  First, magic straight, which was introduced in late 1990"s sucessfully improved hair styling by straightering curly hair to give a natural look and invigorating hair.<BR>  The use of magic straight will continue to increase in future because consumers from more device age groups are now using magic straight and they are more concerned with the quality of hair styling rather than the cost<BR>  Second, consumers who choose perm using heat are devided into different age groups : female consumers in 20"s prefer magic straight : comsumers in 30"s use quick setting perm : and consumers in 40"s prefer Digital perm.<BR>  Third, more female consumers tend to choose hair styles that would make them look younger for their age, while magic straight and setting perm were often used for young college students and working women in the past, more middle-aged women in 40"s are now trying magic straight and setting perm on long hair or Digital perm.

  This research aims at providing a basic reference to help understanding a wave type, based upon comparing and analyzing processing and selection of chemicals when the permanent wave is applied.<BR>  The result is to be founded a specific type of wave depending on variables such as an oxidizer and a reducer, leaving and application, and a size and waving method of base. It details as belows:<BR>  Firstly, a wave type by an oxidizer is shown more effectively in case of a bromate to medium damaged hairs and a hydrogen peroxide to low and high damaged hairs. Generally, a bromate makes a hard type, whereas a hydrogen peroxide does a soft type.<BR>  Secondly, a wave type by an intensity of a reducer is reflected more dominantly pertaining to a hard type to low damaged hairs, a normal type to medium damaged hairs and a soft type to high damaged hairs. The harder is a reducer, the clearer is formation of ridge.<BR>  Thirdly, a wave type by time of leaving and a change of application makes no difference when it is left for forty minutes or twenty minutes. Leaving forty minutes after twice application of water wrapping creates favorable results to medium damaged hairs while leaving forty minutes after twice application of solution wrapping gains an effective ridge to high damaged hairs.<BR>  Finally, in case of a wave type by a size and waving method of base, a size of base, 4cm length and 6cm height is rough on outside and loose inside, while 2cm length and 3cm height causes root wraping(from root to end of hair) to catch root strongly, whereas, hair wraping(from end of hair to root) can get more uniformed ridge.

조선시대 쪽머리의 연구 및 재현

This study is a consideration on jjokmeori(Chignon) which is the most ancient hair style for married woman among the traditional hair styles of Korean women. The historical change in its shape and position from the origin to the present is searched, and six jjokmeoris from the important points of time are reproduced to attempt the grafting of tradition and modern. In the early age of Joseon, both of jjok and binyeo were small. But, since the custom of gache(wig) started, the jjok began to be bigger. It was because the jjok was necessary to connect or support the gache. Under the rules of King Yeongjo and jeongjo, the gache was prohibited and the jjokmeori also suffered a great change. It was because the government recommended the use of jjokmeori and binyeo. During those days, the recommendation was almost coercive. In this process, the jokduri came to be in disuse because of its inconvenience and the chubjimeori instead of it was prevalent. But, it was the case of royal and noble classes.For ordinary people, the jjokmeori became common and was reckoned as a custom since the middle age of King Sunjo. Even until those days the position of jjok was rather arbitrary and gradually went down. While the ancient society fell down later, the jjok went up again to the center of back head. And it became the hair style that every woman could have regardless of her social status till now.

미용사의 이직이 고객에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

A purpose of the research can be divided into two main factors. Firstly, the research aims at identifying the correlation among three variables, customer's preference to a hairdresser and to a hairsalon, and customer's separation by hairdresser's transfer. Secondly, it will verify how hairdresser personal care services, namely relational benefit and benefits influence on customer's preference to the hairdresser and the salon respectively. Seven hyphotheses has been deduced and a survey was conducted from two hundred and fifty five customers of salons. At the result of the research, as a customer has high personal preference to hairdressers, so the extent on which customer's separation from the salon due to hairdresser's transfer is high. On the other hand, as a customer has high preference to the salon, so a customer's separation becomes low. When it comes to the influnence of both factors of preference to a hairdresser and to a salon, loyalty to a hairdresser is more stronger than to a salon. Pertaining to correlation between the relational benefits and preference to hairdresser and to salon, confidence benefit can only give a meaningful impact on preference to both factors.

