After M. Porter proposed the concept of industrial cluster, a lot of academic papers and industry surveys have suggested that industrial cluster is the key factor to competitive edge and long-term economic growth. Industrial cluster is often defined as geographical concentrations of interconnected entities in a particular industrial field. And the agglomeration economy is regarded the key factor of developing the industrial clusters. The industrial clusters often have been growing over the territory of local governments. Therefor, the institutes supporting the industrial clusters and the companies in great-sphere level is required. The purpose of this paper is for comparing and analysing the institutes supporting the industrial clusters and the companies in great-sphere level including various local governments. As the result of this research, four types of the cooperative industrial supporting systems among various local governments are divided: ① inducing foreign direct investment into domestic area by regional development agency, ② co-developing research parks or industrial parks by some local governments, ③ taking regional industrial statistics and writing development strategies over the boundary of the local governments, ④ constructing internet portal sites networking the local companies, universities, research centers of the same industrial cluster.
미용서비스 종사자의 감성지능이 직무만족과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 미용서비스 종사자의 감성지능과 고객지향성과의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 알아보려는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상은 서울 및 수도권 지역의 미용서비스 산업에 종사하는 330명을 대상으로 2018년 2월 1일부터 2월 28일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 표본으로 활용할 수 없는 6부를 제외한 324부를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 이를 분석하기 위해 SPSS Ver. 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성분석 그리고 3단계 매개 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 종사자의 감성지능은 직무만족과 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감성지능과 고객지향성의 관계에서 직무만족은 간접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 감성지능이 높은 종사자들은 자신의 직무에 대해서 유쾌하고 흥미, 성취감, 만족감 등을 찾는 직무만족이 높으며, 이러한 직무만족은 고객의 욕구를 충족시키기 위해 최선을 다하는 종사자의 경향인 고객지향성에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 미용서비스 종사자의 효율적인 인적자원관리를 위하여 감성지능의 향상과 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 병행하여 제시한다면 고객의 만족도를 높이기 위한 능동적인 사고와 행동을 보일 것이며 또한 고객과의 장기적인 유대관계를 형성하여 조직의 경영성과에도 크게 기여할 수 있으리라 사료된다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통하여 감성지능과 직무만족은 고객지향성에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변수임을 확인하였다. 또한 미용서비스 산업의 효율적인 인적자원관리에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. This study investigated the mediating effects of job satisfaction in relationships between emotional intelligence and customer orientation among cosmetology workers. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed among a total of 330 beauty salon employees in Seoul and the capital region from February 1 to 28, 2018. Excluding six poorly answered questionnaires, 324 copies were used for final analysis. They were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 through frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and 3-step mediated multiple regression analysis. The results found the following: First, employees’ emotional intelligence revealed a positive influence on job satisfaction and customer orientation. Second, in an emotional intelligence-customer orientation relationship, job satisfaction showed an indirectly positive effect. Those with high emotional intelligence were more satisfied with their job, showing strong interest and a sense of accomplishment. Such satisfaction revealed a positive influence on customer orientation among the employees who work hard to meet diverse customer needs. If there is a plan to enhance such emotional intelligence and job satisfaction for efficient personnel management, therefore, the employees may show active thinking and behavior to improve customer satisfaction. They would also form a solid relationship with customers and make a large contribution to the improvement of management performances. The study results confirmed that emotional intelligence and job satisfaction are major variables having an influence on customer orientation. In addition, the study results can be basic data for the development of an efficient personnel management plan in the cosmetology industry.

동남권신공항의 건설 및 입지와 관련하여 정부 측의 최종 발표가 있었으나 해당 지역의 불만과 반발이 여전히 계속되고 있다. 부산은 독자적으로라도 가덕도 신공항을 추진하겠다고 밝혔고 영남권의 여타 시·도들은 차기 대선 등을 활용하여 밀양에 신공항을 건설하려는 의지를 천명하였다. 그러나 동남권신공항의 입지문제는 지역 정서나 정치적 이해득실을 넘어서 지역의 장래에 진정으로 도움이 되는 객관적인 해법을 찾아야 한다. 이런 점에서 이 논문은 국내외의 공항 개발 및 운영 사례에 대한 조사 등을 바탕으로 동남권신공항의 필요성과 입지적 타당성을 비판적으로 검토하고 대안에 대해 논의하였다. A commission in Korean central government stated that two new airport plans in south-east area was not competent. But local governments and people in south-east area have repulsed toward the statement intensely. They insist to build the airports even individually. The location and building of new airport in south-east area need not the political consideration but the objective solution to help the future of the region. This study investigated the locational competence of two proposed sites critically with location theories of airport and the examination of various airports in the world.
뷰티서비스 분야 재직자 재교육을 위한 4년제 대학 교육과정 개발 연구 - 서울 소재 H 대학 뷰티디자인학과를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study was to develop a curriculum using DACUM method for beauty design departments for adult learners at University in Seoul. The curriculum development was conducted through the Curriculum Development Committee including industry and academia experts. The process of this study was as follows. Firstly, the social industry demand and the job-related data of the beauty service industry analysis was conducted to establish the direction for departmental human resource development. Secondly, job and task were derived from the progress of the Curriculum Development Committee meeting based on industry demand analysis data. Thirdly, an on-line questionnaire was conducted to 43 field experts to verify the job model. Fourthly, the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for the performance of the identified tasks were derived, and the curriculum design considering these is conducted. Lastly, H University's beauty design department consists of a four-year curriculum of 38 subjects, based on the type of human resources training centered on beauty artists, global beauty management, beauty education, and beauty designer practices. Among subjects, a total of six courses, including Basic Practices 1 and 2 and Beauty Field Studies 1,2,3,4, were established separately for supporting the basic level learners. This study has significance in that it includes more systematic management of beauty management and beauty education, which is required in the field, in addition to education and training that provides beauty services.
