The purpose of this paper is to measure satisfaction and to find optimal distance between urban public service facilities and their useres. To do this, a significant review with regard to the location-allocation classfications of public service facilities, the measures of satisfaction were conducted, computer software packages, called Weibull were used to measure the satisfaction of the existing public service facilities located in Nam-gu area, Teagu. The results of this research are as follows : In the case of lower-post office and lower-police office, the optimal distances of their facilities were found within 830m, and 740m with the 80% of people who are satisfied with public service facilities In the case of higher-post office and higher-police office, the optimal distances of their facilities were found within 2090m and 2110m. In the case of higher-fire engine, lower-fire engine and ambulance were found within 4.9 minutes, 17.5 minutes, 6.86 minutes. This results also indicate that the soft packages are useful to measure the satifaction between residential location and public service facilities and to find optimal distances of public service facilities.

초등사회과 교육에 있어서 효율적인 인터넷의 활용 방안 탐색 : 지리 영역을 중심으로

The purpose of this paper is to examine a brief review of computer in education and internet in social studies of elementary school, to develop the teaching and learning resources on the internet, and to explore instructional and learning model by applying internet. The results of this paper were summerized as followed. First, internet provides new instructional and learning models to teachers and learners in school education. especially it can provide global education through global network, this models include regional instructional and learning model by applying direct internet, regional instructional and learning model by applying indirect internet, regional instructional and learning model by printed materials on internet. Secondly, internet can have a good education for globalization and information society, especially it permits an access to various and dynamic learning and teaching resources out of existing educational system.

초등 사회과 지리영역 내용 선정 및 조직 방안

This study is about the changes of the georgraphic contents in elementary school along with the changes of curriculum reform. The study focuses on the capacity of regional perceptions of students, the approach method, and further studies. The result of this study is as below. Generally, students expand the perception of regions from their hometown to their country and then to the world like a concentric circle. For the approach method, an unnecessarily excessive emphasis is usually placed on local and geographic characteristics(regional geography). These appear more obvious in the lower grades of elementary school. In further studies, students are supposed to understand the relationships between people, regional natural environments, and interactions among different regions. However, the texbook only makes lists of the natural and human environment, which are conspicuously shown in the world geography section. We are living in an information-oriented society filled with regional interactions and a wealth of knowledge. The simple acquisition of regional geographical knowledge and the concentric expansion of regional perceptions are not always easy to cope with. Therefore, we should focus on cultivating thinking power when we select the content of geographical sections as a method of helping students contemplate interdependence and unification on a global scale.

With the comming new millenieum, we have a lot of experience in pluralistic society. especially we are affected by image media with information and knowledge-based society, and the development of information technology, that is we are a lot influenced by image culture with new media. This paper is to explore image media which have still and dynamic. With this discussed, teaching and learning from image media makes learners construct meaning knowledge through the seeing and hearing, interactive communication. thus we need to include the image education in a curriculum. image media make learners life-long, life-sustaining, life-enhancing.

GIS를 활용한 초등 사회과 지리교육시스템의 개발

The purpose of this study is to develop geographic education system(GES) by geographic information system(GIS) in elementary social studies. GES which is developed can make learners construct a meaningful knowledge. The development tool for GIS is MapObject LT 2 and Delphi Enterprise 5.0 as GIS software, and the edited is Auto CAD, Flash, Photo Shop, etc.. This system is divided into 5 parts : that is, ① What is a map? ② digital map that is, Seoul and Busan metropolitan city map, Korean peninsular map, world map, ③ map-maker ,④ report-maker ⑤ game. This system can make learners get more effectively than existing text-based learning because this system offers various data types such as digital map and image map, sound, image and video in each learning screen. Especially, this system maximize learning effectiveness through interaction with learners.

