In this study, the tar compounds derived from the plant cell cultures of Taxus chinensis were first identified and then quantified via gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and gas chromatography (GC). 2-Picoline, 2,5-xylenol, acenaphthene, 1-methylnaphthalene and o-xylene were found to be the major tar compounds by biomass. These compounds were identified and confirmed by comparing their retention times with those of authentic compounds. Each compound also spiked with the pure standard. The contents of 2-picoline, 2,5-xylenol, acenaphthene, 1-methylnaphthalene, and o-xylene in biomass were 0.2512, 0.1586, 0.1240, 0.0942 and 0.0525 wt%, respectively. Liquid-liquid extraction and adsorbent treatment were able to remove 42% and 94% of the tars from biomass, respectivly. After hexane precipitation, all of the tars were perfectly removed.

BaO·6Fe₂O₃was produced by hydrothermal treatment of barium nitrite, ferric nitrite and potassium hydroxide under supercritical water conditions. The crystallinity and size of the barium hexaferrite particles were enhanced by increasing the reaction temperature and pressure in the batch system. In the continuous synthesis process, the particle size was decreased by increasing the reaction temperature but was not changed when the reaction pressure was increased. The reaction temperature is a major operational variable for the control of particle size in this process. In particular, 0.1-0.2 ㎛ fine particles were synthesized at a pressure of 40 ㎫, mixing point(MP2) temperature of 200℃, tubular reactor temperature of 400℃ and residence time of 100 sec. The particle size distribution was very narrow.

전력시스템은 시간이 지남에 따라서 부하의 증가와 다양한 설비기기의 투입, 지속적인 유지보수와 수요에 대한 예측이 필요하다. 이런 전력 시스템을 관리하기 위한 많은 애플리케이션들이 있으며 전력 시스템 애플리케이션을 위한 공통 정보모델 표준을 위한 IEC61970 국제 표준화 작업이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IEC61970 Part3 CIM(Common Information Model)의 적용을 위한 미들웨어 도입과 데이터베이스 모델 적용 방안에 대해서 알아본다.

This study aims at providing the open management system of the college facilities and meeting the demand of the industries and institutes in Daejeon area. In the view of this point, the present conditions of laboratories were classified with the hierarchy. The higher level facilities hierarchy were regarded as the ones which could be provided for the demand of the Industry and Institute. And the system approach for open management were made in the consideration with burget, maintenance, etc.

The Lagrangian method is used for the equality constraints and the Projection theorem is treated as the Kuhn-Tucker condition, which leads to the another way of the determination of the Lagrangian multipliers using optimization technique.

In this paper an efficient algorithm of optimal control in dynamic systems with terminal constraints is developed. The Fletcher-powell method is used as an optimization technique which improves convergence characteristics. Terminal constraints are treated as a penalty function combined with a Hestenes algorithm. Test example shows a stable and good convergence characteristics.
