      • 초등체육수업의 안전사고 사례 및 대처방안

        본 연구는 해마다 증가하고 있는 체육수업의 안전사고 중 가장 많은 부분을 차지하고 있는 초등제육수업의 안전사고 사려 및 유형을 선행연구를 바탕으로 도출하였으며, 일본의 소학교 안전사고 사례 및 예방대책을 언급하였다. 사고원인별 세부 분석 결과에서 운동기구 용품에서는 축구, 피구, 야구 등인 구기관련(591건), 뜀틀(87건)로 나타나 이를 예방하기 위한 방법으로 학생들의 체격, 기능수준, 성별을 고려한 기구의 선택이 중요함을 제시 하여 기구변화를 통한 안전하고 즐거운 체육수업을 제시해 보고자 한다. This study drew the cases and patterns of safety accidents in elementary physical education class which account for the largest portion of the safety accidents in physical education class ever increasing every year and commented on the cases of safety accidents & preventive measures in Japanese elementary school. As the result of a detailed analysis by accident causes, it was found that ball games [591 cases] such as soccer, dodge ball, and baseball, etc. and vaulting horse[87 cases] were found to be a main contributor to such accidents. As a preventive method of such accidents, this study intends to propose the safe and pleasant physical education class by suggesting the importance of choice of athletic apparatuses in consideration of students’ physique, functional level, and gender.

        노인들의 댄스스포츠 참여동기, 재미요인 및 스트레스 요인 탐구

        This study aims to understand the reasons why the elderly become interested in and engage in dance as a leisure activity and give up the activity early. It will also explore methods that will attract and continually engage the elderly (60 and above) in dance classes for a long-term period. The participants of the study are all 60 years old and above who have voluntarily enrolled in dance classes. The dance classes are 50 minutes per class, twice a week. Most participants of this study drop out at the one years point. This study participants were selected using reputable case selective inductive category analysis which is widely used in the qualitative field of research. As such, the study is based on reputable case selection. The results are as follows: One reason that the elderly in the research chose to join a dance class was to enhance their health in their post 60’s while not being perceived as the “old generation” by the younger generations. A common excuse given to the younger generation for their participation is that they did not have the opportunity to engage in activities such as dance, at a young age and wanted to take advantage of their new found freedom. Another common reason given for participation in dance classes was the “fun factor.” The “fun factor” includes their interest in music in general, being able to participate in the dance activity with a partner, and the various genres of dance that they were exposed to. Finally, the research explored many reasons that the stress factors their class at the half way point. These reasons include the difficulty in learning musical terminology, the inability of the dance teacher to keep the participants’ interest, and the inability of the participants to keep up with the fast pace of the class. The Study The proposed study aims to further explore the motives for the participation of the elderly in dance activities as well as the reasons why the elderly choose to give up dance. The data collected will be useful for community leaders who wish to engage the elderly in long term dance classes. This is particularly important as the number of elderly is greater than ever before.

