Chamber System을 이용한 조선왕조실록의 미세유출가스 분석

The Annals of the Joseon Dynasty is one of the World Heritage which should be conserved well. However, some of wax treated volume of the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty have damaged seriously. Currently a variety of efforts to conserve and restore the injured volumes are continued and many studies about the aging mechanism of the wax treated volume have being progressed. The analysis of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) emitted from paper cultural heritage is one of the methods to understand the degradation pathway of paper cultural heritage. The analysis of VOCs emitted from paper cultural heritage has been mainly conducted by SPME (Solid Phase Microextraction) method. SPME is potable and simple method but it is difficult to collect all VOCs emitted from a book such as the Annals of Joseon Dynasty. The dynamic chamber system has generally used to do analysis of VOCs emitted from the building materials, furniture and electric appliances. The chamber system is possible to do quantitative and qualitative analysis by a continuous $N_2$ gas flow and the proper chamber which is able to gather all VOCs emitted from the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty. In this study, the most material among detected VOCs was Naphthalene. Naphthalene has used to prevent organic cultural heritage from being damaged by various microbes for a long time. Apart from Naphthalene, main VOCs were Acetic acid, 2-Chloroethanol, 2-Bromoethanol, Furfural, 1-Methylnaphthalene, Azulene, and 2,4-Dioctylphenol. Of these VOCs, Furfural especially was known for a marker which represents a different emission rate according to the aging level.
우슈 측공번 동작시 우수선수와 비우수선수의 운동역학적 비교 분석

This study did comparative analysis of the aerial cartwheel motion by selecting 4 players including a member of the national team, who won a prize within a third place at the national wushu competition during the past three years, and four non-class players, who had no prize-winning career, but could do aerial cartwheel motion, as research subject; then, this study obtained the conclusion as below in order to use it as systematic training of aerial cartwheel motion by analyzing motor-mechanics-based variables. It"s very important how to switch from the forward-moving direction to the vertical direction skillfully in order to effectively carry out the wushu aerial cartwheel motion. It"s because such a skillful switching motion makes it possible for a player to increase the vertical speed by the bend and stretch-spreading of the knee joint, and to project his body high by making impulse bigger while giving impact force heavily on the ground in short grounding time. Thus, the projected moving body makes it possible for a player to do aerial cartwheel kicking effectively using the long time of staying in the air at the highest apex, and it is thought that the effective aerial cartwheel motion comes from skillfully carrying out a big locus of circular motion by stretching and spreading the left & right knee joints to the maximum.

The subjects of this study are three outstanding national representative athletes and three non-exceptional athletes that have never won in any competitions. This study quantitatively analyzes the kinetic factors through an electromyography and has produced the following results. The first and second parts when performing a Wushu jump front kick are the approach and take-off parts. During these parts, the muscle flexing of the lower legs are much greater than thigh which causes the forward movement speed to rapidly transfer to the vertical ascension speed so that the height of the jump is increased. To effectively perform a Wushu jump front kick from the moment of taking-off from the surface until the point of maximum height, it is determined that the muscle flexing of the straight muscle of the thigh and the hamstring plays a significant role in maintaining a good form.
비균일 익단 간극을 가지는 축류 압축기의 유동장의 예측

Flow structures of an axial compressor with a non uniform tip clearances were predicted by solving in 1-D model developed to easily predict non-uniform tip clearance effect on the flow field of axial compressor. Incidence loss, tip clearance loss were implemented in the model as the major loss sources. Also linear increase in the flow blockage was incorporated in the model. The predicted result showed that flow redistribution is largely dependent on the loss contributions. The strength of the flow perturbation is highly affected by the local flow blockage. These are well reflected on the well known Alford's force distributions.
