미국인 남편의 한인아내와 한국인 남편의 한인아내의 결혼만족도에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 미국인남편과 결혼한 한인아내들과 한국인 남편과 결혼한 한인아내 사이의 결혼만족도를 비교분석하여 부부간의 인종문화적 차이가 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사해보고자 하였다. 본 연구가 부부간의 인종문화적 차이가 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향을 밝히는데 유효한 초석이 되기를 기대한다.

This study aims at examining the nature of the interpersonal relationship experienced by married women with narcissistic trait. Nine married women were selected as research sample for this study. They were reported to possess healthy Narcissistic trait according to the Narcissistic inventory questionnaire that was made based on Kohut’s Psychology of the Self. Qualitative analysis was conducted on the data collected from the in-depth interview by applying Colaizzi’s phenomenological research method. As a result of the study, interpersonal patterns of the participants with Narcissistic trait showed 4 types; opposite properties, close and supportive properties and distant and superficial way. Also, Four-stage relationship pattern observed in personal relationship of the research subjects as the following from the beginning of the relationship to the formation of relationship pattern; precaution stage, exploration stage, management stage, and relationship establishment stage. Self-object property that affects formation of interpersonal relationship are foster-object and social relationship object. Foster-Self object showed most influential factor in forming interpersonal relationship. Sufficient emotional support from the mother and authority and responsibility of the father in the household turned out to be necessary in making close and sympathetic interpersonal relationship patterns. Also, the core concept that plays a main role in forming the interpersonal relationship pattern was the emotional care and support. 본 연구는 자기애 성향(trait)을 가진 기혼여성을 대상으로 그들이 경험하는 대인관계 패턴의 본질과 의미를 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구 참여자는 기혼여성 중, Kohut의 자기심리학을 바탕으로 제작된 자기애 척도질문지를 통해 건강한 자기애 성향을 가진 것으로 보고한 기혼여성들 중 연구 참여에 동의해 준 9명을 최종 선정하였고 심층면담을 통해 수집된 자료를 Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하여 질적 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 자기애 성향을 가진 참여자들의 대인관계패턴은 친밀하고 지지적인 신뢰관계 패턴과 소원하고 피상적인 의존`단절관계 패턴으로 상반된 관계패턴을 맺는 것으로 드러났다. 이러한 상반된 관계패턴을 형성하기까지 자기애 성향을 가진 참여자들은 관계초반부터 경계단계, 탐색단계, 대처단계, 관계형성단계의 4단계 과정이 도출되었다. 상반된 대인관계 패턴을 형성하는데 영향을 미친 요인은 자기대상으로 본 연구에서는 양육자 대상과 사회적 관계 대상으로 나타났다. 양육자 자기대상은 대인관계 형성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 작용하였는데, 어머니의 충분한 정서적 돌봄과 가정에서 아버지의 권위와 책임감이 세워질 때 친밀하고 공감적인 신뢰관계패턴을 형성하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 정서적 지지와 돌봄을 주는 부모대상과의 관계는 한 개인의 성격형성과 신뢰하고 원만한 대인관계를 맺는데 본질적인 핵심 개념으로 발견되었다.

전력 증폭기의 복소 포락선 전달특성을 이용한 Postdistortion 방식의 선형화기의 설계

A new linearization technique for RF high-power amplifiers(HPAs) using n-th order error signal generator (ESGn) is proposed. The n-th order ESG generates an error signal based on the complex envelope transfer characteristics of the HPA, which is combined at the output of the HPA. Therefore, the higher-order nonlinearlities are not affected by the ESG$\_$n/ and the stability of the linearized system is guaranteed due to the inherent open-loop configuration. Moreover, the output delay loss can be avoided, because the error signal is generated with the input signal of the HPA. The IMD(intermodulation distortion) improvement obtained applying the ESG$\_$7/ to 5 W class A HPA in cellular band demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed postdistortion system. 본 논문에서는 n차 오차신호발생기(error signal generator)를 이용한 postdistortion 방식의 RF 전력증폭기의 선형화 기법을 제안하였다. n차 ESG(error signal generator)는 전력증폭기의 기저대역 등가 복소 전달함수를 바탕으로 오차신호를 발생시켜, 이를 전력증폭기의 출력 단에서 n차 이하의 비선형성만을 제거한다. 따라서, 출력 단의 n차 이상의 혼변조 왜곡(intermodulation distortion) 성분에 영향을 미치지 않으며, 개루프(open-loop) 형태이므로 시스템의 안정성을 보장할 수 있다. 또한, 전력증폭기의 입력 신호를 이용하여 오차신호를 발생시키므로 feedforward 방식에서와 같이 오차신호 발생에 따른 주신호 경로(main signal path)의 시간지연 회로가 불필요하다. 실험 결과로 7차 ESG를 이용한 postdistorter를 최대 출력이 5 W인 셀룰러 대역 A급 증폭기에 적용한 경우의 혼변조 왜곡 개선도와 3-carrier CDMA 신호를 이용한 측정 결과를 제시하여 본 방법의 타당성을 검증하였다.

산학연 협력의 사업화 성과를 위한 거버넌스 메커니즘 분석

Governance can be defined as a concept that encompasses a series of processes including partner selection as well as control and coordination of collaboration to achieve common goals. The study examined efforts to mitigate the risks of opportunistic behaviors into partner selection, partner relationship, control mechanism, and conflict management. For cases that have achieved commercialization outputs with the participation of SMEs, data was collected and analyzed such as interviews with project managers and case records for seven months from October 2016. According to the analysis result, as the complexity increases, such as multilateral cooperation for the development of finished products, cooperation with a trusted partner rather than a partner who can perform a task well was preferred, and the process control was put ahead of the output control. Regarding the partner relationship, the relationship between the owner and the agent differed according to the point of view, and there was a lack of clear allocation of authority and responsibility as well as a reward for the result. In terms of the conflict management, most emphasis was on resolving conflicts or difficulties, and no attempt was made to utilize the positive aspects of the conflict. The structure of most industry-university-institute cooperation organizations is simply composed of the host and participating organizations, and the management regulations should be amended for companies, that put actual funds and use the outputs, to have the authority and responsibility as the owners, and be allowed to use the governance elements appropriately to take the lead as consumers.