        변혁적 세계시민교육의 가능성 모색: B중학교 평화 활동 사례를 중심으로

        본 논문은 세계시민교육을 실천하고 있는 학교와 교사들이 학교라는 맥락 속에서 실제로 세계시민교육을 어떻게 이해하고 있으며 이를 실천하고 있는지를 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 질적 연구를 통해 세계시민교육을 실천하고 있는 한 학교(B중학교)의사례를 분석하였다. 구체적으로 동아리를 중심으로 이루어지는 활동을 기술·분석하여 학교 교육과정과 학교문화가 크게 어떻게 변화하는지를 탐색하였다. 이에 따라, 세계시민교육의 실천 내용을크게 세 가지로 나누어 살펴보았으며 그 내용은 1) 세계 속에서 세계시민됨을 경험하기: 평화를 찾아서, 2) 학교 교육과정과 지역사회 속에서 발견하는 세계시민성, 3) 경험과 배움의 즐거움을 통한학교 문화의 점진적인 변화 등으로 요약할 수 있다. 연구결과를 중심으로 본 연구는 변혁적 패러다임에 기초하여 세계시민교육을 조명하였다. 이에따라, 변혁적 교육으로서 세계시민교육이 역할을 하기 위해서는 평화의 문화를 구축하겠다는 목표가 있어야 한다는 것과, 그 목표에 도달하기 위해 세계시민으로서 문제를 인식하는 것에서 멈추는것이 아닌 행동으로서 변화에 동참할 수 있도록 구성되어야 하고, 무엇보다 그 중심에 학습자가스스로 참여해야 한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론적으로, B중학교 사례는 변혁적 교육으로서세계시민교육이 평화를 목표로 하는 활동을 통해 점진적인 변화를 이루고 경험의 장인 공동체가확장되면서 개인(학습자)이 자신의 다층적 정체성을 경험하도록 하는 것이어야 함을 보여주고 있다. This article aims to explore how teachers perceive global citizenship education and develop practices in school-based context. Qualitative approach was conducted in one school case(B middle school) in order to explore the practices of global citizenship education. In concrete, we explored how school curriculum and school culture changes by describing and analyzing the club activities. Therefore, we analyzed the contents of practices of global citizenship education by thematizing three issues: 1) experiencing being global citizen: seeking for peace, 2) finding global citizenship in school curriculum and local community, and 3) gradual change of school culture through enjoyment of learning and experiencing. Following the findings of this research, we analyzed global citizenship education based on transformative educational paradigm. In order to play its role as transformative education, global citizenship education should pursue for building peaceful culture. To attain this goal, global citizenship education should be constructed not just to know the problems but to make students participate in making changes in society by solving problems. Above all, global citizenship education should be learner-centered. In conclusion, the case of B middle school shows that global citizenship education as transformative education should have a goal to achieve peace and to make changes gradually. The experiences of making changes to reach peace will expand the field of community and thus develop multi-layered identities of individual(learner).

        신규 간호사의 직무 스트레스와 긍정심리자본이 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing of job stress and positive psychological capital on turnover intention among novice nurses. Methods: A descriptive correlational study design was used. Participants were 161 novice nurses with less than 12 months of work at one of two university hospitals in D city. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS statistics 23.0 program. Results: Factors Influencing turnover intention were satisfaction with salary (β=.18, t=2.47, p=.015), length of work (β=.20, t=2.91, p=.004), satisfaction with relationships with colleagues (β=.17, t=2.52, p=.013), job stress (β=.18, t=2.52, p=.012) and positive psychological capital (β=-.27, t=-3.90, p<.001). These variables accounted for 25.0% of novice nurses’ turnover intention. Conclusion: To prevent novice nurse turnover and a stable workforce management, it is necessary, in considering work periods, to develop an appropriate compensation system, apply programs to improve interpersonal relations, develop and provide programs to reduce job stress and improve positive psychological capital.

        도덕교육 담론을 통한 시민성교육과 인성교육의 의미에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 도덕교육의 맥락에서 시민성교육과 인성교육의 이론적 논의를 재탐색하기 위해 수행되었다. 우선, 도덕교육이 사회화와 의식화라는 두 흐름으로 설명되는 점에 근거하여, 시민성교육과 인성교육을 조명하였다. 또한 시민성교육과 인성교 육에 대한 논의들이 어떻게 진행되는지를 파악하였다. 두 논의를 통해 시민성교육과 인성교육의 이론적 교차점을 제시하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 시민성교육과 인성교육이 도덕교육이 제시하는 사회화와 의식화가 이루어지는 일련의 과정에 있음에주목하며, 이를 토대로 학교 안팎으로 연계된 형태로 실천해야 할 이론적 근거가 있음을 제시하였다. This study aims to re-explore the theoretical discourses and its meanings of citizenship education and character education, and the relationship of the discourses within the context of moral education. First of all, the meanings of citizenship education and character education were revisited in the frame of socialization and conscientization in moral education. Also, the each theoretical approach and discourses on citizenship education and character education was discussed. Finally, I presented the theoretical linkage between citizenship education and character education. As a consequence, citizenship education and character education should focus on sequential process of socialization and conscientization from moral education perspective. This gives theoretical background of the practices that both education should be practiced in and outside the schools.
