KSTAR 전류전송제어시스템은 네트워크기반의 실시간 분산제어시스템으로 EPICS (Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System)를 미들웨어로 채용하여 구축하였다. 전류전송제어시스템은 초전도자석시스템에 전류를 전송하기 위한 시스템으로서 전류전송과 동시에 초전도자석이 초전도상태를 유지하기 위한 냉매의 전송도 담당하고 있다. 주제어실에서의 원격운전을 위하여 EPICS IOC(Input Output Controller) 서버를 현장에 설치하였고 이를 통하여 전류전송제어시스템은 고유의 이름(PV)에 적절한 조작 및 감시 명령을 부여하여 주제어실의 운전화면을 통하여 시스템의 감시 및 조작이 가능하도록 하였다. EPICS와 PLC의 통신을 위하여 ether-ip 드라이버를 이용하여 EPICS IOC를 구축하였으며, 시험 결과 안정성 및 운용성 측면에서 만족할 만한 결과를 획득하였다. The KSTAR Current Lead System(CLS) with network based real-time distributed control system is implemented using an EPICS as a middle-ware software. The current lead system transfers current from magnet power supplies to superconducting magnet system and simultaneously supply the coolant to maintain superconducting state. To control the CLS at main control room an EPICS IOC server is installed in local control area. Using this server, it is able to be controlled and monitored the system in main control room through operator interface(OPI) which uses "caget" to read status and "caput" to write command with a unique name called PV. The EPICS IOC is developed using "ether-ip" driver to communicate with PLC. Also we achieved satisfactory results in operation and stability aspects from a long period commissioning test.

본 연구에서는 현행 독립손해사정사의 보수기준의 문제점을 파악하여 개선방안을 모색 사였다. 독립손해사정사의 경우 보수에 대한 명확한 기준이 없음으로 인해 혼란을 야기되고 있으며, 특히 보험회사의 손해사정업부 위탁시 저가보수체계는 보수의 적정성 분쟁과 불공정 계약 등의 많은 문제점이 노출되고 부실한 손해사정으로 이어짐으로써 적정보험금 산출에 악영향을 입히고 보험소비자 불만을 초래하고 있다. 이러한 폐해를 해소하기 위해 업무영역별로 표준 보수기준을 마련하는 방안을 제시하였다. 기존 감독규정을 복원 또는 손해사정사회와 보험협회, 보험회사가 협의하는 보수기준을 마련하거나 손해사정사회가 보수기준을 자율적으로 결정하는 것이다. 그리고 이러한 보수기준은 감독기관 보고와 함께 이를 공시하는 시스템을 제시하였다.

People are tending to buy products through the Internet rather than purchasing them from the store. Some of the consumers give their feedback on line such as reviews, replies, comments, and blogs after they purchased the products. People are also likely to get some information through the Internet. Therefore, companies and public institutes have been facing this situation where they need to collect and analyze reviews or public opinions for them because many consumers are interested in other`s opinions when they are about to make a purchase. However, most of the people`s reviews on web site are too numerous, short and redundant. Under these circumstances, the emotion scanning system of text documents on the web is rising to the surface. Extracting writer`s opinions or subjective ideas from text exists labeled words like GI(General Inquirer) and LKB(Lexical Knowledge base of near synonym difference) in English, however Korean language is not provided yet. In this paper, we labeled positive, negative, and neutral attribute at 4 POS(part of speech) which are noun, adjective, verb, and adverb in Korean dictionary. We extract construction patterns of emotional words and relationships among words in sentences from a large training set, and learned them. Based on this knowledge, comments and reviews regarding products are classified into two classes polarities with positive and negative using SO-PMI, which found the optimal condition from a combination of 4 POS. Lastly, in the design of the system, a flexible user interface is designed to add or edit the emotional words, the construction patterns related to emotions, and relationships among the words.
신장 이식 환자에서 CMV duodenitis 치료 후 병발한 Pneumocystis jirovecii 폐렴 1예

Solid organ transplant recipients are at increased risk for various opportunistic infections because of their immunocompromised state. Pneumocystis jirovecii (carinii) infection has posed serious problems in these patients which can be life threatening. It has been reported that incidences of Pneumocystis infection have dramatically decreased with the use of prophylactic antibiotics. However, there have been reports that say the risks of Pneumocystis infection are increasing with the use of new immunosuppressive drugs and in presence of preceding immunomodulating infections such as CMV infection which is another common opportunistic infection in transplant patients. There were only a few case reports abroad on Pneumocystis infection following CMV infection in patients who underwent kidney transplantation. In Korea, however, there hasnt been any report of such cases. Herein we report a case of a kidney transplant patient who experienced a serious episode of Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia following CMV duodenitis. After adequate mechanical ventilation and use of antibiotics the patient completely recovered without any complications.

This study focused on the effects of ultrasonic vibration on a machined surface of Al6061 material in the endmill cutting process. It is known that ultrasonic vibration greatly increases the efficiency of the machining process when cutting or grinding. An ultrasonic vibration table was developed for application to ultrasonic vibration endmill machining experiments.Inthisstudy,the surface roughness and actual depth of the cut measured confirm the effects of ultrasonic vibration. As a result of the experiments, the actual depth of the cut increased during endmill machining when using ultrasonic vibration. The surface roughness was improved with increases in the amplitude of the vibration and the depth of the cut.
