        골프연습장의 서비스품질, 고객만족, 충성도 및 재방문의도간의 관계

        The objective of this study is to provide basic data for efficient marketing so as to increase customers of golf course to be managed later by verifying the model of relation among service quality of customers using golf course, CS, loyalty and intent to revisit. The customers using golf course in 2011 were taken as population. The question papers were collected from 300 users of golf courses located at 3 places in Seoul and 3 places in Gyeonggi-do and 282 sets of data were used for actual analysis. For analysis, exploratory factor analysis(EFA) was done by using SPSS 18.0 Window Version and AMOS 18.0 was utilized to verify the aptitude and individual hypothesis through confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) and Structural Equation Model(SEM). The result is as follows. First, the CS of customers using golf course is affected by service quality. Second, loyalty is affected by CS. Third, intent to revisit is affected by CS. Finally, intent to revisit is affected by loyalty.

        ‘인간-AI’의 협력학습 환경에서 대화 생성형 AI의 역할과 대학생 경험 분석

        이 연구의 목적은 인간과 AI의 협력학습 환경에서 생성형 AI의 역할을 탐색하고 인간과 AI간의 관계를 확인함과 동시에, 이 두 주체(인간, AI)의 관계에서 인간의 경험을 분석하여, 향후 고등교육기관에서 생성형 AI를 활용한 교수학습 상황에 대한 적절한 지원 체계를 구축하기 위한 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 11명의 대학생을 대상으로 대화 생성형 AI 활용이 허용된 팀기반 문제해결 활동을 수행하게 하였고, 이들이 작성하여 제출한 사전검사, 팀활동 수행내용이 담긴 팀활동 보고서, 사후검사의 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 협력학습에서 대화 생성형 AI의 역할은 ‘아이디어 브레인 스토밍’, ‘사고의 체계화’, ‘팀원 간의 효과적인 의견 통합’, ‘팀의 의견을 담은 글의 초고 작성, 수정 및 검토’인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 협력학습에서 대화 생성형 AI를 활용한 학생들의 경험은 복합적이고 상반된 입장이 공존하는 양상을 나타냈다. 구체적으로, 생성형 AI에 대한 학생들의 느낌은 크게 ‘긍정 느낌’과 ‘우려’로 나뉘었고, 생각과 주장을 담은 글쓰기에 대한 생성형 AI를 활용하는 것에 대해서는 긍정과 부정 의견이 공존하였다. 그러나 교육적 유용성에 대해서는 모두 긍정의견 제시하였으며, 교육적으로 활용되기 위해 우선 고려할 점으 로, i)사용자의 활용역량 강화, ii)보조 도구로서의 활용 범위 규정, iii)생성형 AI 자체의 기술적 결함 보완을 제안하였다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 기반으로 논의와 시사점이 제시되었다. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of generative artificial intelligence in collaborative learning environments between humans and AI, to examine the relationship between humans and artificial intelligence, and to analyze human experiences within this relationship. The goal is to provide implications for the construction of an appropriate support system for the use of generative AI in teaching and learning situations at higher education institutions in the future. To achieve this aim, the study involved 11 university students in team-based problem-solving activities that allowed the use of conversational generative AI. The study analyzed the results of pre-tests, team activity reports that included the content of the team activities, and post-tests submitted by these students. The findings are as follows: First, in collaborative learning, the role of conversational generative AI was identified as 'idea brainstorming,' 'structuring of thoughts,' 'effective integration of opinions among team members,' and 'drafting, revising, and reviewing the team's opinionated writings.' Second, the experiences of students using conversational generative AI in collaborative learning showed a complex and coexisting pattern of contrasting positions. Specifically, students' feelings towards generative AI were divided into 'positive feelings' and 'concerns,' and there were coexisting positive and negative opinions regarding its use for writing essays containing thoughts and arguments. However, all participants expressed positive opinions about its educational utility, and suggested focusing on enhancing user competency, defining the scope of its use as a supportive tool, and addressing technical flaws of generative AI itself as priorities for educational use. Based on these findings, discussions and implications were presented.

