        To operate the automatic devices of manufacturing process more effectively and to solve the needs of the resource sharing, network technology is applied to the unit control devices located in common manufacturing zone and operated by connecting them. This paper introduces a design and test operation of cell system for the management of multivendor PLC by applying to wall paper process based on the manufacturing standardization of CIM. The analysis of designed multivendor PLC group is performed by selecting the parameters such as variation of data packet size and node number of PLC ladder logic program and variation by analyzing the corresponding variation values of token rotation time and waiting time for the system operation. For the method of the analysis. The equation is derived considering the overhead such as indicated packet service time and transmission safety margin for PLC network connection in M/G/I queue model, and it is applied to the cell system and PLC group management for operation. Through the experiment, it is found that the realtime processing is possible with expanded and better result than the result obtained by Jayasumana, Browaka with PLC scan time considered, response lower limit of 10~20 msec. data packet size not more than 50 byte, and the number of node less than 40.

        The domestic construction industry in the last 30 to 40 years has accumulated a large stock of buildings that are quickly and there physical age is quickly becoming apparent. Contemporary changes in architecture are fueling changes driven by the increased demand for these new services and facilities. The cost of energy and raw materials are on the rise, and dealing with the waist generated from the creation of new buildings is an emerging problem in the industry today. Thus, building remodeling has emerged as an alternative do to its increased efficiency regarding material usage. The participation of users in the development stages of a remodeling project is essential to its effective implementation in projects. The BIM model used for the design process of building remodeling is the most effective way, due to the increased efficiency gained in many areas. This study will examine a pilot project where a BIM based process was used in the remodeling of an apartment.

        Domestic construction industry the last 30-40 years the accumulated stock of buildings of physical aging buildings is underway. Thus, the increased demand for services and facilities in accordance with changes in contemporary usage has increased the need for change. However, for new construction of energy and raw material prices rise, due to the increase in waste generation is emerging because of problems building a waste of remodeling suppression that can ease the burden and cost has emerged as an alternative. The remodeling design is in early consideration of more complex and require extensive participant"s decision will go through the design process than new construction. This design process, the use of BIM-model will be the most effective way. This study considered BIM based remodeling architectural design through a pilot project.

        압축을 받는 냉간성형 C-형강 기둥의 온도상승에 따른 국부좌굴 특성

        본 연구는 Eurogode 3 Part 1.3을 근거하여 온도증가에 따른 압축을 받는 냉간성형 C-형강 기둥의 플랜지와 웨브의 탄성국부좌굴 응력 해석 프로그램을 개발하였다. 고온에서 응력-변형률 관계식은 Eurocode 3 Part 1.2를 근거하였다. 온도증가에 따른 압축을 받는 냉간성형 C-형강의 임계온도와 탄성국부좌굴 응력은 본 연구에서 개발한 컴퓨터 프로그램에 의해 해석하였고, 해석 예에 대한 비교 고찰을 하였다. This paper discusses the development of a computer program to analyze elastic local buckling stress based on Eurocode 3 Part 1.3 for the flange and web of cold-formed channel columns under compression at elevated temperatures. The high-temperature, stress-strain relationships of the steel used in this paper were determined according to Eurocode 3 Part 1.2. The critical temperatures and the elastic local buckling stresses of cold-formed channel columns under compression at elevated temperatures were analyzed with the computer program developed in this study. Analysis examples were given to show the applicability of the computer program.

        화재시 I-형강 보의 국부좌굴과 최적 폭-두께비

        본 연구는 온도상승에 따른 압축을 받는 I-형강 보의 플랜지와 웨브의 국부좌굴응력해석을 위한 컴퓨터프로그램과 항복파괴전에 I-형강 보의 플랜지와 웨브에 국부좌굴이 일어나지 않을 최적 폭-두께비를 구할 수 있는 최적알고리즘의 개발이다. 본 연구에서 사용한 고온에 있어서 강재의 응력-변형도 관계식은 EC3(Eurocode3) Part1.2(2000b)를 근거하였다. 본 연구에서 국부좌굴응력과 최적 폭-두께비는 항복응력, 플랜지와 웨브의 국부좌굴계수와 폭-두께비 영향을 고려하여 해석하였다. 그리고 본 연구의 컴퓨터 프로그램을 적용한 설계 예를 들었다. This study involves the development of a computer program to analyze the local buckling stresses for the flange and the web of I-beams under compression at elevated temperatures, and the optimization algorithm to analyze the optimum width-thickness ratios which does not occur their local buckling prior to yield failure. The high-temperature stress-strain relationships of steel used in this study were based on EC3 (Eurocode3) Part1.2 (2000b). In this study, the local buckling stresses and the optimum width-thichness ratios were analyzed considering the influences of the yield stress, local buckling coefficients and width-thickness ratios of the flange and the web. Design examples show the applicability of the computer program developed in this study.

        온도상승에 따른 Steel-beam의 국부좌굴해석

        This paper is represented a general equations to obtain the elastic local buckling stresses for the flange and web of H-beam under compression at elevated temperatures and is also developed the software to perform the elastic local buckling analysis at elevated temperatures. Eurocode3 Part 1.2 are used to analyse the decrease in steel yield strength and elastic modulus at elevated temperatures. For design examples of 6 H-beams, the elastic local buckling stresses and critical temperatures for the slenderness ratio $(b/t_f\;and\;d/t_w)$ of the flange and web under uniform compression at elevated temperatures have been analysed by a computer program of this paper. It can be seen that the computer analytical results of this study show a good agreement with the experimental results by Wadee.

      • Wavelet변환을 이용한 정지 영상 부호화 알고리즘

        In order to encode image with efficiency, the time and spatial redundancy in the image should be removed without any information loss. This redundancy has been reduced by transforming image from the spatial domain to the frequency domain. In these transform schemes, lots of studies on Wavelet Transform have been done which is suitable to the human visual system and is able to reduce image redundancy efficiently. In this paper, among the second generation transform schemes which are thought to replace DCT transform, one of the most popular scheme in the image coding at the present, a still image coding scheme using Wavelet Transform has been proposed. In the still image coding scheme proposed in this paper, which enhanced the image compression method that employed Wavelet Transform and the VQ(vector quantization) suggested by Antonini, Wavelet Transform was repeated three times to separate the image by ten bands and it was tried to reduce the amount of data by eliminating the high frequency bands which rarely affect the human visual system out of the separated bands. And then still image compression using vector quantization was performed. In the vector quantization, MRC(multi-resolution codebook) appropriate for each band characteristics has been made up to reduce the image coding time, enhance the quality of the recovered image and increase the efficiency of the codebook by scanning the vector inputs vertically and horizontally to make them suitable to each band characteristics. As the result of this scanning, the PSNR of the recovered image has been improved by 0.5[db]. In the result of the study, the recovered image quality with thirty times as high compression rate and more than 30[db] has been achieved by assigning bits to each band efficiently.

      • 신경망을 이용한 서명 인식

        Recently, many algorithms for the image pattern recognition using the neural network have been proposed. In this paper, the characteristic parameters of signature pattern can be extracted by using discrete consine transform. The neural network is implemented with back propagation, generalized delta rule which is able to learn multi-layer perceptron among the various model and it is applied to the signature verification system as pattern classifier. Through the experimentation, the input of signature pattern which has N=16, is transformed with 2-dimension discrete cosine transform, and the characteristic parameters is applied to 3-layer perceptron neural network model. The experimental result shows the signature verification could be possible to verify them and the applied algorithms of neural network model could be applied to the signature verification.
