔 압입 물성평가법

        본 연구에서는 역해석 방법을 통해, 중심각이 서로 다른 두 삼각뿔 압입자를 이용하는 재료물성 평가법을 제안한다. 자기유사성을 갖는 첨단형 압입자를 사용한 압입시험 전산모사시, 동일 압입깊이에 대해 원뿔형 및 삼각뿔 압입자가 주는 하중-변위 곡선들이 다름을 확인했다. 따라서 삼각뿔형 압입자를 이용한 물성평가는 원뿔형 압입자와 별도로 독립적인 연구가 필수적이다. 먼저 다양한 재료들에 대한 삼각뿔 압입 유한요소해석들로 얻은 하중-변위 곡선들의 특징을 살폈다. 이를 토대로 압입자 반각이 다른 두 삼각뿔 압입자를 이용해 유한요소해석으로 얻은 하중-변위곡선들의 회귀분석으로 재료물성치를 얻는 이중 삼각뿔 압입물성평가 알고리듬을 제시했다. 제안된 물성평가법을 이용하면 다양한 재료에 대해 평균오차 3% 이내로 영률 및 항복강도, 변형경화지수의 예측이 가능하다. In this study, we suggest a method for material property evaluation by dual-triangular pyramidal indenters using the reverse analysis. First, we demonstrated that load-displacement curves of conical and triangular pyramidal indenters are different for the same material. For this reason, an independent research on the triangular pyramidal indenter is needed. From FE indentation analyses on various materials, we then investigated the relationships among material properties, indentation parameters and load-displacement curves. From this, we established property evaluation formula using dual-triangular pyramidal indenters having two different half-included-angles. The approach provides the values of elastic modulus, yield strength and strain-hardening exponent within an average error of 3% for various materials.

      • 주거용 에어컨의 R32 적용 설계 변경 안

        This study aimed to compare the design change and option of driving part of R410A application model with R32 application model. The capacity of R32 is larger than that of R410A, but the load of R32 is also larger than that of R410A. So when we adopt R32 in R410A system, we should change the design or option of driving part to improve the efficiency. The window air-conditioners use continuos velocity compressor, so displacement of compressor should be changed to improve the efficiency of air-conditioner. And the models that use inverter compressor don’t have to change the design of compressor but should change the option of driving part such as hz of compressor or pulse of electronic expansion valve. The heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop of R32 are larger than those of R410A, but the mass flow rate of R32 system is lower than R410A system, so the effect is compensated. Also temperature glide of R410A is lower than 0.1oC, so it can be regard as pure refrigerant. Thus, there’s no big difference of heat exchanger.