빅데이터 분석을 통한 한독 상호협력 방안: 독일선교를 중심으로

본 연구는 한독수교 140주년을 맞이하여 빅데이터 분석을 활용하여 양국관계를 돌아보며, 선교적 차원에서 건강하고 행복한 한독상호 협력 방안을모색하였다. 협력방안 모색을 위한 빅데이터를 수집하고, 정제하여 워드클라우드 분석, 네트워크 분석, 미래신호예측 분석을 실시하였다. 독일선교관련 워드클라우드 분석결과는 크게 주요어(주요 사역), 지역, 인물로 범주화할 수 있었다. 종교개혁 발상지와 개신교 출발지라는 주요어와루터라는 인물과 독일이라는 지역이 갖는 비중이 크게 부각되었다. 독일선교관련 네트워크 분석결과 중, 첫째, 중심성 네트워크 분석결과는일차적으로 지역과 인물이 강한 연결성을 보이면서, 이차적으로 선교 사역에적절한 주제를 중심으로 연결이 확대되고 있다. 이 과정에 이단들의 활동이두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 응집성 네트워크 분석 결과, 선교지역관련그룹, 선교활동(사역)관련 그룹, 선교 인물관련 그룹으로 나타나, 중심성 네트워크 분석결과를 좀 더 명료하게 시각화됨을 알 수 있다. 독일선교관련 미래 신호예측분석 결과, 첫째, 선교관련 종합적으로 볼 때난민, 무슬림, 귀츨라프, 뒤셀도르프, 우크라이나가 약신호로 나타났다. 신호예측분석에 의하면 약신호는 강신호로 전환할 잠재력을 갖고 있어서 독일선교관련 이러한 사역이 행복한 선교 사역이 될 것으로 기대된다. 둘째, 독일선교와 관련된 지역에 대한 미래신호 예측결과, 필리핀, 캄보디아, 우크라이나, 인도네시아가 독일 선교관련 약신호로 나타나 앞으로 독일선교는 이러한지역을 선교 공동체의 거점으로 활용하는 것이 좋을 것으로 보인다. 결론적으로 3가지 분석 결과를 종합하면 한독양국은 난민 선교전략, 무슬림을 비롯한 창의적 접근지역 새로운 선교전략, 미전도 종족수준의 복음화율에 대한 새로운 선교전략 등 행복한 공동체성을 강화할 수 있는 총체적 선교전략을 동원해야 할 것이다. Christians become happy when they live a missionary life. Mission is a command and mission from Jesus, and when one obeys it, happiness and grace are given as gifts, making one’s life more valuable. On the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and Germany, this study looked back the relationship between the two countries using big data analysis and sought ways for healthy and happy mutual cooperation between Korea and Germany at a missionary level. Big data was collected and purified to find ways for cooperation, and word cloud analysis, network analysis, and future signal prediction analysis were conducted. The results of word cloud analysis related to German missions could be broadly categorized into key words (main ministry), region, and person. Germany is the birthplace of Martin Luther's Reformation and the birthplace of Protestantism, and the importance of the person Luther and the region of Germany is is strongly emphasised. Mission can be said to be a gift that brings happiness to the development of the region, nation, and world through people. Among the network analysis results related to German missions, firstly, the centrality network analysis results show a strong connection between regions and people, and secondarily, connections are expanding around temes suitable for missionary work. In this process, the activities of heretics are being revealed. Secondly, as a result of the cohesive network analysis, there are groups related to mission areas, groups related to missionary activities (ministry), and groups related to missionary people, which visualises the centrality network analysis results more clearly visualized. As a result of the analysis of predicting future signals related to German missions, first, when looking at missions in general, Refugees, Muslims, Gützlaff, Düsseldorf, and Ukraine appear as weak signals, and these weak signals have the potential to turn into strong signals, so these missions related to German missions I expect this to be a happy ministry. Second, as a result of predicting future signals for regions related to German missions, the Philippines, Cambodia, Ukraine, and Indonesia appear to have weak signals related to German missions, so it would be good for German missions to use these regions as a base for the missionary community in the future. In conclusion, combining the word cloud and network analysis results and the future signal prediction analysis results, Korea and Germany can strengthen a happy fellowship, including refugee mission strategies, new missionary strategies for creative approaches to areas including Muslims, and evangelization strategies for Europe, which has fallen to the level of unreached people groups. A comprehensive mission strategy needs to be mobilized.

생활세계의 관점에서 본 PIFF 광장의 문화 공간적 의미 이해와 사회과 교육

The PIFF (Pusan International Film Festival) Plaza located on the movies' street including the Gukdo, Pusan, Daeyeong, Jeil, and Academy theaters screening international movies in Nampo-dong. Since 1996, Pusan International Film Festival provides a good opportunity for visitors to see the film selections around the world and occasionally to see the open festival held with the world-famous movie stars and directors and a large audience. But, it is particularly for the people lives in pusan, because of being the important space where one signify cultural meaning, which is the fundamental basis of historical, spacial, and social life. This study is, from the point of view 'life world' whose peoples lives around there in the everyday, to explore what they signify PIFF Plaza, how people make sense of the cultural meaning. It si two approach to The Cultural Space meaning of PIFF Plaza that deal with the problem of meaning in terms of phenomenology. such as E. Hussurl, A. Schutz and interpretation of culture, such as C. Geertz, P. Ricoeur. And it research into the layers of meaning which may be considered construction is shared of cultural meaning by others in everyday life through experience and the symbolic medium of language as a result from interaction. Hussurl argued that life world is consisted of the horizon of time and space. He has also addressed that the common sense of every day of life is the basis and starting point for every scientific type of interpretation. A. Schutz demonstrated that it is 'world taken for granted', hence a finite 'the provinces of meaning', which is particularly important because of accepting immediately and without question the external world as it is. C. Geertz. from the perspective of interpretation of culture, gives us to the way of analysis PIFF Plaza' the meaning of the every day of life world as a text through signs, symbols, and language. The cultural space' meaning of PIFF Plaza formulated self-identity through the medium of International Film Festival for the peoples live in pusan. The signification system of PIFF Plaza is appearing the space of the every day of life as a underlying basis, the space of symbols as a organic solidarity, the space of dynamic as an endless changing, the space of festival as a fantastic reality. Theory of life world, the cultural space's meaning of PIFF Plaza in life world as the system of culture, gives to social studies education for a few meaningful implication. First, students will be understanding the every day of life world as the space is formulated self-identity, shared meaning and experience by others. Second, they may be learn to the life world as the meaning of culture in terms of historicity, spaciality, and sociality.
