        글로벌 가치사슬의 붕괴에 어떻게 대응해야 하는가? 분열적 상황의 심층규명과 중소기업의 위험관리 전략에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to identify the drivers of supply chain vulnerability and internal/external disruptive events and to verify the moderating effect of SCRM to mitigate negative disruption impacts. The analysis results of 182 SMEs are as follows. First, SC vulnerability proceeded from excessive efficiency. Second, the probability and severity of internal factors were higher than that of external factors. In particular, the priority of responding to risks arising from the supply chain process was higher than the value chain within the firm. Finally, the higher the level of risk management in the supply chain, the more positively the negative disruption impact was mitigated. This study is valuable in providing practical clues to the decision-making of a firm’s managers and policymakers responding to supply chain risks. 본 연구는 공급사슬 취약성의 동인과 내·외부 분열적 상황을 규명하고 공급사슬 위험관리가 성과 피해를 완화하는 조절효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 182개 중소기업을 대상으로 한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공급사슬 취약성은 글로벌화, 제품 다양화 등 기업의 과도한 효율성에서 비롯되었음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 외부 환경적 분열요인보다 내부요인의 발생 가능성과 심각성이 더욱 높게 나타났다. 특히, 기업 내부의 가치사슬보다는 기업 간 공급사슬 프로세스에서 발생하는 위험의 대응 우선순위가 높았다. 마지막으로 공급사슬 위험관리의 수준이 높을수록 성과 피해를 긍정적으로 완화하는 조절효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 공급사슬 위험에 대응하는 기업 실무자와 정책 입안자의 의사결정에 실행적 단서를 제공하는 것에 가치가 있다.

        무엇이 중소기업의 개방형 혁신을 결정하는가? 전략-문화 혼합유형과 환경 역동성을 고려한 실증연구

        본 연구는 전략-문화 혼합유형과 환경 역동성을 고려하여 중소기업의 개방형 혁신에 적합한 상황 및 유형 을 실증적으로 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 174개 중소기업을 대상으로 4개 집단으로 분류하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전략-문화가 일치하는 PD형은 내·외향형 혁신 모두 혁신성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 동적 기술환경에서 내향형 혁신을 통해 성과를 향상시켰다. 반대로 DH형은 내·외향형 혁신 모두 유의한 효과가 없었다. 둘째, 전략-문화가 불일치하는 PH형과 DD형은 외향형과 내향형 중 단일 혁신만 성과에 영향을 미쳤다. 한편, PH, DD, DH형은 환경 역동성에 따른 조절효과는 확인되지 않았다. 개방형 혁신을 지향하는 중소기업은 변화·혁 신 지향형 전략과 창의·도전적 문화를 일치시킴으로써 혁신성과를 향상하도록 노력해야 한다. The purpose of this study is to identify the types for open innovation of SMEs considering strategic- culture mixed typology and environmental dynamism. The analysis results of 182 SMEs classified into 4 groups are as follows. First, type PD had a positive effect on innovation performance in both in-bound and out-bound innovation and had improved performance through in-bound innovation in a dynamic technical environment. While DH had no significant effect on both innovations. Second, PH and DD, strategy-culture mismatched types, had a single effect of innovation that affected performance. No moderating effects of environmental dynamism had been shown in types PH, DD, DH. SMEs that aim for open innovation should strive to improve performance by aligning change-oriented strategy with creative and challenging culture.

        중소 제조기업의 스마트공장 기술결정요인, 제조운영 및 성과 간 구조적 관계에 관한 연구

        The digital transformation of the 4th industrial revolution is leading to changes and innovations in the global economy. Various countries are focusing on reviving their manufacturing industries and economic recovery through smart factories. The purpose of this study is to empirically identify technological determinants for the successful implementation of the smart factory and to verify teose effects on manufacturing operations and the firms' operational/environmental performances. Five factors, including sensor network, platform technology, information system, intelligent automation, and safety, were defined as core technologies. The SEM analysis results of 157 small and medium-sized manufacturing firms that have implemented smart factories are as follows. First, sensor network, platform technology, and information system had significant effects on smart manufacturing operations. Second, smart manufacturing operations have improved firm performance. This study is valuable in that it has confirmed the effectiveness of government-funded projects and systemized key technologies for implementing smart factories. Meanwhile, it is helpful for practitioners to support an efficient and effective decision-making for the new adoption.

        주류 브랜드들의 인스타그램 내용 분석 : CAY(Content Appealing Youth) 인덱스를 중심으로

        Purpose: The objective of this study was to analyze the posts of alcohols brands on Instagram to evaluate the marketing features preferred by young generations. Method: The CAY(Content Appealing to Youth) Index was utilized to analyze the instagram accounts of the top 9 beer brands and 4 Soju brands in Korea. Three coders analysed a total of 224 posts from the brands’ official Instagram accounts. Results: The results showed that many posts integrated youth appealing factors such as positive emotional experiences and use of celebrities. The posts also emphasized individuality as well as social relationship. The most frequently used appeal was humor. Conclusion: The advertisements and posts on instagram are likely to create positive inclinations to young generations towards alcohol. Moreover, positive attitude towards drinking culture and alcohol brands can be enhanced due to the influence of alcohol brands’ SNS marketing.

