        지방 중소도시 지역문화회관의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        지역문화회관은 지역문화의 정체성 확보와 지역주민간의 사회적 통합을 유도할 수 있는 지역문화공간으로, 최근 지역문화의 이미지 창출과 도시 문화 마케팅적 측면에서 매우 유용한 문화기반시설로 부각되고 있다. 이에 중소도시 지역문화회관 3곳을 대상으로 사용자 관점에서 개발계획특성과 활성화 방안에 대한 태도를 관람객을 대상으로 분석하였다. 지역문화회관의 활성화와 관련한 선행연구의 주된 논의를 분석하고, 지역문화회관의 현황과 실태를 분석한 결과를 정리하여, 지역문화회관의 활성화를 위한 활용방안을 크게 세 가지 유형(문화예술 중심공간, 복합여가 문화공간, 지역사회 공공공간)으로 분류하였다. 연구방법은 연구대상 지역문화회관에 대한 현장답사와 패널 예비조사를 거쳐 설문조사하였다. 자료 분석은 양적 연구로 통계분석 프로그램(SPSS WIN 12)을 이용하여 빈도분석, 교차분석, 분산분석을 실시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the activation plan of local cultural institution in small town. For this study, the three local cultural institutions were analyzed and estimated to grope their activation plan, and a survey method was used for data collection. Survey questionnaires of 527 were carried out for the visitors. Among the data, 505 cases were analyzed by SPSS for Windows V12.0. The major findings were as follows: 1) Regarding the local characteristics, the degree of importance was high in order of the accessibility of public transportation, the convenient downtown for use and the connection of park and natural environment. Regarding the housing characteristics, the degree of importance was high as average 4.0 in the level of facilities, guide signs, visitors’ moving way, formative arts and spatial layout for local cultural institution. 2) In three using plan of local cultural institution, 2-1) the weight of residents’ cultural experience was more or less superior in the usage of cultural center space. 2-2) the usage of complex leisure cultural space was in order of education/lecture facilities, sports facilities, entertainment facilities. 2-3) Visitors much requested library/data room, development of local traditional culture and a resting place of local residents in the public facilities of local community. 3) The attitude for activation plan in the aspect of visitors’ characteristics showed a significant difference according to the using experience of local cultural institution, ages, income, cultural expenses and sex. However, the study did not investigate the detail planning methods and programs of the local cultural centers. These results can provide improvement guidelines for the development of the local cultural institution with the differentiation of design factors for the planners.

        지방 중소도시 지역문화회관의 현황과 실태조사

        최근 지역주민들을 위한 종합적인 지역문화시설로 개발되어져 온 지역문화회관은 재정적 문제와 운영미비 등의 문제로 활성화 방안에 대한 논의가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 논의의 쟁점을 구체적으로 살펴보면, 지역문화회관의 대형화와 복합화 추세에 있어, 지역 특성에 따른 차별화된 프로그램의 개발, 다양한 여가문화생활 지원을 위한 복합화의 방법, 그리고 지역주민들의 참여가 가능한 지역문화시설로서의 공공성 증진방안에 관한 것들로 파악되어진다. 이러한 문제와 관련하여 지방 중소도시의 경우 지역문화시설이 전반적으로 미비한 상태여서, 지역문화 발전과 지역주민을 위한 여가문화생활의 중심공간인 지역문화회관의 활성화 방안에 대한 연구의 필요성이 더욱 절실하다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 지방 중소도시 지역문화회관의 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위한 기초연구로, 경남지역의 세 곳 지역문화회관에 대한 실증연구를 실시하였다. 구체적인 연구의 내용은 지역문화시설에 대한 개념과 연구 동향을 파악하기 위한 문헌고찰과 지방 중소도시 지역문화회관의 현황파악을 위한 세 곳의 지역문화회관에 대한 현장조사와 실태조사, 그리고 사용자 관점의 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위해 관람객을 대상으로 지역문화회관에 대한 구체적인 이용실태와 요구를 파악하였다. 본 연구를 토대로 지역문화회관이 사용자 중심의 보다 활성화된 지역문화공간으로 거듭나는 방안이 모색되길 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the trends and realities of local cultural centers in small town. For this, the three local cultural centers were analyzed and estimated to grope their activation plan. This study was approached by using both literature review on the local cultural centers and empirical research on three cases of local cultural centers for field investigation. This study also investigated the visitors’ satisfactions and requirements on local cultural centers. This study tried to actualize the revitalization of local cultural centers in small town by using the user-oriented research method. However, the study did not investigate the detail planning methods and programs of the local cultural centers. Therefore a study to determine these factors will be required to give a complete view to this complex inquiry.

