In order to find out the effect of recovery fairness due to service failure experience on customer loyalty, a self-written online survey was conducted for consumers who have experienced service failure when using beauty services in Seoul and the metropolitan area. The data collection period is from 1st of August to 30th of August, 2022, and 351 copies of data were finally analyzed. The components of recovery fairness were derived from three factors: interaction fairness, procedure fairness, and distribution fairness, and customer loyalty was classified into attitude loyalty and behavioral impulsiveness. As a result of the analysis, the difference in recovery fairness according to service failure dissatisfaction was found to be unfair as the dissatisfaction level was higher. In the relationship between the effect of recovery fairness on customer loyalty, it was confirmed that the higher all sub-factors, the higher the customer loyalty. The group with high complaints about service failure showed a higher relative influence of recovery fairness on customer loyalty than the group with moderate and satisfactory responses. Through this study, it can be said that rapid and appropriate recovery process procedures and compensation in response to service failure can prevent customer departure. In addition, proper recovery fairness can be an important factor in forming loyalty higher than before service failure. It is expected that the results of this study will be used to identify the failure of beauty services and to establish and respond to discriminatory sales strategies for consumers.
뷰티 인플루언서의 매력성이 인플루언서 신뢰 및 콘텐츠 몰입과 구매의도에 미치는 영향

This study established a research model and conducted a covariance structural model analysis to see how the attractiveness of beauty influencers is divided into intimacy, affinity, and sociality, affecting influencer trust and content commitment and purchase intention. The subjects of the survey were ordinary people with experience in using contents provided by beauty influencers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Chungcheong, and a total of 422 copies of data were collected from July 5 to 15, 2022 and used for the final analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the attractiveness of beauty influencer had a significant effect on all constituent factors in the relationship between influencer trust and content commitment, and the relative influence of sociality was the highest influencer. There was no significant influence relationship between trust and purchase intention, but it was confirmed that it had a significant effect on the influence relationship between content commitment and purchase intention. This study is meaningful in that it newly identified the attractiveness factors of beauty influencer, and the attractiveness of beauty influencer can be used as an indicator of influencer evaluation as an influencing factor of positive evaluation of consumers, and it has been confirmed that it is an important factor in the SNS environment.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between academic achievement and student's general characteristics and interest and to analyze the effect on situational interest, and the method of study was to calculate frequency analysis and percentage to examine the general characteristics of the person surveyed. The relationship between the one-way variable analysis(ANOVA) and the factors of interest and academic achievement was conducted through a multi-recovery analysis to see if the perception of the factors of interest differed by general characteristics. The study found that the situation interest of beauty majors had a significant impact on their academic performance, and that there were some significant differences in the factors of learning environment, participation factors, and outcome expectations based on grades, number of practical classes, experience, and prize experience. The purpose of this study was to present materials to help education in the field of beauty major by studying how the situational interest of beauty major affects academic performance.
石牟禮道子의『菊とナガサキ』를 통해 보는 나가사키 조선인 원폭피해자의 실태와 恨

本稿は、石牟禮道子の「菊とナガサキ」というエッセイを考察することによって、1945年8月9日の原爆投下による朝鮮人被爆者の實態と彼らの無念(恨=ハン)を顧ようとしたものである。石牟禮は1968年、長崎を訪れて遺骨を含めた朝鮮人被爆者たちと向き合うことになるが、そこで彼女は「日本民族が朝鮮民族に行った底しれぬ罪科」と直面し、日本人としての罪惡感と責任感を越した「同族」としての靈的交感によって、朝鮮人被爆者の苦しみと無念を彼らに代って「菊とナガサキ」という作品に物物っている。本稿では、まず「菊とナガサキ」に記された內容に基づき、長崎での朝鮮人被爆者の實態と、その慘たらしさを顧ようとした。それから、在日朝鮮人の被爆者に對する韓日兩國の問題認識の違いと、それに起因する政治的及び社會的差別をも「菊とナガサキ」に基づいて考察してみた。最後に、石牟禮が長崎で出會った朝鮮人被爆者たちの物語から、かれらが余儀なくされた民族的差別と無念(=ハン)を、石牟禮の言靈を通して垣間見ることを試みた。 ちなみに、2011年3月11日、東日本で起った津波と大地震のため爆發した福島第一原子力發電所の原發事故を觸れ、それによって再び甦りつつある被爆者に對する差別の事と、原子力の恐ろしさを思い起こすことができたと思う。
