        사용자참여에 의한 비학습공간 개선을 통한 비학습공간의 계획요소 도출에 관한 연구

        So far, school design supplied as the type of uniform which is designed by a standard school construction without the users. We understand the planning elements in school space which is required by the users through users’ participation. In this study, find non-learning space for improvement through users’ survey in Yangji middle school, analyze each spatial problems, planning direction, planning contents with improvement plans about non-learning space by users’participation, lead spatial planning elements in non-learning space, hope to apply them to school plan and design. First, the result of the survey about the improvement targets in non-learning space was derived as the improvement targets which are building exterior, extra classrooms on the 1st, 3rd, 4th floor, lobbies and stairs on each floor, the women and men’s bathrooms, outside space, the roof space. Second, 10 teams were made up in 10 space for users’ participation, each team was composed of students, teachers, parents, residents progressed space plans in accordance with the planning process as workshop format. Each team had to arrange the progress facts. Third, spatial planning contents, workshop contents, the report contents organized into each team by users’ participation were arranged by problems, planning direction, planning contents. Finally, analysis of the planning contents is to elicit obstruction discontinuation, uniformity, complexity, no-cleaning, no-feeling, no-using, risk as problematic factors in non-learning space, to elicit openness, theme characteristics, symbolism, environmental protection, aesthetics, convenience, experience characteristics, safety as the planning factors in non-learning spaces. Based on this, to elicit spatial problematic factors and planning factors, organize planning contents as problematic factors and planning factors.

        용인시에 대한 경관인식 변화 비교

        본 연구는 경관관련 법제도적 측면에서 큰 변화가 있었던 최근 10여 년간 경관인식 변화를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2001년 수립한 용인시 경관형성기본계획과 2012년 수립한 용인시 기본경관계획 내용 중 경관의식조사 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 특히 2012년 실시된 경관의식조사는 용이한 비교분석을 위해 2001년 자료를 토대로 재구성하였다. 설문문항은 크게 경관현황에 대한 인식, 경관유형별 경관평가, 경관요소별 인식, 경관에 대한 주민의식, 경관계획방향 제시에 대한 인식, 경관관련 주체들에 대한 인식 등으로 구성되었다. 경관현황에 대한 평가에서는 용인시의 상징요소와 대표장소로 에버랜드가 압도적으로 높은 순위로 조사되었다. 그러나 2012년에는 에버랜드의 그 비중이 상대적으로 낮아지고, 한국민속촌, 시청, 경전철과 같은 다양한 대상으로 비중이 분산되었다. 전체적인 도시경관에 대한 이미지는 2001년 '개성있고, 다양하고, 웅장하고, 정돈된' 이미지에서 2012년에는 '넓고, 어수선하고, 평범하고, 현실적인' 이미지로 변화하였다. 특히 '개성있는' 항목에서는 가장 부정적으로 변화하여 개발 초기의 기대에 현재 이미지가 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 산의 조망, 관광지 주변, 색채 등 개별 경관유형별 평가에서는 전반적으로 향상된 평가를 보여주고 있어서, 개별 요소 수준에서는 점차 개선되고 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 경관요소별로는 간판 및 옥외광고물에 대해서 현재 상태가 더 부정적으로 인식되고 있으며, 경관색채 측면에서는 상업 및 광고시설에 대해서는 문제인식이 증가하였으나, 공사시설물, 공장건물 등과 같은 시설에 대해서는 문제인식이 감소하는 특징을 나타내고 있다. 경관과 관련한 주민참여 정도 조사에서는 경관에 대한 전반적인 관심은 지속적으로 유지한 반면에, 재산권 제한이나 사업에 참여하는 정도 같은 실제적인 참여에 대해서는 부정적으로 변화한 것으로 나타났다. 경관계획 방향성은 과거에 비해 보다 재정지원, 야간경관 연출, 경관저해요인 개선 등과 같은 구체적인 방안이 효과적이라고 인식하였다. 행정기관에 대해서는 과거 규제 중심의 역할에서 시민지원의 역할로 변화해야 한다는 인식이 높아졌으며, 사업시행자에 대해서도 자연훼손의 주범이라는 인식에서 건물 조성, 휴식공간이나 광장의 조성 등을 통하여 긍정적 역할을 할 수 있는 주체라는 인식이 늘어난 것으로 분석되었다. 용인시의 지난 10년간의 경관인식 변화는 보다 구체적이고 다양하게 경관을 인식하는 것으로 변화하였으며, 특히 경관관련 주체에 대해서도 보다 긍정적인 이미지를 갖게 된 것으로 파악되었다. 그러나 대규모 개발사업의 초기에 형성되었던 용인시 경관에 대한 기대감이 충족되지 못하여 평범한 이미지로 평가되었으며, 특히 시민들의 직접적인 참여정도가 소극적으로 변화했다는 것은 지난 10여 년간의 경관관련 정책과 사업에서 재검토가 필요한 부분이라고 판단된다. This study was to analyze the changes made in the landscape cognition in Yong-in City for the past 10 years. For the analysis, the landscape plan in 2001, and the survey data collected for the new 2012-landscape plan were used. The questions on the survey covered the cognition of the current landscape status, the evaluation of landscape depending on the types of landscape, the understanding of each element on the landscape, the residents' cognition, etc. In the evaluation of the status on current landscape, Everland was ranked outstandingly high as a symbol and a representative place both in 2001 and 2012. The image of the overall city landscape was changed from the image of unique, diverse, grand-scale and well ordered in 2001, to the image of wide, disordered, common and realistic. As the evaluation of individual landscape types such as the view of the mountain, the surroundings of the tourist attractions, colors, etc, has improved overall. The image of the city has been evaluated to improve gradually, especially in the level of individual element. In the study of participating the willingness of residents, despite the interest in landscape has been continued, the attitude for the actual participation in the action plan or the restriction of property right has been changed into a negative side. For the direction of the landscape plan, the residents are more interested in the detailed subjects : such as the financial support, the night landscape plan, the improvement of the problems, etc. During the last 10 years, the changes on the landscape cognition in Yong-in City have changed more in detail and specifically, the cognitions on the local government and developers changed positively. However the reducion of the participants' willingness suggested a review on the policies and the projects of the landscape.