        중-노년층 여성의 실버타운 개발유형에 대한 태도분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the attitude of the middle and old age about the elderly housing and the planning elements according to the types of silver town. For this study, a pre-interview and a survey method were used for data collection. A questionnaire survey of 372 women over 45 years old was carried out. Among the data, 321 cases were analyzed by SPSS for Windows V12.0. The major findings were as follows: 1) Regarding the elderly housing, While the couple cohabitation type preferred the existing housing and the general housing, the single habitation type preferred the apartment and silver town. Some people wanted silver town occupancy due to the decrease of children support burden, the other did not want it due to economical burden and the absence of homelike affection. When they move into silver town, they wanted to take money, clothes, and photo album. 2) In silver town development, while the couple cohabitation type preferred the apartment, independent house, the single type preferred the apartment, housing complex and group-home. The unit housing sizes of them were around 82.6 and 49.6 square meters respectively. In the space composition of unit housing, while the couple cohabitation type preferred bath room, kitchen, living room and two of bed room, the single type preferred one of bed room and bath room at least. On the other hand, this study found out that it was possible to plan the space for eating and washing as the common space. 3) According to single or couple, and ages, there were significant differences in preferred spatial planning elements, which needs to be reflected in the silver town development. These results can provide improvement guidelines for the development of the silver town with the differentiation of design factors for the silver town planners.

        고층고밀아파트 커뮤니티 구성요소에 대한 거주자 평가

        The purpose of this study is to find the evaluation method for apartment residential environment, where residents can continuously reside and be satisfied. The components of apartment community are identified with physical, social and managerial factors. Field survey was carried out on four apartments in Haeundae New Town in Busan and questionnaire survey was conducted on the residents of those apartments. Residents’ evaluation on community components are analyzed and compared with each other so that relationship between community components and overall residential satisfaction is figured through regression analysis. The results of survey research are as follows. 1) Subjects are more satisfied with landscaping and natural environment than the facilities built on the estates among the physical factors. 2) Subjects are dissatisfied with most items in social factors. 3) Subjects are more satisfied with managerial factors related to management of the daily living than those related to that of the apartment organizations. 4) The components of apartment community are significantly correlated with the residential satisfaction. Dairy living services are also most effective to residential satisfaction. On conclusion, it is necessary to pay more attention to the management of residents’ living services; to activate residents’ participation in community activities; to develop of various community programs and design the outdoor sports facilities and the entertaining places in order to create sustainable and healthy residential environment in apartments.

      • 신문광고에 나타난 부산시 아파트의 계획적 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to actualize the Characteristics of Apartment Planning appeared on Newspaper Advertisement in Pusan. For this, it analyzed the advertisement records regarding the Apartment of Pusan Daily New. The results of this study are as follows : First, there were various characteristics in the advertisements with differentiated planning contents including new design terms. Second, in their advertisements, there were differentiated planning contents according to where the apartment is located in the downtown area of the suburb area of city. Therefore, this study emphasized on the necessity to classify the differentiated planning contents to satisfy the needs of residents in the apartment planning.

      • 공동주택단지 커뮤니티 디자인을 위한 거주자 행태연구

        The purpose of this study is to suggest methods for the community design through users' behavior study in apartment housing. This study was approached by using both theoretical investigation and empirical research. The theoretical investigation actualized the concept of community design in apartment housing through a literature survey. The empirical survey focused on seeking out a user?oriented design criteria based on the analysis of residents' usage behavior and mental map. The results of this study are as follow : First, regarding the analysis of the residents' attitude toward the share community space(SCS), it was found that the SCS made a sense as community facilities in apartment housing. Second, regarding the SCS through the metal map, it was shown that the sketch map analysis was a useful research method for the community design by actualizing the residents' behavior characteristics. Third, as to the results of analyzing the metal map, it was found that the considered characteristics in recognition of the SCS were related to the liking with the main paths, cross nodes of the moving line, the location of center, and the complexity. In conclusion, the SCS is the main of community design in apartment housing and the above characteristics in recognition are useful as the guidelines in the SCS planning.