경량골재의 함수상태에 따른 가압 전․후 경량골재 콘크리트의 특성에 관한 연구

The application of lightweight aggregate can be a solution for improving concrete performance. Its adoption will derive improved functions such as decrease of dead load and the improvement of insulation and sound absorption. But, according to previous studies of lightweight aggregate concrete, the structure of lightweight aggregate is a porous body so that it shows a faster and higher absorption performance than normal aggregate, and thereby it causes hardship for workability, durability, quality control and pumpability. As this study is a fundamental study for activation of lightweight aggregate concrete, the concrete has been manufactured by varying the amount of contained water in lightweight aggregate. Moreover, through concrete pressurization tests, quality of concrete are measured before and after pressurization. And consequently the following conclusions are obtained. As increasing the amount of contained water in lightweight aggregate, values of slump flow and unit weight are increased, values of air content, strength and frost resistance are decreased. As pressurization on lightweight aggregate concrete, values of slump flow and air content are decreased, values of unit weight, strength and frost resistance are increased.

MBTI를 통해 본 미용사의 성격유형에 관한 연구

  The purpose of this study was to investigate type of the hairdresser using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI). A target group sets forth one hundred thirty nine (139) hairdressers in Seoul.<BR>  In accordance with a survey done to the above group, their personality type was identified as follows:<BR>  ? Extraversion 72.2% vs. Introversion 27.3%,<BR>  ? Sensing 56.8% vs. Intuition 43.2%,<BR>  ? Feeling 66.9% vs. Thinking 33.1%, and<BR>  ? Perceiving 59% vs. Judging 41%<BR>  Assessing from the result, hairdressers" personality type showed differences from general Korean"s personality type. More specifically, they are prone to extraversion and sensing, which could be understood as their typical personality type.<BR>  Secondly hairdressers mainly demonstrated ESIP, ESFJ, ENFJ, ESFP, and ENFP in order, but INTP, INTJ, ENTJ, INFP, and INFJ were in low extent. Therefore typical characteristics of hairdressers stem from their lively, straightforward, and reality centered personality.

Falling hair proceeded by various factors such as inherited, excess secretion of a masculine hormone, excessive stress, influence imbalance, all kinds of environmental pollution, aging etc. By the way, it is recently Demodex Folliculorum is known by another causes. D. Folliculorum resolves a lipid component of sebum and hair root for secreting lipase. Damage it on a hair root for using this to nutritive substance. Also affect it to falling hair because of the secretion of D. Folliculorum and the dead meats as cause an inflammation. Therefore, use various chemical compounds a parasitic degree is falling hair than slant certain persons, and to be able to kill effectively D. Folliculorum with bases in present situation investigation regarding a lot of parasitic state of D. Folliculorum, and It will find out in this study by survival time of D. Folliculorum The solutions for experiments selected 10% Pobidone iodine, Alcohol, Shampoo, Tea tree oil with sterilizing power that used in the preceding study and Garlic, Gardenia, Pulsatilla koreana, Aroma oils of Roseumary, Lavender with sterilizing power in literature consideration. The survival times of were in the following order for the solutions applied -30`1`` for Garlic, 27`1`` for Tea trees, 15`7`` for Alcohol, and 14`5`` for Pulsatilla koreana. It turned out that 10% Poividone Iodine killed 8 out of 14 D. Folliculorum within 150 minutes, while no shampoos succeeded in killing a D. Folliculorum.

미용실의 외부서비스품질 결정요인 연구

This study is to explore the relationship of internal-external service quality in the beauty salon and further to analyze the impacts of the mediating variables such as job performance, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction coupled with the internalexternal service quality management. Results of the research is as belows: 1) Internal service quality in the service management has influence on the job performance in a positive ways 2) Job satisfaction exerts more positive effects in terms of job performance than internal service quality 3) Life satisfaction gets positive impacts by job satisfaction, job performance and internal service quality, in the particular job satisfaction is the most influential factor among them 4) External service quality is effected positively by internal service quality, job performance, and job satisfaction is highly eminent in its effect on external service quality in the beauty salon. To increase customer`s perceptions of external service quality, managers must improve the internal service quality, job performance, job satisfaction and life satisfaction perceived by employee.
