해양플랜트의 설계는 위험요인을 정량적 위험성평가를 통해 계량화하여 그 결과를 설계에 반영하는 것이 일반화되어 있다. 대표적인 위험요소인 화재 위험에 대해서도 이는 마찬가지다. 계량화된 화재 위험에 대해 작업자들이 탈출하는 동안 안전설비의 기능을 유지하고 발생된 화재가 더 크게 전이(escalation)되는 것을 방지하는 것이 방화대책의 궁극적인 목적이다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 방화대책인 능동방화대책과 수동방화대책의 적용사례를 살펴보고 수동방화대책의 설계기법들을 소개한다. 수동방화대책은 효과적인 방화기법이지만 초기 투자비가 많이 소요되고 운용과 유지보수에 애로사항이 크다. 따라서, 최근 들어 발주자들은 수동방화대책을 최적화하도록 해양플랜트 설계자에게 요청하는 추세이다. The dimensioning accidental loads have been selected through suitable quantitative risk assessment and generally utilized important factors for offshore facility design. The fire hazard can be quantified with dimensioning fire loads. The main purposes of fire protection are to maintain the functionality of safety systems within evacuation period and to prevent the escalation from initial fire to uncontrolled catastrophic fire. This paper introduces the applications and the design methods of active and passive fire protections as representative measures of fire protection of offshore facilities. The passive fire protection requires the high initial installation cost and much difficulty on the operation of facilities and their maintenance. The oil major clients have asked the design contractors of offshore facilities to optimize the amount of passive fire protection with relevant engineering technology recently.

‘Yi Li Kao Zheng Wen Zhang’ written by Yao Nai was told that there are far and near sources, indirect resources, and direct resources, so we should sort out the context. Before Yao Nai, it has been proposed long ago that the relationship between the three or two of them was discussed, but the expressions were differen just a little. Among them, Liu Da Kui and Dai Zhen contributed the most. Yuan Mei and Zhang Xuecheng also made their own unique contributions at the same time. The right of naming has Yao Nai but he only further elaborated the proposition of literati and scholars of previous dynasties. It can be said that he is just the name integrating person not name inventing person. We should fully affirm Yao Nai's outstanding contributions. At the same time, we should fully respect and recognize the achievements of Yao Nai's previous literati and scholars.

The paper raises some reflection of academic standard and concrete suggestions concerning the link between the ancient Chinese literature research and the contemporary Chinese society for having a better introspection on the drawback of independence within the research of ancient and modern literary history. The ancient literary studies should take active participation in the construction of contemporary society and culture to show contemporary concerns with paying close attention to the reality and morality under the precondition of sticking to the pure academic and literature standard. It’s necessary to implore the connection between the ancient Chinese literature and the contemporary society and try to make maximum use of it. The study of ancient literature, which contributes to the society, puts a high value on the interpretation of present standpoint for purpose of matching the times and solving the realistic questions. Only with the close connection with realistic social life can the ancient Chinese literature research, a learning of great vitality, come to resurgence in that it will be more valuable and vigorous when placed in thepresent. It’s our duty to learn from the ancient literature and digest for real life. What’s more, we’re supposed to learn the life wisdom and life emotional appeal of ancient Chinese scholars to build ourmind, improve cultural personality, enrich daily life and construct the harmonious society.

The environmental elements which naturally occur can result in structural damages and operating faults of vessels under the navigation and mooring. These primary factors are considered as wind, waves and tide. In order to investigate wind shielding effects with respect to wind load conditions between two ships which face the wind directly or slantingly to the wind direction, this numerical simulation was preferred in terms of the variation of wind loads according to different distances, wind velocities and wind directions between two ships. The results were proved to be quite reasonable, comparing with experimental data from Danish Maritime Institute, and the report, Environmental Conditions And Environmental Loads published by Det Norske Veritas.
온도에 따른 NEPE계 고체 추진제의 추진제 유동성 연구

Nitrate Ester Polyether(NEPE)계 추진제는 Polyethylene gylcol(PEG) 바인더와 같은 Ester계열의 추진제로, 무연 추진기관 제작에 주로 사용된다. PEG 기반의 추진제는 Hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)계열의 추진제에 비해 비교적 점도가 높아 Pot Life가 짧은 편이며, 이로 인해 공정을 단시간에 효율적으로 구성해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 PEG 기반 추진제의 공정성을 향상시키는 방법에 대해 다루었으며, PEG 바인더 기반의 추진제가 온도에 따른 점도 변화가 경화 반응에 의한 점도 상승보다 높은 것을 확인하였다. The Nitrate Ester Polyether (NEPE) type Propellant is Consisted of Ester prepolymer like polyethylene glycol(PEG) binder, which is used in the manufacture of smokeless propellant. PEG-based propellants have relatively high viscosity than the Hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) type propellants. For this reason, PEG-based propellant has short pot life. so it has to be handled with quick and efficient process. In this study, we discussed how to improve the quality of PEG-based propellant, and figured out that the viscosity of PEG-based Propellant has higher relativity to the temperature than the curing reaction.

접착 보조제 종류에 따른 고체 추진제, 라이너 그리고 내열재의 접착 특성에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 추진제/라이너/내열재 간의 가소제 또는 경화제의 이동을 막기 위하여 접착 보조제를 사용하였으며, 접착 보조제는 Isocyanate계로 구성된 것으로 사용하였다. 접착 보조제의 종류는 Isocyanate계를 사용하였으며, 한 분자 내에 Isocyanate의 개수, 분자량에 대하여 접착 특성을 확인하였다. 또한 접착 보조제를 도포한 후 가사시간에 따른 접착력을 비교한 결과, 가사시간이 짧을수록 접착력이 증가하는 것으로 확인되었다. The research on the adhesion properties of solid propellants, liners and insulation according to the types of barrier coats was conducted. A barrier coats was used to prevent migration of the plasticizer or curative between the propellant/liner/insulation, and the barrier coat was composed of Isocyanate. Barrier coats confirmed the adhesion properties for the number and molecular weight of isocyanate in one molecule. In addition, as a result of comparing the adhesion strength according to the pot life after applying the barrier coat, it was confirmed that the adhesion strength increases as the pot life is short. A sturdy was conducted to the adhesion characteristics of solid propellant, liner, and insulation by lind of barrier coats.
