The present method is to describe a potentiometric norfloxacin electrode system characterized by a membrane, based on the use of norfloxacin (NF) complex with ion-association reagents. These complexes were dissolved in DMSO, DMF, acetonitrile or acetone and dispersed in plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) matrix. The picric acid complex electrode exhibited near-Nernstian response for NF in acetate buffer solution (pH 4.0) with a slope of 53.03mV/decade. And linear response over the range of 10-5 to 10-3M solution of NF. The ingredients in tablet, capsule and biological important organic acids were not interfere.

요즘 신산업으로 떠오르고 있는 개인 유전체 분석이나 차세대 시퀀싱 기술과 같은 고성능 컴퓨팅 응용들은 data-intensive한 작업들을 요구하며, 이러한 응용을 지원하기 위한 고성능 파일 시스템 기술에 대한 연구들이 다수 진행 중이다. 그러나 그 결과물들은 업체별로 보유한 고유 기술로서, 상호 호환성 등의 문제로 인해 표준화의 필요성이 제기되어 왔다. 현재 파일 시스템과 관련하여 거의 모든 IT 업체에서 사용하고 있는 실질적인 표준은 NFS(Network File System)이다. IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)에서는 이러한 요구사항들을 반영하여 2010년에 NFSv4.1 표준을 공표하였고, 특히 I/O 성능을 향상시키기 위한 pNFS(parallel NFS)는 NFSv4.1의 핵심 기능으로서 다수업체들과 연구기관들에서 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 본 고에서는 pNFS 표준화 및 연구개발 동향과 관련된 이슈들에 대해 기술하고자 한다.
한국철도에서의 계획단계 동력차 스케줄링 최적화 및 전문가 지원시스템의 프로토타입 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

As of July 1999, 1,185 lomocotives(excluding metropolitan area electric locomotives) are in Korean National Railroad(KNR). With this limited number of resources assigning locomotives to each trains of timetable is very important in the entire railway management point of view because schedule can be regarded as goods in transportation industry. On a simple rail network, it is rather easier to assign proper locomotives to trains with the experience of operating experts and get optimal assignment solution. However, as the network is getting bigger and complicated, the number of trains and corresponding locomotives will be dramatically increased to cover all the demands required to service all of the trains in timetable. There will be also numerous operational constraints to be considered. Assigning proper locomotives to trains and building optimal cyclic rotations of locomotive routings will result in increasing efficiency of schedule and giving a guarantee of more profit. The purpose of this study is two fold: (1) we consider a planning-level locomotive scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing the wasting cost under various practical constraints and (2) development of implementation prototype program of its assigning result. Not like other countries, i.e. Canada, Sweden, Korean railroad operates on a daily schedule basis. The objective is to find optimal assignment of locomotives of different types to each trains, which minimize the wasting cost. This problem is defined on a planning stage and therefore, does not consider operational constraints such as maintenance and emergency cases. Due to the large scale of the problem size and complexity, we approach with heuristic methods and column generation to find optimal solution. The locomotive scheduling prototype consists of several modules including database, optimization engine and diagram generator. The optimization engine solves MIP model and provides an optimal locomotive schedule using specified optimization algorithms. A cyclic locomotive route diagram can be generated using this optimal schedule through the diagram generator.

Recently, blockchain has been attracting attention as a high-reliability technology in various fields. However, the Proof-of-Work-based distributed consensus algorithm applied to representative blockchains, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, has limitations in applications to various industries owing to its excessive resource consumption and performance limitations. To overcome these limitations, various distributed consensus algorithms have appeared, and recently, hybrid distributed consensus algorithms that use two or more consensus algorithms to achieve decentralization and scalability have emerged. This paper introduces the technological trends of the latest high-performance distributed consensus algorithms by analyzing representative hybrid distributed consensus algorithms.

Enoxacin[1-ethyl-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-(1-piperazinyl)-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carboxylic acid, ENX is a new quinolone antibacterial agent. The method is based on the highly colored charge-transfer complex formation of this drug as a pi-electron donor with 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane(TCNQ) or chloranil(CL) as pi-acceptors. The colored products were measured spectrophotometrically at 842nm and 552nm for TCNQ and CL, respectively. The different experimental conditions are optimized. The linearities for TCNQ and CL were 1.6mcg/mL~32mcg/mL and 6.4mcg/mL~160mcg/mL, respectively and colors were produced in non-aqueous media. This report describes a simple and rapid method for the analysis of enoxacin.
