        We devised a vibration-insensitive interferometer with a common-path scheme of generating the reference wave directly by transmitting the measurement wave through a single-mode fiber. This fiber-diffraction interferometer enables to cancel out the dominating vibration effect encountered commonly in both the reference and measurement waves in the due course of the two waves’ interference. Besides, to suppresss parasite vibration disturbances caused to interferometer hardware components, a special type of spatial phase-shifter is added to capture four phase-shifted interferograms simultaneously without time delay using a single camera shot. The proposed interferometer system is capable of providing a high level of vibration immunity that is found useful for testing large scaledsilicon wafer's surface profile when sufficient ground isolation for anti-vibration is not feasible.

        비전이 거세저항성 전립선암

        Most men with advanced prostate cancer respond to various types of androgen ablation but eventually progress to castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). However, many patients will have an increase in prostate specific antigen (PSA) on hormonal therapy without radiographic evidence of disease. For this reason, heterogeneous population of non-metastatic CRPC (non-mCRPC) has appeared. To date, PSA kinetics is the most powerful indicator of aggressiveness in that population and can be used to trigger imaging investigation and enrollment in clinical trials. Although CRPC remains largely driven by the androgen receptor, the benefit of second-line hormonal manipulations, including first generation antiandrogens, adrenal synthesis inhibitors and steroids, is clearly limited. Several registered and near to come treatments have not been tested in that population but in men with more advanced metastatic and often symptomatic disease. Several agents have been investigated to delay the onset of the first bone metastasis but only one, denosumab, has reached its end-point. But, overall survival did not differ. Physicians should recognize that non-mCRPC is an extremely heterogeneous stage of the disease, with most patients progressing slowly to a metastatic stage and acknowledge that the available registered treatments have been studied in far more advanced stage of the disease.

        The prognosis for patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with inferior vena cava (IVC) thrombus is very poor due to the absence of effective chemotherapeutic agents and the limited usefulness of radiation therapy in this setting. Surgery provided the only hope of a cure in these patients, although resection of RCC with IVC thrombus is technically demanding and is associated with high perioperative morbidity and mortality rates. For this reason, an aggressive approach has been established as the mainstay of treatment. Recent advances in the understanding of the biology of intravascular tumor invasion and the considerable progress in the fields of diagnosis and treatment of this entity, with innovative surgical and systemic strategies, have completely redefined the management of these patients. Basically, treatment must be individualized to every patient based on tumor biology and patient performance status. Additionally, the decision to perform invasive surgery in these patients should be done with caution.

        4차 산업혁명과 국내 게임산업 발전방향 연구

        한국 게임 산업은 대내외적 불안요인으로 성장이 멈춰있는 상황이다. 이러한 대내외적 불안요소 속에서 국내 게임 산업의 새로운 돌파구로 언급 되고 있는 것이 4차 산업 혁명이다. 4차 산업 혁명은 기존 산업 구조의 패러다임을 변화시키고 있으며, 제조업뿐만 아니라 콘텐츠 산업 전반에 생태계의 변화를 가져 오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제 4차 산업 혁명을 통한 국내 게임 산업의 발전 방향을 모색하고 AI와 AR / VR의 발전과 미래의 제 4 차 산업 혁명의 핵심이 될 게임 산업과의 연관성을 연구하고자 한다. The Korean game industry has stopped growing due to internal and external instability. It is the fourth industrial revolution that has been mentioned as a new breakthrough in the domestic game industry in front of these internal and external instabilities. The fourth industrial revolution is changing the paradigm of the existing industrial structure, and has brought ecological changes not only to the manufacturing industry but also to the contents industry as a whole. In this paper, we will explore the development direction of domestic game industry through the 4th industrial revolution and study the relation between development of AI and AR / VR and game industry which will be the main core of the fourth industrial revolution in the future.
