흡기근육 훈련이 아마추어 축구선수들의 최대 유산소 운동능력에 미치는 영향

The aim of this investigation was to determine the effects of inspiratory muscle training(IMT) on maximal aerobic exercise performance in amateur soccer players. 14 male soccer players were randomly assigned to Inspiratory muscle training group(IMTG, n=7) or Control group(CG, n=7). Both group performed incremental treadmill test using Bruce protocol to examine maximal aerobic exercise performance before and following 8 weeks of intervention. IMTG were given inspiratory pressure threshold device(POWERbreathe) for IMT. All subjects also completed the winter training programme during the 8 weeks intervention. After intervention, there was significant change in VO2/kg between groups(p=0.006). IMTG showed significant changes in VO2/kg(22.15%, p=0.046), METS(21.53%, p=0.048), VT(22.36%, p=0.035) in measured AT values. There was significant change in treadmill exercise time between groups(p=0.001) and IMTG had significant change in treadmill exercise time(19.26%, p=0.001) after 8 weeks intervention. These results support evidence that inspiratory muscle training(IMT) has beneficial effects on VO2/kg, METS, VT and treadmill exercise time and might be a factor that improve soccer players` exercise performance.
척수손상 부위에 따른 체구성 요소 및 에너지 소비량의 차이 비교

The purpose of this study was to analysis the difference of body composition, segmental total body water and resting energy expenditure according to spinal cord injury levels. The subjects who were composed of complete quadriplegia and paraplegia patients were tested by using multifriqency and segmental bioelectrical Impedance analysis and Automatic Gas Analyzer. The results were as followings: 1. Total body water(TBW), extracellular water, intracellular water, protein, muscle mass and body cell mass was lower in complete quadriplegia than paraplegia patients. There was significant difference between two groups(p<.05). However bone mineral content and % body fat was higher in complete quadriplegia than paraplegia patients and has no significant difference between groups. 2. BMI(Body Mass Index), thigh circumference was lower in complete quadriplegia than paraplegia patients and % body fat, waist circumference and WTR(Waist-thigh Ratio) parameter was higher in complete quadriplegia than paraplegia patients. However there was no significant difference between two groups. 3. segmental total body water(STBW) was lower in complete quadriplegia than paraplegia patients. Also it showed significant difference between two groups except left leg(p<.05). 4. The electrical resistance in whole body and at each body part was higher in complete quadriplegia than paraplegia patients. Also it showed difference between two groups except lower limbs. 5. Resting oxygen uptake, respriation exchange ratio, fat free mass and resting energy expenditure(REE) was lower complete quadriplegia than paraplegia patients in difference between two groups.

Recently, The use of glass is increasing as building envelope in low-rise buildings as well as in high-rise buildings. The glass envelope has a reduction effect on the lighting and heating energy by inflow of daylighting, but excessive inflow of daylighting leads to glare and increasing of cooling energy consumption. To tackle this problem, the most representative method is to install the blind. In this study, experiment was performed in the office building which an automated venetian blind is installed. In this paper attempts to analyze quantitatively about the effect of indoor cooling and heating load and lighting load in accordance with blind slat angle.

In these days, most of the office buildings are being required to save energy for maintenance. Lighting system constitutes 20% to 30% of the total annual electrical energy consumption in office buildings. As an energy saving strategy for lighting system, dimming control system based on illuminance sensors came into use. But the system is accompanied with many illuminance sensors to control lighting and needs a lot of initial investment. In this study, the prediction equation for indoor daylighting illuminance distribution is proposed through the review for conventional research results and field measurements. The proposed equation was verified by the comparison between predicted results and field measurement results. The developed prediction equation for daylighting can be used to control the indoor illuminance level with the limited sensor when dimming control system is operated.
