This paper proposes a bio-mimetic finger for a light-weighted hand with multi-degrees of freedom (OOF). As an artificial muscle for actuating flexion and extension of finger, we use shape memory alloy (SMA). In order to minimize the number of actuators without reduction of finger’s DOF, we design the finger as linked-joint type. In experiments, the joint angle is controlled by input current, and measured according of the change of the input current. From the experimental results, we show that the proposed finger actuated by SMA is applicable to a bio-mimetic hand development.

건설 장비와 함께 많은 작업자들은 건물 해체작업이나 재해 복구 등의 매우 위험하고 유해한 상황에 노출되어 있다. 건설 장비를 운용하는 대부분의 작업자들은 예상치 못한 문제에 쉽게 노출된다. 위험한 상황에서 무인 제어 시스템을 통해 자동화된 건설 장비를 운영하는 것은 매우 효과적인 것임에는 분명한 사실이다. 따라서 이런 시스템에 대한 개발이 많이 연구되고 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 원격 제어 시스템이 가지는 단점을 보완하고, 다중 이음쇠 형태의 전달 메커니즘을 적용한 장착형 시스템을 개발한다. 또한 굴삭기 조작기와 개발하는 장착형 조작기의 워크스페이스를 매핑함으로써 기존의 굴삭기가 가지는 고유의 작동성을 유지하면서 원격 조작이 가능한 시스템을 개발한다. Many works with the construction machines have been under dangerous and harmful situations such as building dismantlement, disaster restoration and so on. Most of operators who deals with construction machinery are easily exposed to unexpected problems. Under dangerous circumstance, it is evident to be more efficient to utilize the automated construction machinery operated by unmanned control system. Thus, there have been many researches about developing this kind of system. In this research, the existing remote control systems have to overcome the disadvantages, and multi-yoke type applied in the form of transfer mechanism is developed. Also, the joystick of excavator and development of installation type manipulator through the mapping of the workspace, the same as the existing method of operation of the excavator work ing directly the excavator will enable the same behavior.

This paper proposes a biomimetic hand prosthesis with tendon-driven five fingers. Each finger is composed of a distal-middle phalange, a proximal phalange and a metacarpal bone, which are connected to a link mechanism. The finger flexion is a resultant motion by pulling a wire to serve as a tendon, but the finger extension is performed by an elastic mechanism composed of a restoration spring. The designed hand prosthesis with tendon-driven five fingers has totally six degrees of freedom. But its weight is merely 400.73g. The hand can perform various hand functions such as the grasping and the hand postures. From experimental results, we show that the proposed hand prosthesis is useful to amputees as a prosthetic hand.

There are unsymmetrical faults such as single line-to-ground faults, line-to-line faults, or double line-to-ground faults in overhead distribution system. Lightning surge arresters are stressed by system frequency overvoltages due to unsymmetrical faults. In this study, the unsymmetrical faults in three-phase four-wire overhead distribution systems were experimentally simulated, and characteristics of total leakage current of distribution surge arresters caused by these faults were investigated. Also, the variation aspects of total leakage current of distribution surge arrester caused by voltage variation were examined. As a result, abnormal voltages caused by voltage variation the line-to-line fault the two line-to-ground fault have a little effect of total leakage current on ZnO surge arrester. But the leakage current of ZnO surge arrester under single line-to-ground faults in solidly grounded systems was more than 20 times as compared with that under symmetrical states.

With the rapid development of Chinas economy and the increasing dependence on oil and natural gas. Chinas energy security has encountered a great crisis. So China is trying to develop new renewable energy and reduce fossil energy and energy external dependence. China has developed many new renewable energy sources in order to improve air pollution and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Hydrogen as a clean energy in the Chinese governments strong support has been a great development. China is now the worlds largest hydrogen producer. In China, coal is the largest source of hydrogen production. Followed by natural gas and refinery by-products. Since 2000, the Chinese government has increased investment in hydrogen energy production projects, Developed a variety of hydrogen production technology. Fuel cell and hydrogen energy is one of the important strategic plans of the Chinese government. During the 13.5 period, the new energy vehicle demonstration project was designated as the most important project. In this paper, the status of a variety of commercial scale hydrogen production industry and the status of hydrogen energy policy were investigated and analyzed.

Placenta percreta with bladder invasion is an extremely rare complication causing life-threatening hemorrhage, up to 17 liters.1 Most reported cases have been diagnosed after 30 weeks of pregnancy and few have presented before 20 weeks.2 Only 20 cases of placenta percreta with invasion of the bladder have been reported during last decade. In this condition, chorionic villi attach directly to the myometrium without intervening decidua. The exact etiology of impaired decidualization is unknown; however, a previous endometrial insult, such as previous cesarian section or endometrial curettage may be a contributing factor. To avoid massive bleeding, uterine body incision, hypogastric artery ligation before hysterectomy and uterine cervical removal have been attempted.1 Chorionic villi may attach to the myometrium (accreta), invade the myometrium(increta), or in its severe form (percreta) the trophoblastic tissue penetrates the whole myometrium and invades adjacent structures. We experienced a case of placenta previa percreta with bladder invasion and review the literatures.
