        임파워먼트 긍정심리 프로그램이 가출청소년의 우울, 낙관성, 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 효과

        This study is intended to development a group counselingprogram based on positive psychology in order to increase theempowerment of runaway adolescents, and to verify itseffectiveness. The program was conducted by two project groupswilling to participate in the program. The experimental groupwas requested to take the positive psychological program, whichis developed by the researcher, for 10 times–0hours(2 hours perweek). The research designs used for this study were '2×2 OneBetween-One Within Subjects Mixed Designs' in which abefore-examination and an after-examination of each group arecontrolled. To verify the effectiveness of the program, this studyhas measured the influence of the positive psychotherapyprogram on increasing the empowerment of the runawayadolescents, and also on their depression, optimism, andpsychological well-being. The results are summed up as follows. First, depression were significant difference between therapy group and waiting-list control group. First, depression weresignificant difference between therapy group and waiting-listcontrol group. Second, Optimism were significant differencebetween therapy group and waiting-list control group. Third,Psychological Well-being were significant difference betweentherapy group and waiting-list control group. At last, theimplication and the limitations of this study, and the suggestionsfor future study were also discussed.

        한국장애인고용공단 원스톱 문화 체제의 발달장애인 직업훈련 중심 평생교육 운영 요구 탐색: 외부 유관 전문가를 중심으로

        이 연구는 한국장애인고용공단 주도의 원스톱 문화 체제를 통한 발달장애인의 직업훈련 중심 평생교육 운영에 대한 요구를 탐색하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법은 한국장애인고용공단에서 실시한 연수 과정에 참여한 경험을 가진 유관 분야의 전문가들을 대상으로 FGI를 사용한 절차로 구성되었다. 참여자들은 평소 발달장애인 평생교육센터, 전공과, 대학, 장애인복지관에서 발달장애인의 직업훈련을 담당해 오면서 평생교육의 관점이나 고용 서비스의 수준과의 연계가 활성화되지 못하는 제한점에 대해 문제 인식을 형성해 온 것으로 확인할 수 있었다. 연구 내용은 외부 유관 전문가가 한국장애인고용공단 원스톱 문화 체제의 발달장애인 직업훈련 중심 평생교육 운영에 대해 요구하는 결과가 제시되었으며, 조직적 차원, 교육과정 차원, 전문인력의 자격 차원의 총 세 가지 범주에서 최종 분석되었다. 조직적 차원에서는 평생교육기관으로의 재구조화, 고용서비스 성과와 연계된 직업훈련 업무 효율화, 동등한 존중과 배려로 결성된 협의체 구성이 요구되었다. 교육과정 차원에서는 평생교육 교육과정의 중점 영역 및 수준 확립, 평생교육 및 고용서비스 간 순환 모델 운영, 개별화 원스톱 재활 및 고용 계획 로드맵 구성이 요구되었다. 전문인력 자격의 차원에서는 국가적 차원의 공식적 전문가 연수기관으로의 지정, 발달장애인 평생교육 전문인력 자격으로의 융합, 유관기관별 전문가 자격 간 교류 활성화가 요구되었다. 연구 결과, 한국장애인고용공단과 다른 유관기관들이 상호 협력하여 발달장애인의 직업훈련 중심 평생교육에 대한 공동 성과를 달성해 나갈 수 있는 방향성이 제고될 수 있었다. 최종적으로, 한국장애인고용공단의 발달장애인을 위한 직업훈련 중심 평생교육 운영에 대한 원스톱 문화 체제와 리더십은 상생과 협력 차원에서 고도화될 수 있는 현실적 방안으로 역시 결론지을 수 있었다.

