      • 웨딩 산업체 특성이 개별 고객 마음 충성도에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of the store characteristics of a wedding enterprise on the loyalty of individual customers. By identifying the loyalty perceived by consumers, an efficient management strategy for the wedding industry was presented, and the basis for establishing an empirical strategy for forming customer loyalty. We want to provide data. First, as a result of examining the effect of the store characteristics of wedding enterprises on the loyalty of individual customers, it was found that physical characteristics, environmental characteristics, and technical characteristics had a statistically significant positive effect on loyalty. Therefore, it can be seen that physical characteristics, environmental characteristics, and technical characteristics are important factors among the sub-factors of store characteristics in the loyalty of individual customers of wedding companies. Second, as a result of examining the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty, it was found that store satisfaction and product satisfaction had a statistically significant positive effect on loyalty. Therefore, it can be seen that product satisfaction and store satisfaction are important factors for each sub-factor of customer satisfaction in customer loyalty of wedding companies. It will be helpful for the effectiveness of empirical marketing strategies that evaluate the characteristics that customers value by wedding details and utilize the characteristics that are decisive for customer loyalty.

        웨딩업체 선택특성이 고객만족과 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 웨딩업체 선택특성이 고객만족도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 웨딩업체 선택특성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 웨딩업체 선택특성 은 고객만족에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 웨딩업체 선택특성은 행동 의도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 추천의도와 재이용의도에 있어 웨딩업체 업무 서비스 특성, 사업경영 특성, 물리적 특성, 대표자 특성, 관계 특성이 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미 치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 고객만족이 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 추천 의도와 재이용의도에 있어 고객이 인지하는 고객만족이 행동의도에 유의미한 긍정적 영 향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 고객의 정보를 일반화하기보다 다양한 개별성을 고려한 개별적 고객맞춤 특화 한 조화로운 사업전략이 필요하며, 고객의 정보시스템을 다각도에서 분석하여 고객만족 이 최우선이 될 수 있도록 고객접전 서비스를 강화한 전방위적인 사업전략을 모색하여야 한다. The study was based on 283 cases of wedding service clients who have visited office to get service or have received service. The purpose of the study is to understand what factors of wedding service affect the client satisfaction and their choice. Below is the result of the research. First, the selected features bring positive effects on the client satisfaction. Second, the wedding service’s business management, location, representatives, and relationships with clients have positive correlation with whether the client will use the service again or recommend it. Third, the client’s awareness of their own satisfaction brings positive impact on their decisions to use the service again or recommend it. It is needed to understand the changing trend in client’s needs and each client’s individual values to provide them the best service.

      • 미용사의 작업환경과 관련한 직업성 질환 연구

        This research investigates the health condition of hairdressers caused by their occupation and the occupational diseases caused by work environment. The study also analyzes the factors on the causes of occupational diseases and their relationships on prevention of the occupational diseases and management of their health. The most frequent body posture made at work and the posture that causes exhaustion are to stand. To shampoo and to cut are the next most frequent body postures which are made and cause exhaustion. In the study, work environment is found to have relation with skin disease and multiple muscle and bone diseases. Consistent observations to investigate risk factors through systems to administer the health of hairdressers are necessary to ease the work environment. The research is done based on participating hairdressers in the metropolitan areas, so it is difficult to generalize the findings. Further research needs to be taken on subjects in many other areas. Also, other occupational diseases which are not investigated in this research need to be examined through multiple other studies. Moreover, another research should be done based on accurate medical diagnostic reports rather than solely based on medical treatment experience of hairdressers.

      • 웨딩업체 점포특성이 고객 만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of store characteristics of wedding enterprises on customer satisfaction, and the final 302 questionnaires were analyzed for customers who visited or received wedding services in Seoul and the metropolitan area. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for wedding service quality selection criteria and marketing strategies by understanding the satisfaction perceived by consumers. The research results are as follows. As a result of examining the effect of store characteristics of wedding enterprises on customer satisfaction, it was found that physical characteristics and technical characteristics had a statistically significant positive effect on product satisfaction, and technical characteristics, physical characteristics, and environmental characteristics on store satisfaction. This was found to have a statistically significant positive effect. Therefore, it can be seen that physical characteristics and technical characteristics of each sub-factor of store characteristics are important factors for product satisfaction of wedding companies, and technical characteristics, physical characteristics, and environmental characteristics of each sub-factor of store characteristics are important factors for store satisfaction of wedding companies. Detailed marketing strategies considering the characteristics of each company's products and immediate marketing should be effectively applied to various social environment changes and wedding trends.

        This study is to analyze data for the small wedding policy of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and to assess the idea of small wedding in society. First, small weddings take place in locations other than wedding halls. It supports diversity and uniqueness that represent the young generation’s free lifestyles. It reflects individuals’ tendency to pursue their values. Second, small weddings consist of families and acquaintances. Inviting as small number as possible is the new wedding culture. Third, the wedding process is as minimal as possible to avoid any unnecessary formalities that people used to pursue in the past. Fourth, couples are the active participants and planners of their weddings. Small wedding is more economical and practical it promotes individuality and diversity.

