중국 프랜차이즈 시스템에서 가맹본부의 가부장적 리더십이 사회적 자본과 가맹점 성과에 미치는 영향

프랜차이즈 시스템은 법률적으로는 독립적 주체이지만 경제적으로는 상호 의존성이 높으며 고객관점에서 볼 때 상호 구별이 힘든 성격을 가지고 있다. 조직 측면에서 볼 때는 다원성이 존재하기 때문에 프랜차이즈 가맹본부와 가맹점 간 관계성과 창출을 위해서 긴밀한 협력의 필요성이 요구된다. 하지만 현실적으로 프랜차이즈 가맹본부와 가맹점 간에는 힘의 불균형이 존재하고 힘의 불균형은 갈등, 협력과 의사소통, 신뢰 및 거래안전성 저해로 이어지며 궁극적으로 성과 감소의 요인이 되고 있다. 따라서 프랜차이즈 가맹본부와 가맹점 간 관계성과 창출을 위해 신뢰, 협력, 규범과 같은 사회적 자본의 축적이 중요하며 유통경로 간 힘의 불균형 하에서 사회적 자본 축적에 필요한 경로 간 리더십이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서 중국 내 프랜차이즈 시장에서 가맹본부의 가부장적 리더십이 사회적 자본과 가맹점 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 가부장적 리더십은 권위성, 자비로움, 도덕성으로 규명하였으며, 가부장적 리더십은 사회적 자본의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 세웠다. 아울러 사회적 자본은 가맹본부와 가맹점 간 장기지향성과 사업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 수립하였다. 이를 위해 중국 내 프랜차이즈 기업 200개를 대상으로 설문결과, 가부장적 리더십은 사회적 자본에, 사회적 자본은 장기지향성과 사업성과에 각각 제한적 영향력을 미치는 것으로 연구되어 결론 및 시사점 부분에서 연구의 결과를 설명하고 본 연구의 시사점을 제시하였다. The franchise system is an independent subject in law but it is economically interdependent and has a difficult personality to distinguish from customer perspective. Since there is pluralism in terms of organization, it is necessary to cooperate closely to create the relationship between franchise headquarters and franchisees. However in reality there is an imbalance of power between franchise headquarters and franchisees and the imbalance of power leads to conflict, cooperation and communication, trust and transaction safety and ultimately it is a factor of performance reduction. Therefore it is important to accumulate social capital such as trust, cooperation and norms in order to create relationship and creation between franchise headquarters and franchisees. Under the imbalance of power between distribution channels, leadership between routes is required to accumulate social capital. In this study the influence of patriarchal leadership of franchise headquarters on social capital and franchise performance in the franchise market in China was empirically analyzed. The patriarchal leadership was identified by authoritarianism, compassion and morality and the hypothesis that patriarchal leadership would affect social capital was established. In addition the hypothesis that social capital will affect long-term orientation and business performance between franchise headquarters and franchisees was established. For this purpose the survey of 200 franchise companies in China showed that patriarchal leadership had a limited influence on social capital and social capital had a limited influence on long-term orientation and business performance, respectively, explaining the results of the study in conclusion and implications and suggesting implications of this study.

In dieser Arbeit geht es um die kritischen Uberlegungen zur Methodik, wie die Korpora fur den DaF-Unterricht effizienter nutzbar gemacht werden konnen. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit liegt hauptsachlich darin, das heuristische Sprachlernen durch die Anwendung authentischer Daten im DaF-Unterricht zu fordern. Im einzelnen werden dazu die verschiedenen Typen der Daten aus dem Korpus dargestellt und im Hinblick auf die didaktische Nutzbarkeit diskutiert. Die Korpora, in den sich der authentische Gebrauch der Sprache spiegelt, lassen sich nicht nur fur rein linguistische Untersuchungen, sondern auch fur praktische Anwendungen, vor allem fur das heuristische Sprachlernen, gebrauchen. Es gibt jedoch einige Schwierigkeiten bei der didaktischen Anwendung der Korpusdaten. Einersets wurden die meisten Korpora hauptsachlich zu linguistischen Zwecken konstruiert. Daher enthalten sie viele Worter und Phrasen, die fur die meisten Sprachlerner, sogar fur Fortgeschrittene nicht leicht zu verstehen sind. In diesem Sinne scheint es erforderlich zu sein, die speziell fur Sprachlerner konzipierte Korpora zu konstruieren oder eigene Korpora, sozusagen DIY-Korpus, zu erstellen. Andererseits muss man die Kompetenz erwerben, wie man die Korpora richtig recherchiert und die Daten interpretiert. Dazu muss ein entsprechender Kurs angeboten werden, in dem die Sprachlerner sich die Methodik der linguistischen Datenverarbeitung aneignen, damit sie mit den authentischen Daten aus dem Korpus autonom umgehen konnen.
독일어 읽기 텍스트의 난이도 측정 연구 -통사적 층위의 복잡도를 중심으로

In dieser Arbeit wird beschrieben, wie die syntaktische Komplexitat von Lesetexten automatisch zu analysieren ist. Als Training-Korpus wurden 156 Texte gesammelt, die aus den verschiedenen deutschen Prufungen Start Deutsch, Fit in Deutsch, Zertifikat Deutsch und den Lehrbuchern fur die Prufungsvorbereitung stammen. Danach wurden diese Texte mit dem Stanford Parser syntaktisch analysiert. Die Ergebnisse wurden vom Verfasser manuell korrigiert und mit dem Tregex statistisch analysiert. Um die syntaktische Komplexitat jedes Textes zu messen, wurden die 14 syntaktische Maßstaben von Lu(2010) getestet. Statistisch wird bewiesen, dass nur vier Maßstabe, d.h. CN/T, DC/T, MLS, MLT, relevant sind. Und ansschließend wurde eine Formel aufgestellt, mit der das syntaktische Niveau von Texten gemessen werden kann.

The purpose of this study was to define the influence of professional baseball team and player image on team identification and loyalty. This study focused on spectators who seeing Professional Baseball regular season, and 463 subjects were extracted by Convenient sampling method. The data was analysed by using SPSS 14.0 version. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, simple regression and standard multiple regression were conducted. The results were as follows; First, team image has positive influence on team identification. Second, player image has positive influence on team identification. Third, team image has positive influence on team loyalty. Forth, player image has positive influence on team loyalty. Fifth, team identification has positive influence on team loyalty.