        입지계수와 성장률시차분석을 활용한 지역혁신클러스터 육성산업의 경쟁력 분석: 14개 시·도 국가혁신클러스터를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to provide implications for a differentiated approach to regional industrial growth by analyzing industrial agglomeration and growth potential for specialized industries in 14 cities and provinces. The results of the LQ and GRD based on the KOSIS data ('16~'19) are as follows. First, the degree of agglomeration of specialized industries differed by region. In particular, the concentrations that are linked to the past industrial characteristics of the region or have representative industries were high. Second, the results of the GRD also showed significant differences in the growth potential of specialized industries in the cluster. In some regions, the geographical agglomeration of specialized industries by region was low, but it was confirmed that there were many industries with high growth potential through a relative comparison of industrial growth trends. Third, through matrix analysis, a portfolio capable of efficient and effective decision- making for the establishment of innovative clusters was derived. This study suggests the application of appropriate methodologies to measure cluster performance, such as interaction- based network analysis, and the need for discriminatory policies that take into account the regional characteristics of clusters.

        넥스트 노멀 시대의 공급사슬 생존전략에 관한 실증연구: 중소기업 위험관리 지향성과 사회적 자본의 조절효과를 중심으로

        The global economy has accepted the fixed low growth and economic recession since the 2008 subprime mortgage crisis as a “New Normal”. A decade later, starting with the U.S.-China trade war in 2018, Black Swan, such as the COVID-19 pandemic panic and the Russian invasion of Ukraine, added to the crisis accompanied by stagflation, signaling the opening of the “Next Normal” era. As part of the supply chain risk management strategy in response to the disruption of the global value chain (GVC), the main purpose of this study is to verify the causal relationship between the supply chain dynamic capabilities and resilience of small-medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and differently identify internal and external characteristics. The data of 244 firms collected for the first time were purified as a data cleaning process and 210 data were used for main analysis. In order to minimize data bias, hierarchical linear regression analysis was performed while the supply chain location (dummy) and firm size were controlled to verify the hypothesis. Accordingly, specific research results are as follows. First, Supply chain dynamic capability, which integrates sub-elements composed of sensing, learning, integration, and coordination capabilities into second-order latent variable in the formative dimension, had a significant effect on the supply chain resilience. Second, among the risk management orientation variables as internal organizational characteristics, top management support and human resource management had significant moderating effects to improve supply chain resilience, However, the risk management culture had no significant effect. Third, among the social capital as a external cooperative characteristics, cognitive capital and structural capital had significant moderating effects. On the other hand, relational capital was not statistically significant. This study is significant in that it provides practical clues to support working-level decision-making necessary for the supply chain risk management of SMEs. In order to respond quickly and flexibly to disruptive events, SMEs need to strengthen education and training of the employees and support from CEOs in the short term. At the same time, it is necessary to build robust cooperation networks with firms which have similar value systems as a cognitive capital. In the long term perspective, it is necessary to form a risk-sensitive organizational culture and to form a trust-based long-term partnership between supply chain participants. On the other hand, SMEs should consider investing in digitalization to improve visibility and resilience against various risks arising from the supply chain. Furthermore, considering the limitations of human and financial resources, efforts should be made to understand the conflicting relationship (trade-off) between efficiency and redundancy of resource operations and to make optimal decisions balanced between the two capabilities according to dynamic market conditions.

        The objectives of this study was to examine the trends of research on service management in Korea. For this purpose, the Journal of Korea Service Management Society, the representative service journal in Korea, was analyzed in the bibliometic method. The total 608 journal papers published from the first issue of 2000 to the ending issue of 2014 were used for the bibliometric analyses on authors, research subjects, and service industries. Some meaningful results were identified. The results showed the trends on research on service management, and further guide the research areas.

        린 혁신 구성요소가 조직구성원의 창의성에 미치는 영향 : 노동유연성의 매개효과를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 운영적 관점에서 현장에서 활용되는 린 혁신 구성요소를‘Lean Thinking’을 기반으로 하여‘낭비제거’,‘흐름생산’,‘풀 생산’,‘종업원 참여’, 품질관점의‘완벽성 추구’와 같이 5가지로 분류하고, 노동유연성을 매개로 하여 창의성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 제조기업의 현장작업자를 대상으로 온․오프라인 설문을 실시하였으며, 153부를 최종적으로 연구에 활용하여 신뢰성 및 타당성 분석, 경로분석, 부트스트랩핑(bootstrapping)과 소벨테스트(sobel test)를 활용한 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 린 혁신 구성요소 중 종업원참여가 창의성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 흐름생산과 종업원참여가 노동유연성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 노동유연성이 창의성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 한편, 매개분석의 결과는 첫째, 종업원 참여와 창의성의 관계에서 노동유연성이 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 흐름생산과 창의성의 관계에서는 노동유연성이 완전매개효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과는 흐름생산과 종업원참여활동이 노동유연성을 통한 창의적 문제해결능력을 창출하는데 기여한다는 점에서 중요성이 부각되어야 한다는 점을 시사한다. This study was conducted to with an aim to empirically analyze the impact of Lean Production system widely used in sites on the labor flexibility and creativity of the members of organizations from the operation perspective with focus on the employees of manufacturers in Korea, after categorizing the components of Lean Production system into‘waste elimination’,‘flow production’,‘pull production’,‘the participation of employees’and ‘the pursuit of perfection’based upon quality improvement on the basis of the results of the studies in the past. The results suggested the participation of employees and flow production has a significant effect on labor flexibility and creativity, indicating the partial mediation effect of the participation of employees. Furthermore the results also suggested the flexible facility arrangement such as flow production improves the labor flexibility of employees and the participation of employees through multi-functional technician education and training programs and a variety of suggestion system resolves problems in a creative manner and generates improved business performance, manifesting the importance of the participation of employees.
