조지 휫필드의 구원론에 관한 연구

본 연구는 조지 휫필드의 구원론을 살펴보고, 오늘 우리 신앙인들에게 영향을 주는 바른 지침은 무엇인지 연구하는 것이었다. 그는 칼빈 (Calvin)의 신학체계를 따랐고, 우리에게 많은 교훈을 주고 있다. 첫째, 휫필드의 기본적인 신학체계는 칼빈의 ‘제한적 속죄론’을 이어 받 았으며, 전적으로 하나님의 주권으로 구원받는다고 하였고, 그리스도인은 자신의 이성적 판단과 도덕적 행위, 자신의 진실함과 인간적 의지를 믿지 않도록 날마다 조심하고 전적으로 값없이 주시는 하나님의 은혜만을 의 지해야한다고 그는 설교했다. 둘째, 휫필드는 하나님의 선택과 예정을 인정할 수밖에 없었다고 고백 하고, 선택받은 백성과 시민은 하나님께서 성령으로 거듭나게 하신다고 하였다. 즉 우리 개인의 신앙적인 행위와 노력 및 성화의 대가로 주어지 는 것이 아니라는 것이다. 셋째, 휫필드는 우리의 신앙생활의 현실에서는 구원은 전적으로 하나님 의 의지로 되는 것이며, 그분의 선택과 예정으로 이루어진다고 말했다. 다만 구하지 않는 자에게 주어지는 것도 아니므로 성경을 통해서 신앙을 바르게 할 것을 주문하였다. 또한 하나님의 불가항력적인 은혜와 사랑이 곧 그리스도의 십자가 은혜라고 하였다. 예수님도 우리에게 말씀하시길 ‘구하라’고 분명히 말씀하셨기 때문이다. This study examines the soteriology of George Whitefield, and studies what the right guidelines are that affect us believers. He followed Calvin's theological system and teaches us many lessons. First, Whitefield's basic theological system inherited Calvin's ‘Limited Atonement Theory’. He said that he was saved entirely by the sovereignty of God. Second, Whitefield confessed that he had no choice but to acknowledge God's choice and predestination. It was said that the chosen people and citizens are regenerated by God through the Holy Spirit. In other words, it is not given as a reward for our personal religious actions, efforts, and sanctification. Third, Whitefield said that salvation in our life of faith is only through the will of God. He said that salvation comes through God's election and predestination. Therefore, he asked us to correct our faith through the Bible. He said that the grace of God is the cross of Christ. The only necessity of salvation is God alone.

편의치적선에 대한 형사관할 및 국제공조 개선방안 연구

UN해양법협약은 해양에서 선박통항의 자유를 인정하되 선박에 대한 관할과 관리는 선적국에 부여하고 있다. 그런데, UN해양법협약 등에서 선박의 국적부여 권한을 각국에 맡겨 선박의 소유국과 선적국의 불일치를 인정함으로써 해양질서 유지에 어려움을 초래하고 있다. 특히, 형사관할에 대하여 기국위주의 배타적 행사를 인정하여 선적국의 관할권 행사가 이루어지지 않거나 피해국 입장이 반영되지 않는 문제점이 노정되고 있다. 본고에서는 이러한 문제의식하에 UN해양법협약을 중심으로 선박과 기국에 관한 국제법적 규정과 이에 따른 문제점들을 해양사고 발생에 따른 형사관할권의 소재를 중심으로 살펴보고 기국주의에 따른 형사관할권이 어떻게 결정되는지 몇 몇 사례에서 살펴본다. 또한 국제 형사실무에서 이루어지는 형사사법 공조체계를 살펴보고 기국관할에 따른 문제점을 보완할 수 있는 몇 가지 대안을 제시해 보고자 한다. UNCLOS recognizes the right of innocent passage in the ocean but grants jurisdiction and governance to the state of the flag the vessel flies. However, by granting the right to determine vessel's nationality to each country in UNCLOS and by practically consenting inconsistency with the ownership and the state of flag has made the keeping of maritime order quite difficult. Especially, acknowledging the exclusive rights of the flag state on criminal jurisdiction hinders the owner state from exercising its rights and exposes the problem of not taking into account the opinion of the affected state party. This study addresses these issues and examines international regulations on vessels and flag states, mainly UNCLOS, and provides case studies on how criminal jurisdiction is determined when accidents occur at sea. Furthermore, it takes a deeper look into the mutual assistance system in criminal matters and proposes some alternatives on how to overcome these issues.

In this paper, we introduce some methods of developing teaching and learning materials for the equations of circles, the functions of linear equations, rational functions, irrational functions, Trigonometric functions. These subjects are concerned with tenth step of the high school mathematics. Based on this paper, using the most worldwide popular spreadsheet software Microsoft Excel, high school teachers can get out of traditional teaching and learning environment and provide more visual and dynamical learning materials to students, so that they understand mathematical concepts more efficiently with more interests.

Gastric Ectopic Pyloric Opening with Gastric Ulcer: A Rare Case

The stomach temporarily stores food and secretes gastric juices to break down and digest food. The normal process is the movement of food digested from the stomach to the duodenum, with the pylorus as a passageway. This paper reports the case of a patient with an ectopic gastric pylorus who presented with gastrointestinal bleeding. A 62-year-old man complained of melena with mild dizziness and nausea. An endoscopic examination revealed a gastric ulcer, approximately 1 cm in diameter, and exposed blood vessels on the posterior wall of the upper body. No normal pyloric structure was observed in the distal antrum, and an opening leading to the duodenum was noted in the posterior wall of the upper body adjacent to the ulcer. This case presents a congenital pyloric ectopic opening in the upper body of the stomach, not in the distal antrum, suggesting a rare gastric morphological variation.