        유아교육에서 ‘디지털 놀이’에 대한 국내 연구 동향: 체계적 문헌 분석 및 키워드 네트워크 분석

        본 연구는 국가 주도의 교육정책 변화와 기술 변화에 따라 유아교육에서 디지털 놀이에 대한 국내 연구 동향을 분석하여 디지털 놀이의 정체성을 확보하고 바람직한 방향으로 실행되는데 필요한 시사점을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 1990년 1월부터 2023년 8월까지의 등재지 및 등재후보지에 게재된 학술지 논문 240편을 대상으로 유아교육 분야에 있어서 디지털 놀이의 전반적 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 출판연도 및 학술지, 연구 대상(일반유아, 다문화유아, 특수유아), 연구유형(탐색 연구, 설계개발 연구, 실험 연구, 경험적 연구), 6개의 범주로 구분된 도구 유형, 효과성 등의 기준을 설정하고 PRISMA 기반의 체계적 문헌 분석을 하였다. 또한 디지털 놀이에 활용된 도구와 그 효과에 대하여 Gephi 0.10을 사용하여 키워드 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 체계적 문헌 분석 결과, 디지털 놀이와 관련된 연구들은 2015년에 가장 많이 출판되었으며, 어린이미디어연구, 일반 유아 대상, 효과성을 검증한 실험연구, 정보전달 도구로 디지털 미디어를 주로 활용하며, 키워드 네트워크 분석 결과 디지털 놀이는 유아의 언어 발달에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 지난 30여 년간 유아교육 연구자들이 집요하게 밝혀내 왔던 의미있는 성과들이 향후 유아의 디지털 놀이와 관련된 연구의 기초 자료로 사용되고, 더 나아가 교육 현장에 적극적으로 활용될 수 있도록 다양한 사례와 방법론을 제시하는 실천적 연구 방향을 제시하였다는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze domestic research trends on digital play in early childhood education and derive implications necessary to explore the identity of digital play and implement it in a desirable direction. To this end, the overall research trends in digital play in the field of early childhood education were analyzed targeting 240 academic journal papers published in peer-reviewed journals from January 1990 to August 2023. Criteria such as publication year and academic journal, participants, research type, type of tool divided into six categories, and effectiveness. and conducted a systematic literature analysis based on PRISMA. In addition, keyword network analysis was performed using Gephi 0.10 on tools used in digital play and their effects. As a result of a systematic literature analysis, the most studies related to digital play were published in 2015, Journal of Children's Media and Education, preschool children without disabilities, experimental studies that verified effectiveness, and digital media as an information delivery tool. Keyword network analysis results digital play was found to have the greatest impact on children's language development. The significance of this study is that meaningful achievements that early childhood education researchers have persistently revealed over the past 30 years are used as basic data for future research related to digital play of young children, and furthermore, it suggests practical research directions that present various cases and methodologies so that they can be actively used in the educational field.

        골프지도자의 지도기술 전문성이 지도자 신뢰와 선수만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between golf instructors’ expertise in instructional techniques, trust in instructor and player satisfaction as perceived by university golf players, and to verify the mediating effect of trust in instructor in relation to golf instructors’ expertise in instructional techniques influencing players’ satisfaction. To this end, convenience sampling method was used to select research subjects among golf players belonging to G university in Gangwon–do province. The results of this study are as follows: First, it was found that the golf instructors’ expertise in instructional techniques influences the sub-factors of trust in instructor such as sincerity, competence, altruism, and coherence. Second, it was found that the golf instructors’ expertise in instructional techniques influences the sub-factors of golf players’ satisfaction such as training environment, learning outcome, and training instruction. Third, it was found that the sincerity and coherence factors of trust in instructor affect the training environment factor of player satisfaction, whereas the competence and altruism factors do not affect the training environment factor. Results also showed that the sincerity and competence factors affect the learning outcome factor of player satisfaction, while the altruism and coherence factors do not affect the learning outcome factor. It was also found that the sincerity, competence and altruism factors affect the training instruction factor of player satisfaction, while the coherence factor has no effect on the learning outcome factor. Fourth, the study results indicated that trust in instructor has a mediating effect in the relationship of golf instructors’ expertise in instructional techniques influencing golf players’ satisfaction.

