Cutaneous leiomyoma is a rare, benign tumor of smooth-muscle fibers. Five types of cutaneous leiomyoma include multiple piloleiomyomas, solitary piloleiomyoma, solitary genital leiomyoma, solitary angioleiomyoma and leiomyoma with additional mesenchymal elements. Genital leiomyoma is uncommon, and leiomyomas of the nipple is a rare type of genital leiomyoma. We report a case of cutaneous leiomyoma presenting as a large nipple in a middle-aged woman. Currently, high-risk business sites that handle accident-preparatory materials more than the designated quantity must submit a risk management plan. Through this, the company manages the risk of spreading out of business sites due to chemical handling. However, as the number of chemical businesses in Korea increases day by day, the frequency of accidents and their damage are only increasing. At this time, initial response is important to reduce accident damage, but in small and medium-sized businesses, initial response is not good. To solve this problem, the emergency response information sharing system in the project site management plan should be established to jointly respond to accidents. In this study, we derived information that can be shared in establishing a system for sharing emergency response information among businesses. It also provided guidelines for improving emergency response information and establishing a system for sharing emergency response information among businesses.

According to the "Industrial Accidents Integrated Management System for Contractor and Subcontractor," which was first introduced in 2018, the list of contractor with a high proportion of deaths at subcontractors is being announced. This can be interpreted as acknowledging that the industrial accident that occurs is not merely an worker"s carelessness, but implies the possibility of an accident occurring in the characteristics of the business itself operated by the workplace. This is a matter of industrial structure and it is necessary to look at the actual accident of the contractor and the subcontractor. The problem of shifting risks arising from the contractor"s contracting to subcontractors is increasing not only domestically but all over the world. Therefore, in this study, each accident was analyzed because it was determined that there would be many cases of accidents involving shipbuilding and power plants, where many accidents occur, in the contractor and subcontractor structure. In addition, the revised Industrial Safety and Health Act, which will go into effect on Jan. 16, 2021, will confirm whether it can solve the risk problems caused by the contractor and subcontractor, and suggest a direction to look into subcontracting issues in the Industrial Safety and Health Act through cases in other countries.

100년 전부터 암을 가진 동물이나 사람이 박테리아에 감염되었을 때, 그 암조직이 줄어들었다는 보고가 있었다. 박테리아는 감염된 세포내에서 단백질합성 저해제와 구멍형성 단백질 분비, 죽음에 이르게 하는 내재성 단백질 분자의 활성화를 포함하는 다양한 기작을 통해서 세포자멸사를 유발할 수 있다. 본 연구는 Pseudomonas aeruginosa 균주로부터 분리한 세포밖 분비물(EPPA)이 구강편평상피암종세포(OSC9)의 세포자멸사를 일으키는지를 알아보고자 시행 하였다 EPPA는 OSC9 암세포에 농도 의존적으로, 또한 시간 의존적으로 암세포독성효과를 나타내었다. Hoechst 염색법, TUNEL 분석법 그리고 DNA 전기영동 등의 방법을 통해 염색질 응축과 핵분절 등이 확인되었다. EPPA가 처리 후 24시간 경과된 세포에서부터 caspase-3와 caspase-6의 활성형태를 관찰할 수 있었다. Caspase-3의 기질인 PARP와 DFF45 그리고 caspase-6의 기질인 lamin A의 분절형태가 관찰 되었다. 이상의 결과로 EPPA가 OSC9 암세포에서 casapse 의존성 세포자멸사를 유발시킴을 알 수 있었다. 사람구강편 평상피암종에 항암효과를 가지는 새로운 물질이 EPPA에 포함되어 있는 것으로 보인다. It was reported that cancer in humans and animals infected with microbial pathogens was regressed about 100 years ago. Bacteria are able to trigger apoptosis by a variety of mechanisms including the secretion of protein synthesis inhibitors, pore forming proteins, molecules activating the endogenous death machinery in the infected cell. This study was conducted in order to investigate whether extracellular products of Psuedomonas aeruginosa (EPPA) induce apoptosis in human oral carcinoma cells (OSC9). The EPPA showed cytotoxic effect on OSC9 cells in dose and time-dependent manner. The cell death was demonstrated to be due to apoptosis characterized by chromatin condensation and nuclear fragment. EPPA treatment induced cleavage of caspase-3 and caspase-6. The caspase substrates, PARP, DFF45 and lamin A were cleaved during EPPA-induced apoptosis. Taken together, EPPA induces apoptosis on human oral squamous carcinoma cells in caspase-dependent manner. Our data therefore provide that EPPA contains a novel antitumor agent for human oral squamous carcinoma.