        IPA기법을 활용한 예식장선택속성의 중요도와 만족도에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 급변하는 웨딩문화와 웨딩서비스산업의 환경변화로 인하여 소비자가 선택 한 예식장 선택속성에 대한 본 연구의 필요성이 제기되며, 실증분석은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소비자는 대표자에 대한 신뢰, 대중교통 이용의 편의성, 친근한 서비스, 그리고 분쟁의 신속한 해결에 따라 서비스를 중요하다고 인지하였다. 둘째, 소비자는 대표자의 명성과 최첨단 기술의 사용, 친절한 서비스, 그리고 애프터서 비스를 만족하였다. 셋째, 소비자가 선택하는 웨딩업체 선택속성에서 중요도와 만족도는 대표자의 리더십, 교육/업무 경험, 수상/인정, 마케팅 능력 및 네트워크를 포함한다. 또한 서비스 위치, 가 격, 브랜드 인지도가 만족도보다 상대적으로 중요하다고 생각하였다. 따라서 웨딩시장은 트렌드 변화가 유동적이기 때문에 환경변화를 빨리 인지하고 고객 의 니즈와 부합된 실질적 마케팅 전략 활용이 중요하다. This study suggests the necessity of this study on the selected nature of wedding hall selection by consumers due to the rapidly changing wedding culture and the changing environment of the wedding service industry, and the demonstration analysis is as follows. First, clients tend to choose service depending on trust in the planner, convenience in using public transportation, friendly service, and speedy resolution of conflicts. Second, clients have tendency to choose service based on the planner's popularity, their usage of cutting-edge technologies, friendly service, and after service. Third, other factors include the planner's leadership, education/work experiences, award/recognition, marketing ability, and network. Also, the service location, price, and brand awareness are important. Practical and specific market strategies are significant to attract/respond to clients' trendy, fast-changing demands. Therefore, since the wedding market is flexible, it is important to recognize changes in the environment quickly and to utilize actual marketing strategies that match the customer's needs.

      • 포스트모던 페미니즘에 표현된 헤어디자인 염색 연구

        This study examines the theory of feminism and postmodern feminism, and analyzes how postmodern feminism is expressed in modern hairstyles. The results are as follows. First, in feminism, the factors that change hairstyles in the current era are in various social phenomena, and the biggest factor that can change women's clothes or hairstyles is the change in women's consciousness. It can be understood that feminism, which demands women's freedom and rights as human beings, originally started from the gender equality movement and aims to counter stereotypes about women that have been formed by male-dominated societies and to establish women's subjectivity. Second, postmodernism visually shares with feminism in that it turns its attention to the suppressed culture that does not become mainstream culture, such as third country's cultural style, resistance culture, and others, and is reborn as a new idea called postmodern feminism. The characteristics of postmodern feminism hair design can be seen as a social and cultural formation, not the essence of femininity, and the cultural value norms can be understood. Third, postmodern feminism hair style is not a dichotomous style of men and women, but humane and free from stereotypes. It is expressed in retro style, grunge look, cross over look, duo color, and contrast coloring, and various dyeing and lightening were used. Fourth, looking at the postmodern feminism expressed in the hair design, it is expressed in a neutral style excluding the characteristics of dark or dark hair, straight hair, voluminous hair, and formalized short hair. Soft C-curls, short, dark colors, and bright colors are mixed, and the difference in hair length and changes in hair color using atypical asymmetry were intended to express an integrated image of women and men.

        미용서비스업 종사원의 현 재교육과 요구되는 재교육의 인식차이에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 미용서비스업 종사원들의 현 재교육 실태와 요구되는 재교육 프로그램에 대한 인식과 그 차이를 실증적으로 분석하여 고객에 대한 신뢰와 효율적인 경영관리와 마케팅 전략수립에 활용될 수 있도록 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 현 미용 재교육의 실태는 교육기관의 확대로 미용인을 위한 교육 참여 기회가 확대되었으나, 업무과다로 인한 시간부족이나 경영자들의 교육에 대한 인식과 태도부족과 인력부족으로 인하여 교육에 참여하고자하나 현실적으로 어려운 점이 대두되었다. 요구되는 재교육 참여횟수가 높게 나타남으로써 탄력적 근무시간조절이나 교육 참여시간을 근무시간으로 배려하여 보다 질 높은 교육이 이루어질 수 있도록 행․재정적 지원이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 경영자들은 열악한 근로여건을 현실적으로 인식하여 현 교육여건 개선을 위한 지원이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 교육비에 대한 재정부담은 우수한 인력확보와 직무제고를 위해 오래 근속하거나 성실한 미용인 대상으로 교육비 지원이나 교육 참여 기회 등 다각적으로 고려할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of employee in beauty industry about the state of current retraining and required retraining programs and any possible differences among their views in a bid to provide information on how to boost customer confidence and the efficiency of management and marketing strategies. As for the status of existing retraining, employee had a lot of chances to receive education in the beauty industry thanks to an increase in the number of educational institutions, and they were willing to receive education. In fact, however, it was not easy for them to do that due to heavy workload, ensuing time constraints, managers' poor awareness of education and a shortage of human resources. They asked for more frequent retraining, and administrative and financial aid should be provided for them to benefit from quality education. For instance, working hours should be regulated in a flexible manner, or the hours of receiving education should be regarded as part of working hours. Managers should pay more attention to their harsh working conditions and try to improve the given educational conditions. In terms of educational cost, it's needed to take considerations on a supply of financial aid from diverse angles to secure excellent manpower and bolster their job performance. For example, employees who work for a long time or who are considered faithful could be given financial aid to receive education or given more opportunities for that.

      • 국내 작은 결혼식의 다양성에 관한 고찰 연구

        This study is to examine the diverse characteristics of small weddings. The concept of small wedding arose to defy the South Korea’s impractical and costly wedding culture. First, there is the small nature of the ceremony. Secondly, there is the simplification nature of the procedure. Thirdly, there is the diversity of places. Fourth, there is a diversity of forms that do not have a fixed format. Fifth, there is a variety of recommended concepts. Sixth, there is the autonomy of time. In addition, there is diversity in the subjective sense leading the ceremony. The small wedding allows couples to compare different wedding themes with a small group of guests at a smaller cost. More people would consider small weddings if they continue to support people’s individuality and diversity. With more support to promote small weddings, it’ll continue to grow, and more people can design their weddings based on their values.