        덕성여자대학교 비교과교육과정 성과분석 고도화 근거기반 실제(evidence-based practices) 융합 쟁점

        본 연구는 덕성여자대학교 비교과교육과정의 성과분석 고도화를 위한 근거기반 실제를 융합적으로 탐색하는데 목적을 두어 실시되었다. 연구 방법은 교육학 분야에서 대학의 비교과교육과정에 대한 성과분석을 다룬 선행연구를 분석하는 절차와 함께 전문가 회의 절차로 구성되었다. 연구 내용은 덕성여자대학교에서 비교과통합관리센터 조직 신설 이후 비교과교육과정의 성과분석 고도화를 위하여 근거기반되어야 할 실제를 몇 가지로 제시하는 것으로 구성되었다. 그리고 그 실제로는 비교과 맞춤형 학습역량 진단 도구 개발 및 진단 분석, 데이터 기반의 다차원적 분석(IR 시스템), 비교과 인증을 통한 상시 모니터링 분석, 부수적 환류도구 기반 분석이 융합적 관점과 맥락에서 제시되었다. 연구 결과, 덕성여자대학교 비교과교육과정의 성과분석 고도화를 위한 근거기반 실제는 덕성여자대학교의 비교과교육과정 성과평가 및 환류 시스템의 타당성과 안정성을 담보해 주며, 타 대학의 비교과 교육 업무에 긴밀한 영향을 줄 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. This study was conducted for the purpose of convergence exploration of evidence-based practices for the advancement of performance analysis of the extracurricular activities at Duksung Women's University. The research method consisted of an expert meeting procedure along with a procedure for analyzing previous studies dealing with the performance analysis of the university's extracurricular activities in the field of pedagogy. The contents of this study consisted of presenting some facts that should be based on evidence for the advancement of performance analysis of the extracurricular activities after the establishment of the center for extracurricular activities in Duksung Women's University. And in practices, the development and diagnostic analysis of tools for diagnosing extracurricular customized learning capabilities, data-based multidimensional analysis (IR system), continuous monitoring analysis through extracurricular certification, and analysis based on feedback tools were presented in a convergence perspective and context. As a result of the study, the evidence-based practices for the advancement of the performance analysis of the extracurricular activities at Duksung Women's University guarantees the validity and stability of the performance evaluation and feedback system of the extracurricular activities at Duksung Women's University, and has a close influence on the extracurricular education work of other universities analyzed as possible.

        A Study on Strategies for Utilizing the Qualifications of Current Lifelong Educators for Customized Higher Lifelong Education for Persons with Developmental Disabilities

        The purpose of this study is to explore the cases of linkage with the qualification development path of current lifelong educators, which is a major strategy required to introduce higher lifelong education for PDDs in reality. As a research method, FGI was used by selecting experts related to higher lifelong education for PDDs as participants in terms of qualitative case studies. The contents of this study suggest the strategy of how the qualification of professional manpower, which should be accompanied by the introduction of customized higher lifelong education for PDDs, can be linked to the qualification development path of current lifelong educators. As a result of the study, it was emphasized that the qualification system of professional manpower for the introduction of customized higher lifelong education for PDDs can be mutually integrated and linked with the qualification system of current lifelong educators. In addition, as a strategy to utilize this in detail, the qualification training path, the qualification upgrade path, and the qualification completion path for the introduction of higher lifelong education for PDDs were presented. In this regard, the sub-evidences of the current lifelong educator qualification criteria, reflection of the specificity of developmental disabilities, independent living guidelines based on employment and independence linkage, systematization of field practice courses for related institutions for PDDs, supervision and management system of the National Institute for Lifelong Education (NILE), allowance of related qualifications and career, and composition of subjects for completion were suggested.

        A Study on the Operational Model for Individualized Rehabilitation Planning (IRP) through the Linkage Between Supported Employment and Customized Employment Based on Lifelong Education for Persons with Developmental Disabilities

        The purpose of this study is to establish an operational model of individualized rehabilitation planning through linkage between supported employment and customized employment based on lifelong education for persons with developmental disabilities, and to reflect the linkage between related organizations of KEAD's one-stop cultural system as the main basis for achieving the research purpose. As for the research method, two procedures were linked and organized. First, the main perspectives that should be reflected in the results of the study were composed of schematics through the collection and analysis of the previous research literature related to the subject and contents of the study. Second, participants participated in FGI by referring to some schematics completed by secondary data collection and analysis, and completed a model to be finally reflected in the results of the study. The contents of the study were presented in the order of comprehensive assessment to operate IRP through linkage between support employment and customized employment based on lifelong education for PDD, basic IRP stage before employment, employment-oriented IRP stage, employment conversion IRP stage, post-employment maintenance IRP stage, feedback and circulation within and between process-oriented stages, and comprehensive performance. In addition, a practical operation model that systematizes the research contents presented in this way is also presented. As a result of the study, IRP for PDD can be operated by linking and circulating vocational adaptive behavior centered rehabilitation, vocational training contents, form of employment service, lifelong education curriculum, related institutions and professional manpower in a long-term perspective. Furthermore, it was analyzed that KEAD's leadership and one-stop culture are essential for the implementation of IRP for PDD in terms of organizational operational strategy.

