With the environmental hyper-turbulence. more strategic importance has been put on corporate restructuring. We make critical assessments about the existing literatures on the topic of corporate restructuring focused upon portfolio and /or organizational restructuring and suggest implications for related further research in this paper. At first, we classify the existing literatures on the topic of corporate restructuring into two main research streams. While the one has made effort to isolate and identify the antecedent conditions that lead to corporate restructuring, the other has focused on the impacts of corporate restructuring upon the performance. And then, we review main arguments, characteristics, and limitations of the two research streams of corporate restructuring. In conclusion, we discuss future research directions and related meaningful issues.

본 논문에서는 스마트무인기 콘솔구조의 설계개념을 소개하고, 장비의 안전성을 평가하기 위하여 충격과 진동에 대한 국방 환경시험규격을 적용하여 수치해석을 통한 주파수 응답스펙트럼을 분석하였다. 콘솔의 설계개념은 형상설계와 공학설계로 크게 분류된다. 형상설계는 콘솔의 운용성을 높이기 위한 인체공학규격을 기초로 하며, 공학설계는 충격과 진동에 대한 내구성을 높이기 위한 설계이다. 수치해석은 유한요소법을 통해 수행되었으며, 해석결과 콘솔에 설치된 6개의 탄성스프링은 충격과 진동에 대하여 충분한 감쇠를 보임이 확인되었다. This paper presents a design concept of smart UAV console system and the analysis of its dynamic response to shock and vibration. The console system design is determined by two main elements; the shape design and the mechanical design. The shape design refers to the human engineering aspects according to the military standards for ship borne equipment. The goal of the mechanical design is to provide the required shock and vibration endurance. The endurance of the system is numerically verified by means of Finite Element Method. The results of verification show that six resilient mounts installed on the console allow to sufficiently decrease the influence of the input impact wave on endurance of the system.

화훼류에서 발생하는 깍지벌레의 종을 파악하기 위해 2003년에 개나리 등 15종류의 화훼류에서 채집한 표본과 농업과학기술원에 소장하고 있는 화훼류에서 채집된 표본을 대상으로 동정한 결과, 5과 29속 45종의 깍지벌레가 확인되었다. 작물별로 조사된 깍지벌레는 개나리에서 3종, 국화에서 4종, 동백나무에서 15종, 목련에서 7종, 무궁화에서 3종, 배롱나무에서 1종, 장미에서 6종, 철쭉나무류에서 7종, 관음죽에서 2종, 벤자민고무나무에서 3종, 사철나무에서 12종, 주목에서 5종, 행운목에서 2종, 난류에서 6종 그리고 선인장류에서는 2종이 동정되었다. 한국 미기록 종으로는 동백나무에서 동백솜깍지벌레(신칭, Pulvinaria floccifera (Westwood))와 검은조개깍지벌레(신칭, Pseudaonidia paeoniae (Cockerell)), 무궁화에서 무궁화솜깍지벌레(신칭, Pulvinaria citricolar Kuwana)가 확인되었다. A total of 45 scale insects belonging to 29 genera of five families were recognized on 15 kind of flowering plants on the basis of specimens collected in 2003 and specimens deposited in the Insect Collection of NIAST in Korea. Three species were recognized on Korean forsythia, four on chrysanthemum, 15 on common camellia, seven on kobus magnolia, three on rose of sharon, one on Indian lilac, six on rose, seven on rhododendrons, two on bamboo palm, three on benjamin tree, 12 on evergreen euonymus, five on Japanese yew, two on corn plant, six on orchids and two on cacti. Pulvinaria floccifera (Westwood) and Pseudaonidia paeoniae (Cockerell) on common camellia and Pulvinaria citricolar Kuwana on rose of sharon are reported for the first time from the Korean Peninsula.
마을단위 소규모 하,폐수처리 공정의 효율적 유지관리를 위한 전문가 시스템에 관한 연구

The pilot test of a new alternative for small wastewater treatment system has been conducted for two years. It consists of a hybrid bioreactor and the expert system including the process control logic, PLC system, and HMI for the process automation. In order to monitor and remote control its status, the real-time data was transferred from the on-site control center to the central station via a wireless local area network. More efficient and stable performances were observed at automatic operating mode compared with the manual. On an average, COD, SS, T-N and T-P concentrations in the effluent from the hybrid bioreactor were less than 14, 7, 12 and 0.9 ㎎/L, respectively. According to the result from pilot tests, the quality of treated wastewater with sand filtration was enough to be utilized again.

The combination of biological and physical/chemical technologies is a promising technique to reduce highly concentrated pollutants in livestock wastewater. It is suggested to treat livestock wastewater efficiently as follows: firstly, biodegradable organic matters, nitrogen and some of phosphorus should be removed by a biological treatment process and then residual non-biodegradable organic matters, color and phosphorus be eliminated by physicochemical technologies. In this study, therefore, the integrations of chemical coagulation, activated carbon adsorption, Fenton oxidation and ozonation were evaluated to provide appropriate post-treatment processes for biologically pretreated livestock wastewater. After chemical coagulation followed by ozonation or Fenton oxidation process, the quality of treated wastewater could meet the discharge limit in Korea. However, a yellowish brown color still remained in the treated wastewater after a single method such as coagulation and Fenton oxidation was applied. The ozonation was found to be the most effective technology for the decolorization. Neither simple biological nor physicochemical treatment provides adequate decolorization and sufficient depletion of organics in livestock wastewater so far. Consequently, the integration of Fenton oxidation and ozonation with a biological treatment process is recommended to treat livestock wastewater in terms of removal efficiency.