        남산고도지구의 경관관리를 위한 고도제한 개선방향에 관한 연구

        Securing the prospect right considering the open landscape to Namsan and maintaining the protective outline of landscape of Namsan considering geographical features of Namsan, and improving the residential environment seeking for the reasonable height limit of height limited district for the pleasant landscape management are needed. The study was intended to suggest the direction of improving height restriction by deducing the problem of height restriction criteria, and by carrying out three-dimensional analysis technique by using view cone at each view point through resetting height restriction criteria at main view points for Namsan height limit district in Jung-gu Seoul. Namsan height limit district was designated as being road surface or below, road surface+4m or below, 3 stories and 12m or below, and 5 stories and 20m or below throughout Hoehyeondong 1-ga, Hoehyeondong 2-ga, Pildong, and Yaksudong. Height restriction criteria of each management area was set up according to 7 management sub areas and 4 management areas presented in the master plan of restoration of original Namsan"s image as the basis of height restriction of Namsan height limit district, but height restriction was eased by presenting area that relaxation is possible through segmentation of height criteria by using GIS analysis in order to improve standardized uniform criteria that did not consider topographical characteristics. As a result of analysis of topography characteristics and section characteristics in order to deduce uniformity of height restriction in Namsan height limit district, improvement of criteria was necessary in order to rationalize land use, considering characteristics of topography and view according to section type such as straight type, slope type, stairs type, irregularity type, crater type, valley type. because altitude and slope was discontinuously shown. Height criteria such as view road regulation, elevation angle view surface regulation, view non-relaxation regulation, landscape buffer zone regulation and so on was set up, considering suitable ratio of mountain and building at main view points through the present condition of view and the related plan for landscape management of Namsan height limit district. Validity of setting a standard for height restriction was verified by comparing area of Namsan view according to eased results through reflecting characteristics of topography and overlap of view, and applying 3-dimensional analysis by using viewcone at each view point.

        블록-지번 인덱스를 통한 필지단위의 공간계획 정보접근에 관한 연구

        For the effective use and systematic development of lands, the central and local governments of each country continually make various plans, and regulations. The plans usually yield a vast amount sub-regulations related to the plans, and many independently working teams or departments in the governments provide services to inform and enforce such regulations. However, it is difficult for planners, developers, and even administrator to find out and get the information of all the regulations and plans at a service department or a team. In this study, we device a matrix based indexing method to guide the storing and retrieving the plans and regulations so that an information system can efficiently manage and provide all the regulatory information related to a specific address. The indexing method integrates all the regulations specified in the respective laws and plans into a so-called block-address matrix. The block-address matrix is created through the steps of creating address index, creating block index, address extraction from the plans, and finally building the block-address matrix. We developed an information system based on the block-address matrix to facilitate the access to regulation information of a specific address related to a specific plan. We confirmed also the effectiveness of the proposed indexing method by developing an information system using the indexing method for Uiwang landscape plan of Gyeonggi-do in Korea.

        층고변화의 배열조건에 따른 공동주택의 소음만족도에 관한 연구

        For the object of layout type due to the change of the sky line of the parallel layout of the apartment buildings, measuring the noise value of the complex and the generation through the noise simulation, by extracting the noise characteristics for each flat, three-dimension, the main movement the and floors, plotted the layout method of the apartment buildings which shall be ideal for noisy environment and advantages for the favorable views. Regarding to the noise degree for the lay-out type, the noise will be reduced as long as the location of the main movement of the apartment buildings are far away from the distance of the noise source, and low-high type layout is the highest noise reducing value, and high-low type appears the lowest. Regarding to the noise degree for each Dong, for the 1st raw Dong which is located on the street, all the generation has exceed the noise limits and has blocked the noise which propagates even to the back row noise with the effect of sound proof walls by the sound insulation of the 1st raw Dong and 2nd and 3rd show the effect of noise reduction. As a result, if the road locates to the north part, since the main movement balcony places to the opposite direction of the road, so it does not have any influences to the noise, if it can be made the height of main movement in the part of road lower, the whole generation can satisfy the noise average level without any inducement to the right angle layout.