        발달장애 전공과의 평생교육기관으로의 재구조화를 위한 직업재활(재활상담) 분야의 평생교육 전문인력 자격 융합 요구 분석

        The purpose of this study is to qualitatively analyze the needs for the convergence of qualifications of lifelong education professionals in the field of vocational rehabilitation (rehabilitation counseling), which is one of the measures to be considered in order to restructure the majoring courses for students with developmental disabilities as lifelong education institutions in an organizational level. FGI was used for the research method, targeting experts in the field of vocational rehabilitation (rehabilitation counseling). The study contents and results were presented in three main aspects. First, based on the consistency of the curriculum composed by the current majoring courses for developmental disabilities with the field of vocational rehabilitation (rehabilitation counseling), the consistency between the field of vocational rehabilitation (rehabilitation counseling) and the lifelong education curriculum for IDD, the study examined whether it is reasonable for the current majoring courses for developmental disabilities to be restructured as a lifelong education institution through convergence with the qualification of lifelong education professionals in the field of vocational rehabilitation (rehabilitation counseling). Second, the plan required to train lifelong education professionals in the field of vocational rehabilitation (rehabilitation counseling) was suggested for the restructure of majoring courses for developmental disabilities into lifelong education institutions. Third, the plan required for the placement of lifelong education professionals in the field of vocational rehabilitation (rehabilitation counseling) was suggested for the restructure of majoring courses for developmental disabilities into lifelong education institutions. As a result of the study, if the majoring courses for the current developmental disability are converged with the training and placement of lifelong education professionals in the field of vocational rehabilitation (rehabilitation counseling) in order to be restructured into lifelong education institutions, the linkage and advancement of the current majoring courses curriculum into lifelong education curriculum, the qualification of coordinator type professionals through counseling-based curriculum planning, the qualification of professionals centered on curriculum operation, and the realization of standards for training lifelong education professionals through cooperation between university and major courses possible could be analyzed. In addition, it was analyzed that the lifelong education professionals manpower exchange project through linkage between majoring courses-led regional institutions can be promoted. 본 연구는 발달장애학생을 위한 전공과가 조직적인 차원에서 평생교육기관으로 재구조화되기 위하여 고려되어야 할 한 가지 방안에 해당하는 직업재활(재활상담) 분야의 평생교육 전문인력 자격 융합에 대한 요구를 질적으로 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법은 직업재활(재활상담) 분야의 전문가를 대상으로 한 FGI가 사용되었다. 연구 내용 및 결과는 크게 세 가지의 측면으로 제시되었다. 첫 번째는 현행의 발달장애 전공과가 구성하고 있는 교육과정이 직업재활(재활상담) 분야와 갖는 정합성, 직업재활(재활상담) 분야와 발달장애인 평생교육과정 간 정합성 등을 근거로 하여 현행의 발달장애 전공과과 직업재활(재활상담) 분야의 평생교육 전문인력 자격 융합을 통해 평생교육기관으로 재구조화되는 것이 타당한가를 고찰하였다. 두 번째는 발달장애 전공과의 평생교육기관으로의 재구조화를 위하여 직업재활(재활상담) 분야의 평생교육 전문인력 자격 양성에 요구되는 방안이 제시되었다. 세 번째는 발달장애 전공과의 평생교육기관으로의 재구조화를 위하여 직업재활(재활상담) 분야의 평생교육 전문인력 자격 배치에 요구되는 방안이 제시되었다. 연구 결과, 현행의 발달장애 전공과가 평생교육기관으로 재구조화되기 위하여 직업재활(재활상담) 분야의 평생교육 전문인력 자격 양성 및 배치와 융합될 경우 현행 전공과 교육과정의 평생교육과정으로의 연계 및 고도화, 상담 기반의 교육과정 기획을 통한 코디네이터 유형 전문인력 자격, 교육과정 운영 중심의 전문인력 자격, 대학-전공과 간 협력을 통한 평생교육 전문인력 자격 양성 기준의 구체화, 전공과 주도의 지역 유관기관 간 연계를 통한 평생교육 전문인력 교류 사업 등이 추진될 수 있다는 측면이 분석되었다.