        복합전치사 ‘除(了)’의 문법화 연구

        This study set out to examine the syntactic characteristics and semantic functions of “Chule(除了)” in Mandarin and investigate the grammaticalization, mechanism, and path of prepositions “Chu(除)” and “Chule(除了)” through the total inspection of “Chu(除)” and “Chule(除了)” in 11 types of documents from Han(漢) Dynasty to Qing(清) Dynasty. The findings of the research were as follows: First, “Chu(除)/Chule(除了)”, which used to serve as a verb in the early days, formed a structure of “S+V除+O1+V2+O2”. It is an important syntactic frame for the grammaticalization of “Chu(除)/Chule(除了)” into a preposition. As for the time of their formation, “Chu(除)” and “Chu-X(除X)” took place during Han(漢) and Wei-Jin and South-North(魏晋南北朝) Dynasties, respectively. “Chu-X(除X)” appeared as “Chuqu(除去)” and “Chuque(除却)” until Song(宋) Dynasty and “Chule(除了)” after Song(宋) Dynasty. Second, there were semantic changes of the subject and object accompanied by “Chu(除)/Chule(除了)”. Since Tang(唐) Dynasty, both actors and non-actors appeared as subjects. Objects expanded from limited components to convey negative semantic colors such as “anger, disease, and worry” to general components with no restriction of semantic colors such as “people, events, and jobs”. Third, these subject and object changes reanalyzed the “S+[V除(了)+O1]+V2+O2” structure and grammaticalized it into the structure of “S+[Pre除(了)+O1(+外)]+V+O2”. After being grammaticalized into a preposition, “Chu(除)/Chule(除了)” got to have a meaning of “except for”. It still had a semantic feature of [+disappearance] like when it was a verb, but it meant exclusion(exclude) in an abstract scope rather than extinction(elimination) in a real space. After its grammaticalization into the structure of “S+[Pre除(了)+O1(+外)]+V+O2”, its semantic focus lied in “V+O2”, a predicate of a sentence. Fourth, entering Ming(明) Dynasty, the preposition “Chu(除)/Chule(除了)” grew further grammaticalized. The meanings and functions of the preposition “Chu(除)/Chule(除了)” became more subdivided according to the type of adverb in the following clause. Finally, the preposition “Chu(除)” was accompanied by a localizer “Wai(外)” in its early days, creating an independent boundary for “Pre除+O+外” and thus distinguishing the verb “V除+O”. “Pre除+X”, on the contrary, recorded a considerably high frequency of appearance in sentences without the localizer “Wai(外)” from the beginning, which is seemingly because the “X” component functions as a boundary against “Wai(外)”.

        KLPGA 골프대회 타이틀스폰서십 활동이 브랜드인지도, 브랜드이미지 및 브랜드충성도에 미치는 영향

        This study analyzes on influence of KLPGA(Korea Ladies Professional Golfers" Association) sponsorship activity upon brand awareness, brand image, and brand loyalty based on theoretical ground of prior researches. Thus, the aim is to offer useful basic data that can be utilized as a marketing strategy for title sponsor contract to KLPGA authorities for activating KLPGA(Korea Ladies Professional Golfers" Association). It selected 280 galleries, who directly visited Sky 72 Golf Club for watching a game of "KB Financing STAR Championship Golf Tournament," as the final significant sample, and carried out frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS 18.0 Window Version. As a result, first, the communication and the event contribution out of title sponsor activity were indicated to have significant influence upon brand awareness. However, image improvement was indicated not to have significant influence. Second, the communication and the event contribution out of title sponsor activity were indicated to have significant influence upon brand image. However, image improvement was indicated not to have significant influence. Third, the image improvement and the event contribution out of title sponsor activity were indicated to have significant influence upon brand loyalty. However, communication was indicated not to have significant influence.