담즙산은 지방의 흡수와 콜레스테롤의 항상성을 조절하는 유전자의 전사에 관여하는 필수 콜레스테롤의 생성물이다. 담즙산 합성유도체인 HS-1200이 여러 가지 암세포에서 세포자멸사(apoptosis)를 유도한다는 것이 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 사람혀 편평세포암종세포(SCC25 cells)에서 담즙산 합성유도체인 HS-1200과 대표적인 항암제인 cisplatin의 병용처리 후 세포자멸사 증가효과가 있는지 알아보기 위해 수행하였다. HS-1200과 cisplatin의 병용처리가 단독처리에 비해서 효과적인 세포생존율 감소가 있는지 확인하기 위해서 MTT법을 시행하였고, 세포자멸사의 유도와 증가를 알기 위해서는 DNA 전기영동법, Hoechst 염색법, DNA hypoploidy법 을 사용하였다. 그리고 세포자멸사에 관계하는 단백질의 발현 변화와 세포내에서의 이동을 밝혀내기 위해서 Western blot 분석과 면역형광 염색법을 수행하였다. 더 나아가서 proteasome 활성도와 사립체막 전위 변화를 측정하였다. 본 연구에서는 HS-1200과 cisplatin을 병용처리한 SCC25 세포에서 핵의 농축, DNA분절, MMP와 proteasome 활성도의 감소, Bax의 증가와 Bcl-2의 감소, DNA양의 감소, cytochrome c의 세포질로의 유리, AIF와 DFF40(CAD)의 핵으로의 이동, caspase-9, caspase-7, caspase-3, PARP 그리고 DFF45(ICAD)의 활성화와 같은 다양한 세포자멸사 증거를 보였다. 반면에 상기 물질들에 단독처리 된 SCC25 세포에서는 세포자멸사 현상이 거의 없었다. 24시간 동안 $25{\mu}M$의 HS-1200, $4{\mu}g/ml$의 cisplatin 을 각기 단독처리 한 결과에서는 세포자멸사를 거의 유도하지 못했으나, 병용처리한 결과에는 아주 탁월하고 명확한 세포자멸사의 유도를 보였다. 그러므로 본 실험결과는 HS-1200과 cisplatin 의 병용요법이 사람구강편평세포암종 환자를 위해 새로운 치료전략으로서의 가능성을 보여준다고 생각한다. Bile acids are polar derivatives of cholesterol essential for the absorption of dietary lipids and regulate the transcription of genes that control cholesterol homeostasis. Recently it have been identified the synthetic chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA) derivatives HS-1200 and cisplatin showed apoptisis-inducing activity on various cancer cells in vivo and in vitro. This study was undertaken to investigate the synergistic apoptotic effect of co-treatment with HS-1200 and cisplatin on human tongue squamous cell carcinoma cells (SCC25 cells). To investigate whether the co-treatment with HS-1200 and cisplatin compared to each single treatment efficiently reduces the viability of SCC25 cells, MTT assay was conducted. The induction and augmentation of apoptosis were confirmed by DNA electrophoresis, Hoechst staining and an analysis DNA hypoploidy. Westen blot analysis and immunofluorescent staining were also performed to evaluate the expression levels and the translocation of apoptosis-related proteins following this co-treatment. Furthermore, proteasome activity and mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) change were also assayed. In this study, co-treatment with HS-1200 and cisplatin on SCC25 cells showed several lines of apoptotic manifestation such as nuclear condensations, DNA fragmentation, reduction of MMP and proteasome activity, the increase of Bax and the decrease of Bcl-2, decrease of DNA content, the release of cytochrome c into cytosol, translocation of AIF and DFF40 (CAD) onto nuclei, and activation of caspase-9, caspase-7, caspase-3, PARP and DFF45 (ICAD) whereas each single treated SCC25 cells did not show these patterns. Although the single treatment of $25{\mu}M$ HS-1200 and $4{\mu}g/ml$ cisplatin for 24 h did not induce apoptosis, the co-treatment of these reagents prominently induced apoptosis. Therefore our data provide the possibility that the combination therapy with HS-1200 and cisplatin could be considered as a novel therapeutic strategy for human squamous cell carcinoma.