        A Study on the Qualified Placement Plans of Teachers in the Majoring Courses from the Viewpoint of Adult and Continuing Education: Focusing on the Case of Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities (KEAD)

        The purpose of this study is to explore the ways in which majoring courses teachers can achieve a qualified placement for the KEAD from the perspective of adult and continuing education. The contents of the study focused on the need for teachers in majoring courses to promote interagency cooperation with KEAD to improve professional performance competencies related to vocational training for PDD, and suggested measures to be qualitatively assigned to KEAD. For the research method, FGI was used for leading teachers who are working in the majoring courses and have experience of project exchange with KEAD. Focusing on the point of view that teachers in majoring courses can develop professionalism in vocational training for PDD from the viewpoint of adult and continuing education when cooperative foundation with KEAD is involved, cooperative support type qualification placement, joint operation type qualification placement, independent link type qualification placement, and dispatch type qualification placement were composed. As a result of the study, it was possible to analyze the direction of the vocational training for PDD by cooperating with KEAD in various types based on the qualifications currently held. In addition, it was also suggested that teachers in majoring courses should acquire the same convergence qualification as lifelong education professionals centered on vocational training so that they can continue to develop professional performance competencies related to vocational training for PDD through institutional and long-term cooperation with KEAD.

        A Roadmap Design on the Integrated Function with the University-Affiliated Lifelong Education Center for the Expansion of Training Centers for Persons with Developmental Disabilities

        The purpose of this study is to design an integrated functional roadmap with the university-affiliated lifelong education center for the expansion of training centers for persons with developmental disabilities. Job experience training operated by training centers for persons with developmental disabilities is considered part of employment services, but it is very close to independent life and quality of life in the life cycle of persons with developmental disabilities who are ahead of adulthood or maintain adult life, reflecting the view that an integrated composition system can be secured with other fields such as lifelong education. As a research method for this, focus group interview was used by selecting experts working in the field of employment services and lifelong education for persons with developmental disabilities as participants. As a result of the study, in establishing an integrated functional roadmap with the university-affiliated lifelong education center for the expanded operation of the training center for persons with developmental disabilities, the dimensions of job experience training and lifelong education curriculum, including organizational administrative dimensions, were reflected as concrete implementation factors. First, the integrated functional roadmap between the two organizations based on the organizational level consisted of an integrated approach centered on the district, as well as integrated management based on the level of commissioning and joint operation. Next, the integrated functional roadmap between the two institutions based on job experience training and lifelong curriculum dimension consisted of a procedure to map lifelong curriculum and teaching and learning programs through detailed improvement and restructuring of pre and post courses centered on job experience training. As above, the mapped procedures at the level of job experience training and lifelong curriculum included the possibility that they could be approached for each life cycle of persons with developmental disabilities by being classified into primary and secondary procedures based on feedback. Finally, this study analyzed that the expansion and operation of training centers for people with developmental disabilities can be realized under conditions in which the functional meaning and values of lifelong education belonging to other fields are integrated with each other. In addition, it was suggested that a customized related institution that can specialize in lifelong education curriculum and results based on the operating system of a training center for persons with developmental disabilities among various related institutions can be a university-affiliated lifelong education center.

        A Case Study on the Restructuring of Employment Models for Persons with Developmental Disabilities: In Connection with the Perspective of Life Cycle and Lifelong Education

        The purpose of this study is to explore cases in which the employment model of persons with developmental disabilities can be restructured in connection with the perspective of life cycle and lifelong education. As the content of the study, this study basically dealt with the reconceptualization of various components (employment, employment stability, employability, supported employment, customized employment) that should be considered to restructure the employment model for PDD. Contrary to the existing trend of looking at employment for PDD only as a performance dimension of employment or vocational training for livelihood, it was intended to expand into a comprehensive career development and management plan linked to social participation and lifelong education based on adult life cycle. Accordingly, a plan was devised in which the functional meaning of employment stability and employability can be utilized by the process of interconnection and circulation in the employment model for PDD. In addition, the re-conceptualization of evidence-based, actually-established supported employment and customized employment in the field of employment for PDD was also presented as the main content of the study. The FGI procedure based on the collection and analysis of incidental data through the review of the research literature was used as the research method. As a result of the study, a roadmap model was designed and presented to implement vocational training in various linkage and circulation structures based on the level of supported and customized level in terms of school age, adulthood transition, adulthood employment, and adulthood non-employment of PDD. Through the results of this study, it was possible to examine the possibility that the employment model for PDD can be developed and implemented in various cases in terms of restructuring of cultural forms. In particular, it is analyzed that a long-term employment model and roadmap can be established according to the entire life cycle of PDD by transferring the level-based (e.g., supported level, customized level) interconnection and circulation structure through reconceptualization of the recognition and system of existing supported employment and customized employment for PDD operated in mutually separated programs.
