This paper analyzes Park Tae-sun’s national territory representation strategy in the 1970s and 1980s. The national territory is an abstract representation that precedes physical reality, and this representation needs attention in that it shows the imagination of the identity of subjects living in the national territory space. Especially in the 1970s, there were two different representaions of national territory. On the one hand, the Park Chung-hee administration’s national territory development project was renewing the representations national territory and calling for a new national identity. On the other hand, there was a national territory representations of Min-jung discourse that emerged against the former. Among the latter, this paper paid attention to Park Tae-sun’s travel statements, which recorded the national territory through the non-literary writing style. In this paper, I reviewed the national territory representations of governmentality and Park Tae-sun’s national territory representation. Therefore, it is considered that Park Tae-sun’s works was not just a reproduction of the typed space from governmentality, but a practical act of forming a national territory as a locality across the existing hierarchical locality. What he wanted to achieve as a non-literary writing was the idea of practical literature, and his writings as a testimony that led him to consider space justice and mobility justice.
자율신경균형 증진 간호중재를 위한 생행동적 이론적 기틀 구축: 세포노화 기전 기반으로

Purpose: This study reviewed the pathophysiological mechanisms of cellular aging caused by psycho-logical stress and aimed to establish a biobehavioral theoretical framework for nursing interventions to promote autonomic balance based on these mechanisms. Methods: A comprehensive literature re-view was conducted. Results: A review of the literature showed that the stress response increases the secretion of catecholamines and glucocorticoids, resulting in a greater allostatic load. This load induc-es inflammatory reactions and oxidative stress, shortening telomere length and damaging mitochon-drial DNA, which can lead to cellular aging. Based on this mechanism, a biobehavioral theoretical framework for nursing interventions was established. This framework focuses on delaying or inhibiting the cellular aging process by acting on the stress response stage and improving autonomic balance. Conclusion: According to the proposed biobehavioral theoretical framework, stress-relieving nursing interventions may act on the mechanism of cellular aging caused by stress responses. We believe that this framework could expand our understanding of the biobehavioral aspects of stress and would fa-cilitate efforts to use biomarkers to evaluate the effectiveness of stress-related nursing interventions at the cellular level.

The acquisitive prescription by possession of property stipulated in Article 245(1) of the civil law has been developed through precedents. Even though times have changed and the reality now is quite different compared to when civil law was enacted in 1948, acquisitive prescription remains as a very significant and necessary system to ensure stability in law and order, to alleviate difficulties in preservation of evidence, and to protect those who have practical interests, etc. There are a lot of issues regarding acquisitive prescription. This article deals with the original owner's act of setting up a mortgage on his/her property after (unregistered occupant's) completion of acquisition prescription but before registration. In particular, this study analyzes whether the occupant who completed the acquisitive prescription of a certain property could exercise the right to indemnity to the original owner or exercise the right of return of the unjust enrichment for the amount of reimbursement after repaying the owner's obligation by mortgage contract. The Supreme Court, however, turned down the appeal filed by the plaintiff(occupant) who completed the acquisitive prescription because that reimbursement only serves his/her own interest. So far, there are lots of arguments for and against this Supreme Court decision. This study attempted to precisely examine them and pose additional questions about this decision with several juridical reasons.