재난현장 관점에서 본 우리나라 재난 및 안전관리 체계 연구

Over the past few decades, disasters have continued to occur but it is not easy to find a solution. It’s a important social matter how to deal with such a frequent disaster. The nation's disaster safety management system has undergone a series of institutional innovations in the face of major accidents; 「Disaster Management Act」was enacted in 1995, 「Framework Act on Disaster and Safety Management」 in 2003, 「Framework Act on Disaster and Safety Management」 was amended in 2014 after Sewol ferry accident, and established of the Ministry of Public Safety. And then, has the nation’s disaster management system been reorganized rationally and realistically thorough a series of institutional innovation? The key to protect the safety of the people in the event of disaster is the smooth operation of the disaster and safety management system at the site. The system and contents of the 「Framework Act on Disaster and Safety Management」, a basic law on disaster safety, systematically stipulates all types of disasters, and how the state and local governments will manage disasters, but it is questionable whether they will be able to operate smoothly in the event of an actual massive disaster. This study will be reviewed in terms of on-site application of the major disaster management system under the 「Framework Act on Disaster and Safety Management」. It will also examine systems that confuse the basic concepts of disaster safety or affect related laws with overlapping regulations. Accordingly, we will suggest a reasonable alternative focusing on applicability to the scene. 지난 수십 년 동안 재난은 끊이지 않고 발생해 왔다. 이처럼 빈번하게 발생하는 대형 재난에 어떻게 대처해야 할 것인가의 물음은 사회적으로 중요한 문제이다. 하지만 이에 대한 해결책을 찾기는 쉽지 않다. 우리나라 재난 안전 관리제도는 큰 사고를 겪으면서 여러 번 변화가 있었다. 1995년 「재난관리법」을 제정하였고, 2003년 「재난 및 안전관리기본법」으로 재난관리체계를 쇄신하였다. 2014년 세월호 참사 결과로 「재난 및 안전관리기본법」을 대폭 개정하고, 국민안전처를 신설하기도 하였다. 그렇다면 일련의 제도적 혁신을 통해 우리나라 재난관리체계가 합리적이고 현실적으로 정비되었는가? 대규모 재난이 발생했을 때 국민의 안전을 지켜낼 수 있을지의 여부는 재난 및 안전관리체계가 현장에서 원활히 작동될 수 있는지가 핵심이다. 「재난 및 안전관리기본법」은 모든 유형의 재난에 대하여 체계적으로 규정하고 있다. 국가와 지자체 등이 재난을 어떻게 관리할지를 대부분 정하고 있다. 하지만 동 법에 규정된 제도가 현장에서 잘 작동할 수 있을지에 대해서 의문이 있는 것도 사실이다. 본 연구는 「재난 및 안전관리기본법」에 있는 재난 및 안전관리체계에 대해 재난현장에의 적용이라는 차원에서 검토해 보겠다. 또 재난 안전의 기본 개념을 혼동시키거나 중첩적인 규정으로 관련 법령까지 영향을 미치는지에 대해서도 살펴보겠다. 제도는 결국 현장에 적용하여 안전에 기여하기 위해서 만드는 것이므로 현장 적용성 차원에서 합리적인 대안을 제시해보도록 하겠다.

조지 휫필드와 존 웨슬리의 신학체계 비교연구

본 연구는 조지 휫필드의 개혁 신학체계와 존 웨슬리의 신학체계를 비교하여 그들의 공통점과 차이점을 각각 알아보고, 이들의 신학을통해 우리가 지향해야할 신학은 무엇인지 연구하였다. 첫째, 기본적인 신학체계로 휫 필드는 칼빈의 '제한적 속죄론' 을 주장했고, 웨슬리는 아르미니우스적인 '보편구원론' 을 주장하였다. 둘째, 휫필드는 하나님의 선택과 예정을 인정할 수밖에 없었다고 고백한다. 반면, 웨슬리는 하나님의 예정보다는 본 인의 신앙적인 노력과 성화가 구원을 결정 짓는 요인으로 보았다. 셋째, 우리는 이들의 신학 체계를 신앙생활 의 현실에서는 잘 조화시컥야할 필요성이 있다. 즉 우리는 휫필드처럼 전적으로 하나님의 선택과 예정으로 구 원이 이루어진다고 믿어야 한다. 다만 웨슬리의 주장처럼 구하지 않는 자에게 주어지는 것도 아니다. 예수님 도 우리에게 말씀하시길 '구하라' 고 분명히 말씀하셨기 때문이다. This study compares George Whitefield' s reformed theological system with John Wesley' s theological system examines their commonalities and differences, and studies what theology we should pursue through their theology. First, as a basic theological system, Whitefield insisted on Calvin' s "limited atonement," and Wesley insisted on the Arminisian "universal salvation." Second, Whitefield confesses that he had to accept God' s unconditional election and predestination. Wesley, on the other hand, sees his religious effort and sanctification as the deciding factor of salvation rather than God' s predestination. Third, we must believe that salvation is accomplished entirely by God' s unconditional election and predestination, as in Whitefield. Jesus also told us clearly, 'Ask!'.
